Reborn to be the strongest God

After Centuries of being the Demonlord, Gerar quits. Why must he torture men when it's no longer fun? Why must he conquer the world when there's nothing to gain from it? Why must he be the demon lord when there's nothing left to challenge? So, he decides to quit and just dies. But instead of being reborn as a weak demon or even a human, he gets reborn as an Angel and thus his journey to supreme godhood begins! . .. ... Hi, Yet here- So, this is a fantasy story but there are also sci-fi elements. There's a harem but Mc's not particularly into romance. This story is basically a culmination of the things I find interesting and hopefully, you guys will find it interesting too (It'll keep on evolving into different coherent stories, ranging from traditional fantasy to sci-fi and even space exploration, as the volumes pile up). This'll also be my largest planned novel yet, so let's see how that turns out. I'll try to keep the updates regular and will release bonus chapters if I can. In return, I expect votes. Oh yeah, I do have a server. https://discord.gg/vnnbHCJ4Sn Thank you for reading; I wish you a good day.

Same old, same old?

Mihael sat on the first bench.

As usual.

Rose sat next to him-

It didn't take long-

Actually, it didn't even take a minute before all the boys surrounded the duo-

They of course ignored Mihael and only focused on Rose.

Blonde hair, somewhat round, symmetrical face, perky lips and despite her early age of fourteen, she appeared to be the most beautiful girl in campus… at least not counting her mother of course.

"Hey, hey, what's your favorite food?"

"Do you like stuffed animals? My father has a factory!"

"H-how about gems? My father has a stash of rare gemstones!"

Apparently, the boys were going crazy.

Some girls were mixed in with the crowd as well.

"Do you perhaps possess any succubus genes?" Mihael asked.

The boys went quiet-

"I don't think so, no." Rose shrugged.

"Wait, who is that?" One of the boys asked.

"Oh, that's Mihael, my little brother," Rose said.

The boys ground their teeth, but didn't say anything.

After all, what could they say to the girl's brother when they clearly liked the girl? If they antagonized him here, things could very well go south…

"In your seats please-" Robed, round guy- probably their teacher. "Newcomers, introduce yourselves." He spoke slowly, as though a little tipsy.

"Rose Van Sanders."

"Mihael Van Sanders…" Mihael spoke quietly but since the room was already quiet, everyone heard.

"Ah yes, the Sanders. A fair warning, I'm aware the Marchioness is also entering the academy as a teacher but be warned that you shall not exercise your noble authorities, as this place is for study, not politics. You will not receive special treatment." He spoke nonchalantly but still caught glances at Rose from time to time…

"I shall keep that in mind, sir." Rose offered a faint bow sitting down.

Miheal didn't bother with all that and just took his seat anyway.

"So those two really were high nobles?"

"Ruined nobles, you mean."

"Their whole estate is gone!"

Apparently, the rumors and whispers were still going on about.

Even in the middle of the class.

People talk, no matter where-

"Don't bother listening to worms," Rose said.

"Wasn't going to either."

A snicker-

And they focused on class.

They were transferring midterm, so the teachers didn't expect the two to know much-

However-

The actual course material was so basic, Mihael fell asleep without even meaning to.

And though landless, Mihael was still technically the next Marquis, hence no teacher bothered disturbing his sleep.

"Well, why am I not surprised?" With a sigh, Sarveisa entered the classroom just before lunch break. "I don't have any classes today, but I came here to introduce myself anyway. I'll take five minutes of your break." She smiled. She did wear noble clothes but also wore a black gown over it- a teacher's gown. "I am Marchioness Sarveisa Van Sanders. Feel free to refer to me as Miss Sarveisa. Bows, aren't necessary."

"Miss Sarveisa-" One of the boys raised his arm up high-

"Yes?"

"Are you their sister?"

"Mother."

Whispers-

Raging whispers-

"But she's so young!"

"And beautiful!"

"And gorgeous!"

"Ah, that lucky bastard… always getting to suck those and lie on her lap or something!"

"Don't be an idiot, that brat's already a decade older than that age!"

"But damn lucky bastard…"

The boys were definitely anguishing.

For various reasons.

Mihael yawned, waking up. Yeah, he didn't really care all that much.

Worms would worm around; he didn't feel like crushing those insects right now.

"I will be taking your mediation and cultivation classes, so if you have any questions, come through Mihael first." Sarveisa smiled- staring at the confused little boy. "Meet me at the cafeteria, I'll buy you two lunch."

And she left-

Meanwhile-

"Did she just-" Mihael paused.

"Yup… dumped all her annoyance on you…"

Mihael sighed.

There was already a line before him-

Of boys wanting to be friends with him.

Not for him, but for his sister and mother.

Who happened to be gorgeous as angels!

Except-

They really were angels.

"Welcome to the club," Rose grinned. "See you at the cafeteria." She slowly slipped away-

However-

Mihael stood up- and slowly walked away from the area, without anyone even glancing at him-

"Wait- two of you?" Rose wondered- looking back and forth!

"Yes, but he'll dissolve within a minute."

"Huh…?" Rose giggled, shrugging. "Always full of surprise."

Meanwhile-

Was him or was all this just the same old?

Sarveisa bought lunch.

Saint High High (Double High) was mostly consisting of nobles, so best chefs from across the country were employed here. And the food was of course top notch- or so they were supposed to be but the tastes of the food couldn't even remotely compare to food from heaven.

Then again, Angels didn't need sustenance to survive, so Sarveisa and Rose ate for show only.

Which was why-

They'd bought-

Six slices of bread, some jam and some butter.

That was it.

Their lunch.

One somewhat of a sandwich, each and milkshakes to go along with it.

"So, how're you finding your school life so far?" Sarveisa asked.

The three shared one of the tables in the middle of the cafeteria's private section.

Only high nobles were permitted here.

The cafeteria itself was big and had many sections.

The high noble section in particular was clean, quiet and only for, well, high nobles and royalty.

"It's okay," Rose said.

"Boring."

"Boring? Nothing caught your eye? Like any clubs, or making friends, or maybe studying the new things they've discovered and all that?"

"I've already studied every invention and every technique available to the student body. Yes, they were interesting. But no, I'm still bored."

"Well, that's sad…" Sarveisa feigned sadness. "But how about the three of us explore various clubs? Judging by your comment, I'd say, you didn't even know clubs existed."

"And how would I?" Mihael asked. "Didn't you personally keep that knowledge away from me?"

A faint grin. "Is that a, yes?"

Mihael shrugged, not a word.

"Devil, I tell ya," Rose whispered. "That woman's scary devilish."

"Angelic, you mean-" Sarveisa proudly puffed her chest, a mocking grin.

"Tch…" Rose ate silently. "This is not that bad you know."

"Yes," Mihael agreed.

"How?" Sarveisa wondered… "Maybe I'll cook myself from today…" She mumbled to herself.

She was not satisfied with this, no.
