"Nani?! Failed?"

The Pokéball on the ground emitted a spark and was immediately scrapped. Uchiha Setsuna looked distressed; after all, it had been given to him by Clan Leader Toki.

"Roar~!"

The once somewhat cute little fire dragon's head now looked fierce and menacing.

The little fire dragon evolved into a fire dinosaur!

Uchiha Setsuna's eyes widened in disbelief.

"Wait, it's transforming?"

He could feel the chakra within the fire dinosaur. "It's reached the level of a Chuunin?"

The surrounding clansmen were astonished. They had never seen such a unique psychic beast before. But that wasn't all.

The fire dinosaur's energy continued to grow, and with another angry roar, it transformed again, its body growing several times larger!

"Roar~~!!"

Now a towering, nearly 3-meter-tall Charizard stood before them, roaring at the sky. A translucent barrier appeared at the edge of the arena, surrounding Uchiha Setsuna and the Charizard, likely to prevent the psychic beast from destroying the building.

Uchiha Toki was in shock.

"A psychic beast with strength equal to an elite Jounin?!"

This was now comparable to his own strength! What even Toki didn't realize was that the localized summoning mechanism adapted the psychic beast's strength based on the chakra input during the summoning. Just like how Naruto summoned tadpoles at first, but could call forth the Boss Toad during critical moments, Uchiha Setsuna had summoned a small fire dragon using Jounin-level chakra, resulting in a Jounin-level beast.

Initially appearing as a weak fire dragon, it had evolved to match its energy.

Uchiha Setsuna swallowed hard as he faced the enormous Charizard. In the next instant, a roar echoed, filled with enough force to rival a C-rank Genjutsu like Narakumi no Jutsu. The Charizard charged toward him with incredible speed, its size betraying its agility.

"I'll be crushed!"

Uchiha Setsuna tossed his iron rod in a panic, cold sweat forming on his forehead. The Charizard flapped its massive wings and shot forward, closing the gap between them in an instant.

The Uchiha's eyes widened in alarm.

The Charizard's iron-like claws slammed into the ground, leaving cracks in their wake. The onlookers gasped in shock.

"If that hits someone, they'll be done for!"

"Come on, Brother Setsuna!"

"Cripple it! No, capture it!"

Setsuna barely dodged to the side, sweat pouring from him. This beast was far too aggressive, more than he'd anticipated.

Charizard turned its head, a look of disdain in its eyes. Flames flickered from its nostrils, mocking its opponent.

Setsuna's anger flared.

"Oh, no way! Now you've done it!"

He quickly formed hand signs, then unleashed a massive fireball:

"Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!"

But Charizard's expression only showed more disdain. As the fireball approached, the Charizard opened its mouth and released a concentrated stream of fire:

"Roar~!"

A flamethrower!

The fire pillar split Uchiha's fireball down the middle, dispersing it.

"What!?"

Setsuna's face paled as he quickly changed his hand seals and slammed his hands to the ground:

"Doton: Doryūheki!"

A pillar of flame crashed into the earthen wall, the heat so intense that the wall began to crack and glow red under the pressure.

Setsuna gasped for breath, realizing that this fire attack was as strong as a B-rank Fire Jutsu.

With a flash of inspiration, he leaped back and rapidly formed hand seals:

"Suiton: Suishōha!"

A torrent of water flooded the arena, crashing toward Charizard. The psychic beast widened its eyes and tried to take flight, but the barrier restricted its movement. With a heavy thud, it crashed back into the water.

Flailing its wings and claws, Charizard struggled to escape, but the waves kept pushing it back. The flames on its tail grew weaker as the water washed over it, and the once-proud creature began to panic.

Seeing this, Uchiha Setsuna's eyes gleamed.

"Now! Pokéball, go!"

With a flash of red light, Charizard was sucked into the Pokéball. The ball shook violently for a moment before the red light faded, and it floated quietly on the water's surface.

Uchiha Setsuna let out a deep breath, wiping the sweat from his forehead. If not for the arena's restrictions and the elemental advantage of water, he might've been overwhelmed.

A shimmer of light spread through the arena, restoring the water-damaged ground and resetting everything back to its original state.

Sitting on the ground to catch his breath, Uchiha Setsuna picked up the Pokéball and inspected it closely. Shrinking the Pokéball down to the size of a marble, he smiled and looked at it in awe.

"So... is that it?"

His clansmen rushed over, excited.

"Lord Setsuna, did you succeed?"

"Is that really a psychic scroll?"

"Why's it in a ball? Summon it for us!"

Uchiha Setsuna proudly stood up, enlarging the Pokéball in his hand. The clansmen gasped again.

"Everyone step back! I'm going to summon it!"

"Go! Sapitard!"

The red light flashed once more, and the giant Charizard appeared, immediately swatting Uchiha Setsuna to the ground. It then used its claws to write something in the dirt:

"I'm a Charizard, not 'Sapitard!!'"
