Student Council President

As Issei was leaving the hall after the ceremony he heard someone call out to him "Issei Hyoudou, you have been called to the student council room by our new student council president!" Said a brown haired girl.

"Damn what is it this time" said Issei to himself

"Just follow me to the student council room" the girl replied.

After walking for a bit they finally arrived at the student council office where the girl knocked on the door which was followed by a female voice saying "come in"

The door opened and a bespectacled black hair bob cut girl with glasses could be seen sitting the student council president chair. Behind her was another bespectacled girl with long black hair going down to her legs who also had glasses and two different colours eyes.

These two are new instated president and vice president of Kuoh Academy, Sona Sitiri and Tsubaki Shinra.

"What's up vice prez, I mean miss president since you just became it today haha" Issei said as he saw her.

"Mm yes I'm sure you know why I called you here today Hyoudou" said Sona in response.

*Flash back to a week ago*

The first year students are gathered in a crowd looking at their test results. Murmurs could be heard throughout the crowd along with comments like "no way, him" or "he had to have cheated"

Those comments were about none other than Issei because he placed 8th in his year level for the test.

"No way how'd some bozo like you get good grades, you had to have cheated" said Matsuda accusingly while pointing at Issei.

"Well I just studied you know maybe you should try it" said Issei smugly back at Matsuda.

"I mean look at Motohama he got 54th place in our year level, you better pick it up or you'll be left behind"

"He right Matsuda but there is still no way you got that high up without cheating right?" Said Motohama

"Well if you don't believe then so be it" said Issei while shrugging his shoulders. "But maybe being smarter will help me get girls who knows"

*back to present*

"Let me guess, it's because you think I cheated?" said Issei curiously.

"Well not entirely, I was just curious to see what you're capable of, I wanted to play a game of chess against you. Would that be too much to ask of you?" said Sona calmly while another council member brought a chess board in front of her on the table.

"Sure seems reasonable enough" said Issei as he sat down across from her. "I want something if I win tho"

Sona raised her eyebrow curiously and asked "and what would that be?"

"If I win I get to call you Sona-tan instead of president because that's too stiff" said Issei

Sona slightly twitch as reaction from that name because it reminded her of a certain someone who would call her that.

Sona wasn't too worried though as she thought there would be no way she would lose so she just said "fine I agree since I did invite you here on such short notice".

"Great" Issei said as he sat down across from her.

"You go first" said Sona as she began to think "there's no way he cheated we have magic in place to catch anyone cheating so maybe he did get smarter. But still someone from the around the bottom becoming one of the top students is unlikely but I'll have to give credit where credit is due" Sona thought to herself

The game continued for 40 minutes and to Sona's surprise she was struggling. She thought she would win almost instantly but Issei had put her in check twice which caused her to sweat and the rest of the council members to become nervous but in the Sona won.

"*sigh* that was close game but it seems you still lost in the end" said Sona with her hand on her heart.

"Yeah damn it i was so close, who knows maybe next time I'll win" said Issei who wasn't to distraught over the lose.

"Well I'll be off" Issei said as we walked toward the doors.

"Make sure you stop those perverted antics of yours" replied Sona

"Yeah yeah alright Sona I'll see you next time" and Issei closed the door behind him to which he hears a voice say "it's president to you".

After Issei left Sona could finally relax and fell back on her chair. "That was closer than expected" said Sona to her council members

Tsubaki was the first to speak "that was closer than I expected it to be but in the end you'd always in president"

The other girls in the council room nodded

Soma didn't say anything and just stared at the chess board

Issei was walking down the halls of the school with a smile on his face.

"Man I was so close to beating her, maybe next time" Issei though to himself

Issei left the school and went home because the break before his second year starts
