CHAPTER 92: Test From The Fire God 1

As his fighters started their battle with the horde of zombies, Leo entered his sea of consciousness.

"So how do we start?" Leo asked as soon as he set his eyes on potentate.

[Simple, draw the ten karma fire and try to absorb it] potentate said calmly, she was currently sitting cross-legged with her eyes closed.

Leo stared at her for a moment before turning his attention to the flames which had magically appeared before him.

"Hooo..., Ok let get to work"

He exhaled from his mouth and sat down on the ground, he then closed his eyes and try to absorb the ten karma fire.

Potentate opened her eyes, stood up and walked towards him. [Don't worry, if you can past his test everything will be ok, if you fail, well... you lose the skill forever.]

Leo didn't hear any of these as his consciousness was pulled to a world he knew nothing about.

"What in the name of Gods!" Leo said out loud, What welcomed him as he opened his eyes was not his sea of consciousness but an empty flaming arena.

On the right edge of the arena stood a magnificent red throne, with golden design and its hand-rest were made of complete flames.

Leo first observed the flaming arena, seeing nothing but flames, he turned his attention to the throne and yelled.

"Who the fuck brought me here?!"

"Don't shout human"

A voice filled with pure and formidable spiritual energy boom in the arena almost throwing Leo to the ground.

"What the fuck, is his voice enhanced with spiritual energy or what?" Leo asked in mild confusion as he stabilized himself.

"Who are you?" He asked calmly.

"You are trying to absorb my skill, without knowing who I am!" The voice boom again.

This voice was like someone was playing a low bass in Leo's ear.

"I am sorry, but can you please enlighten me about what is going on?" Leo asked cautiously.

"I see that girl didn't tell you everything"

'That girl? It is potentate his referring to?'

"Yes, your fake system." The voice sounded a little annoyed.

"Fake system? How is that?" Leo was getting more confuse now.

"As you already knew, she wasn't always a system. She is a being created by my father to control the ten commandments, for she to do that, my father made her the first and strongest commandment."

"So human, she isn't a system but a being who had lost her body and with some help from my father, she could live in you."

'Is that why she said, she needs my help and I also need her help?' Leo thought inwardly.

"Yes, at least you aren't as stupid as you look" the voice sounded.

"Do you like hiding in the shadows And reading someone thought!" Leo finally couldn't take it and yelled at the voice, who was busy invading his thoughts.

"Hahaha....! You make me laugh human, but I will grant your wish and show you who are you talking to."

A tower of flames burst out from the ground in front of Leo and a handsome young man with red hair and eyes walked out slowly. He was putting on a flaming robe which was literally on fire, The young man wasn't worried as he had a small smile on his face staring at Leo.

Leo observed the young man in front of him with a frown and asked the first question that struck him.

"I thought you are an old man with a long beard?"

"That is my older version, and my copy, this is my real body even though it's already destroyed, now you are talking to the God of fire, the primordial of fire. Vulcan."

"Vulcan... The God of fire and volcano." Leo muttered.

"Hmm, I am surprised you know me."

"What am I doing here?" Leo asked.

"Are you asking me that stupid question?" Vulcan asked with a small frown.

"What do you mean?"

Leo asked back not understanding the God question.

"What were you planning on doing, before you appeared here?" The God asked.

"Absorb the ten yang karma fire." Leo answered, that was when all the dot finally connected.

"Are you here to help me?"

"Hahaha..." The God laughed loudly for a whole two minutes before he looked at Leo.

"You are in a fucking arena human, why do you think I brought you here?."

Now Leo was confused.

"I didn't bring you here to teach you, I brought you here to test you, if you are worthy I will give you complete control over my skill, but if you can't pass my test, you will lose the skill forever."

Leo was silent for a while, 'potentate, what do you think about this test?'

"Do you think I will let that half angle inside my domain?" The young God asked calmly.

"Is there some bad blood between you two?" Leo asked, not surprised potentate was block out.

"Why would we, she was a loyal fighter and also my father right hand."

'Oh, so this is where the problem lies, it means, potentate lord. Who is the one currently sending Me all these quests is this God father, how powerful would he be?' Leo thought.

"Firstly: I'm not jealous of her post, and secondly: my father have the power to destroy your whole planet with a snap of his fingers."

The young primordial said shocking Leo to the core. "That powerful?" Leo said out loud, because this God could read his thoughts, so what is the need.

"More than ever" the God answered.

"What about the other primordial?"

Leo asked after some thought.

"You will meet them soon, now let start the test." The fire primordial said calmly.

"Ok, I am ready for your test"

"I like your mindset human, let see how you will do" the next moment he disappeared instantly and appeared on his throne.

The God relaxed on his throne staring at Leo, who stood calmly at the center of the flaming arena.

The young God frowned and asked.

"Why haven't you summon your weapon or even prepared yourself?"

"First show me your test" Leo answered calmly.

The God grinned at him. "The test is kind of simple, you just need to destroy all my warriors, and If you can survive to the tenth wave, you pass, and I will give you full control over my skill, but if you can surprise or dazzle me I might increase your rewards. It's all up for the show"

Leo nodded calmly indicating he understood everything.

"Good"

With A wave of his hand, countless flaming figures, both humanoid and animals raised from the arena ground, surrounding Leo.

Leo slowly moved his daze around these warriors and a small appeared on his handsome face.

With A flick of his wrists, both the emperor sword and his Pentagon dagger appeared on both his hands.

'Hmm... surprising, he even has the great emperor sword, but it looked like he hadn't upgraded it, not even once to talk of its third stage.' The God thought inwardly.

"Thanks for not locking my skills" Leo said and shot forward.

The God just shock his head calmly. 'Our father won't let that happen.' With A thought all the flaming figures charged at Leo.

That stage the beginning of the test.
