5. Reason for Summon.

Moving on to the next person, it was another young boy with a average look of about 5' 55'' and was named as Allard Lambert who look like a typical European from planet Rux followed by a Asiatic man named Zhang Ye with a good muscular build of about 5' 88''. Coming up next we have Asiatic Japanese type couples who were summoned together named Takumi Shiba and Ayuzawa Misaki from the planet Pluton.

Well the last person is a lady with a heaven destroying and nation toppling beauty named Irene. She was a beauty unlike any one out there with a cold personality and a mature aura to herself from a planet named Naxter.

Moving towards the throne room one could see the majesty of the place which cannot be described by mere words. It was as big as to fit three football size filled with many beautiful chandelier hanging from the ceiling giving a sight to behold.

With walls decorated with war paintings and various old vase and accessories placed near the paintings giving a feeling that of having a tour to a museum.

Moving forward on can see a majestic throne with a person sitting on top looking around the age of 50 years along with people alongside him like Prime Minister Brayden who was standing just beside the king.

Once when at an appropriate distance everyone came to a halt thinking what should be done ,when the hero like personality of Steve kicked in , as he bowed down before the king and began to speak ''your majesty my name is Steve am the person who was summoned here in order to assist the kingdom from any danger possible''

Hearing the heroes reply the king nodded and gave a satisfying smile and began to look towards the others

Seeing the beast like gaze of the King every one began to introduce themselves one by one

By the time it was my turn the king interrupted me and began to speak

'' I think every one wants to knows why you were summoned here. I can tell you the reason to be related to a 100 year war between two countries that hasn't been stopped and the invasion of demon from the Hell. You were summoned here as a last hope to help defend my people against the demon invasion and the war from another country. I can help you with .. . .. . . .. .

''Why does it feel like the king intentionally interrupted my intro. Why am I feeling the sense of deja vu . I must be overthinking something . why would the King be ignoring me as I don't even know him.

Hearing the lengthy explanation about the demon invasion from 2 years ago and also its effects to humanity and helping the heroes by providing resources to help level them up. Thinking to himself Arthur realized that it was the same old traditional summoning situation where heroes fight against the demon king and save the kingdom.

The king also explained about the world we currently in. We are in a subsidiary plane of Gods Domain called Garcia with a total of 10 continents on the plane. Well to be precise even I don't understand about the world mechanism.

After the king finished his words he asked '' Are there any questions''

Looking at each other Irene spoke after a long amount of silence

'' can we go back to our world ? what if we refuse to work for you ? What are the resources that will be provided ? …..

Hearing a large amount of questions the king replied

'' I believe that once you grow stronger you can go back and for the record you can refuse my acceptance but let me warn you'' Looking at Arthur the king smiled widely and spoke ''the outside world is dangerous and you may get killed the second you leave the safety of the castle''

He didn't even say outside the city but directly said the castle only a fool would not understand the underlining threat he just gave. What a blatant way to threaten a person. And why the fuck is he looking at me when threatening. Did I kidnap his wife or his daughter to be threaten and looked at like a hunter towards a prey.

Something is off around here. Everyone gave the intro without being interrupted except for me and when being threatening everyone he personally looked at me. Is this really the fantasy seen in the novels or have I read the novels wrongly.

Fuc.... I need to get out of this kingdom as soon as possible as I will not even know how I died.

Saying that the king and the people bid them farewell and a group of people began to walk in front of the heroes. This group of people were the assassins assigned to them.

Why the hell am I the only one assigned with 4 people and others with only 2.
