"Th-there-" The boy pointed towards the forest. 

"Hey! Don't go alone!" The man of the house yelled out but Erland did not listen and ran away towards the forest, following Logi's pawprints on the ground.

As the man was heading towards the door, Frode held the man by his shoulder. "Its alright. He has been here for long enough." He looked outside and let out a faint sigh. "He'll be safe..."

The man looked flabbergasted and confused. "You don't know! There are bears, lions and what not! He will die going unarmed."

"None of us are unarmed. Please have faith in him."
