Chapter-28: Facing own's sins

3rd POV

Kenta is transported into some void. He felt a bit nauseous at the thought of him not being in control of the situation. "Strange how can a God can feel weakness? " Kenta thought to himself.

"[Holy Voice] " Kenta said using his own attack against him.

The Holy voice is God's signature movement. God's divine voice can heal the wounds and/or emotional burdens of others. This power offers a comfortable touch and a means of healing that is beyond those that heal physical wounds because they do not have the power to heal emotional trauma. God can use his voice to allow others to see the best side of things. Any negative emotion will be canceled. Avoid incitement to madness. Heal's emotional burdens and trauma. Remind people of all the good they have experienced or who has been rewarded. Remind people of what it feels like to feel, even if it's pain. She can use her holy voice to heal her allies simply by telling them a sentence. Eliminate impurities such as mind control or magic barrier particles with the second pronunciation of their name or phrase. Improve their minds and bodies by the third part

"Ha....." A boring voice echoed in the room suddenly.

"Man...you had to come here, didn't you? Wish you would've just died, ``he said in a laid-back manner.

"By the looks of you.....I guess I actually have to fight you " He said in a lazy tone.

"Are you in charge here? Do I have to test myself against you? " Kenta told him.

"What with you? Always so serious? Why not chill back and play some MMORPG Games for a while. Why don't just stop being a stuck-up " He told Kenta.

"Ya, Ya that's me....I am.....Your sloth. One of the seven deadly sins within you. I am your sloth and a part of you " He told Kenta.

"I am Kenta the mighty genius mathematician, who just wants to go home and play MMORPG and stay in my comfort zone rather than doing huge work like this," Sloth told Kenta.

"..."Kenta thought for a while. He had these thoughts for a while but these thoughts are just obstructions in his path and his goal, so he had decided to ignore them, but apparently, it appears that he can't hide them for longer.

Sloth created a robot on his own and sat on the chair of the robot, instructing him. " Man this is a pain in the ass. I am a super genius but apparently, I hate doing stuff myself " Sloth told Kenta trying to break Kenta.

Kenta has decided to use reverse psychology.

"Agreed, but..... then why not stay home and avoid all the hassle? " Kenta said to avoid the projectiles of the rockets and missiles Sloth throws at him.

"That would be super . But no work means no play, real life is such a boring game, and mathematics is better, at least you don't have to deal with the things you don't know in math. " Sloth told him, pushing Kenta into a corner.

"So I made this special plan....while my MMORPG Server was down.....I even had to apply some mathematical theorems which is a big deal you know" Sloth told Kenta.

"Light which falls pillars.....Leaves ruins in the world.....And leads it towards ruin...[LAZY LASER]" Sloth activated his special move.

Creating portals and portals which send lasers over Kenta slowly but at faster acceleration.

"I have increased its acceleration....but I am too lazy to improve its velocity. So there you go, lazy laser " Sloth told Kenta.

"Light that travels through darkness...Lights up all the dim zones...Bursting through the divine arm. [Divine Slayer] " Kenta surged the attack into his own hand. And slew Sloth using the divine energy sword and by throwing it towards Sloth.

Divine Slayer is One of the most powerful techniques to the god sword that requires extreme levels of concentration. He covers his sword with pure Chaos energy and unleashes a large blade on his target.

"AAAH.....I....feel....pain....too much effort to cry.....and too much work to do " He finally said those last words after vanishing into dust after the attack had hit him.

"...I can sense someone coming here," Kenta thought to him.

" I am Kenta, the mightiest and the bravest dictator the world has known. I am the most intelligent and most insightful man in the world. " Suddenly a man appeared and stated that in a prideful tone.

"I am proud. One of the deadly sins that reside against you. Behold and bow against the path of the mighty dictator Kenta. " Pride told him.

"Prepare yourself" Pride told him.

"Blades that flash through pride...clearing up all the toothpicks in the world....In a flash [Cero blade] " Pride rushed through Kenta

Kenta got awestruck and baffled after hearing how arrogant and self-centered he is. Kenta didn't realize how blind he is sometimes when his own pride had struck him until he experienced it. In the end, Kenta has his own sins which haunt him.

"Just because you are more capable doesn't mean your enemies and your allies are less capable. Your worth is decided by how you are when you are down, not when you are at your prime. " Kenta told him and evaded the blade using teleportation, it's clear that it can pierce through prevasion. The attack is strong enough to nullify prevasion.

"At your prime, you perform well, and everyone supports you. But when you are down and you lose your form, no one stands with you. Performing at the stage is more crucial and that proves how capable you are rather than proving your superiority to others." Kenta told him.

"Bashing others by making yourself superior, is just bullying a nerd by stealing his ice cream. I am proud when I defeat a strong enemy, not when I defeat weak enemies with a flash. Just like you " Kenta told him.

Even pride being a stronger enemy, Kenta doesn't consider him that. As he can easily see thousands of weak points to defeat him. In the end, all Kenta has to do is to be quick and careful not to make any stupid moves that could cost his life. Despite his words, it is a tougher battle than it seems. Kenta knows he has to defeat Pride quickly or it will end up bad. So he had prepared to kill him in just one weak point attack move, without giving him any flash of time to react

"Blades that shine through the dark.....Locking up all the deceivers.....Flashing through the sky. [Thousand chains] " Kenta surged the attack in his own hand. And slew pride using the divine energy sword and by throwing it towards Pride.

Kenta powered up his energy in his chains and trapped him with his chains, restricting his movement and making him seem troubled and panicked by his lack of movement.

"Not so tough and prideful aren't you. This is what happens when a situation doesn't happen according to you " Kenta told him.

"Even if I don't know it myself. I clearly have Utsuro's luck running through my body even in this world. What's me without my godly powers and the lack of my title and army " Kenta told him.

"The answer is simple. Whether Ultimate despairful luck. My secret title." Kenta told him.

Utsuro gave luck to Kenta when he killed him by his own choice. Due to Akane Taira rejecting his powers, Kenta became a successor to despairful luck. Luck which can spread despair.

There are many people who openly worship Kenta or utterly hate him enough to end him. That's what the cost of him having that title is.

"Luck isn't really about being lucky at all. It's all in our head. But It's clearly better if it gets our job done. In the end, it's just an excuse for being lazy. So in the end, proper planning and hard work have to be done to achieve what I want " Kenta told him.

"Souls that are trapped over a million years.....The darkness that resides within the chains.....Purge in the dark realm [Curse of Death ] " Kenta told him.

Kenta activated the curses and killed Pride instantly without any shred of mercy within his eyes.

"Curses are so broken.....I have prepared several for my battle against Trihexa, the infinite dragon god, apocalypse dragon, and finally....The true biblical god. " Kenta thought to himself while making sure to cast the anti-mind reading spell before thinking about the last part.

He never trusted that the biblical god just donated his powers, just because of petty reasons. Kenta is more curious about the reason rather than the fear of the biblical god attacking him. That's how much he planned things.

He has created a spell that can erase anything in existence if used, even Great red and ophis will not be immune. But he has to be strong to cast it. So he has decided to visit the dark assembly and item world further to improve his powers. He doesn't make himself powerful because he is power-hungry. Rather he is so driven by his goals that his fear of failure haunts him to work hard for his goals.

It is fear of failure that has driven him to make countermeasures to make sure he survives battling tougher opponents like Gods.
