Let's do this I thought to myself as I was terrified I could feel his desire to kill me but I didn't get a message of being able to detect his killing intent. But as I was thinking of this suddenly a feeling spread out through my body it was hatred. It was confusing as just a moment ago I was paralyzed in fear.

Thankfully Logan convinced me to leave Toby home since he said if I was serious about him accompanying me, he would hire trainers to teach him how to fight and make some type of dog armor for him. I was really excited about that so I didn't really complain much about it. Now I am glad I didn't bring him and a bit annoyed Aklex told me when we left since he is my companion he would receive his own XP to level up. But, he is definitely not ready for a fight like this I also had a thought, if the dog books from the game existed here I told Logan if he could get me some books about dogs.

I was getting ready to fight when suddenly I heard multiple gunshots from the soldiers. I was wondering if he wasn't going to summon his minions to fight.

I got my pistol out and began shooting Crawler with my speed I was able to notice shadows hardening before impact from the bullets. I stopped shooting to save ammunition and ignored the minions even if they gave me XP. The Crawler was the bigger issue I got the [Thunderaga] out and began attacking I was using all of my powers even my super strength but he seemed like they just were barely able to bypass his shield of shadows. He was trying to grab me but I grabbed his head and slammed him into the ground. I was about to pierce his head when he started laughing and cursing my very existence and punched me in the middle of my arm, then he grabbed me by the throat and began running only to slam me through a few trees and hit the fort making him stop and my body felt surrounded by stone.

I could feel the blood in my mouth then I used firebolt on him but it seemed to be blocked by his shadow shield. I got out of the hole in the wall and began attacking with my sword which I thankfully still had in my hand. Until he punched it on a counter which made it fly from my grasp and it flew and got stuck in the middle of a tree. Suddenly I felt him punch me in my cheek which made me fly a few meters until I hit the ground and embedded in it. I had no choice now but to use my [Heat Vision], hopefully, I can explain it as part of my hero power and it somehow made it through. Then I had a thought what if I used both MP and SE alongside my [Heat Vision] and it worked making it bright yellow instead of red. Which was enough to easily go through his shield and make him scream in agony. I saw that it made a new sub-skill on the bottom of [Heat vision]

He is in a weakened state right now. I have to kill him I noticed him slowly getting up and used my speed to pull my sword off the tree fast. And went to stab him but he grabbed the blade with his hands to stop it from moving. I used my [magic solar vision] on his eyes he screamed in pain and at that moment I managed to stab him in the chest making him scream louder than before, but I could feel his shield preventing me from going further so I used my [magic solar vision] and it managed to weaken it enough to let my sword go through, all of the way through his chest making the blade, stick out of his back.

I heard the soldiers and Major Swift scream in victory. As with me killing Crawler, it made his minions disappear. I was seeing black through my eyes and fought to stay awake and the last thing I saw was the XP reward from killing Crawler...
