Chapter 141: The Cursed Lab of Anna Martin

The night has fallen and it was cold and dark around the broken house made of glasses, with its shattered pieces scattered all over. There was a white fog all around and trees that have broken and fallen on it. Around it, there were all kinds of shadows lurking around underneath the fog.

As Erland and the others got close to the lab holding their own lamps, the shadows disappeared. There was not a single sound of the river stream, nor of any animals. All that remained was a disturbing silence.

"(Someone's looking at us.)" Erland wondered as he looked around, just like Logi who could also feel numerous gazes. Logi frowned and got on guard, looking around with a cautious pair of eyes.

"(Logi can sense them too.)" Erland wondered, looking at Logi.
