This is a story about a young man named Steve who reincarnated in the world of Naruto after his death. However, he is not born into a Kekkei Genkai clan like Uchiha or Hyuga but was given a karma seal in the beginning. Steve is determined to make the most of his situation and sets out to explore the world of Naruto. What to expect: 1. Weak to Strong main character. 2. Lots of training and genin and chunin missions that the MC will get 3. Some arcs will be adapted from movies, fillers, and novels. There will be original Arcs too. 4. A Dangerous Mission! Journey to the Land Of Silence - 7

Satoru's eyes widened with surprise as Gekko mentioned the Kurotsuchi clan of Iwagakure.

Lately, Satoru had heard numerous stories about the infamous Kurotsuchi clan. Their reputation spread throughout Konoha after the second shinobi war, and the tales surrounding them were both awe-inspiring and terrifying. It seemed that those who faced them in battle either met their demise or lived to recount the harrowing experience countless times.

The Kurotsuchi clan was renowned for their mastery of earth-release jutsu, much like how the Uchiha clan was associated with fire release. But what made them even more formidable were the forbidden jutsus known to a select few clan members.

Whispers of the Kurotsuchi clan's formidable abilities circulated, including tales of their utilization of bees for venomous attacks, like the insect manipulation techniques of the Aburame clan. Some individuals believed these stories to be true. However, there were also skeptics who dismissed these accounts as mere exaggerations, doubting the authenticity of such extraordinary abilities.

Satoru knew that clans having their own forbidden jutsu was not unheard of, and there could be multiple such techniques within a single clan's arsenal. The jutsu that Gekko was utilizing was far from ordinary; it had an air of secrecy and power that belonged to one of those forbidden techniques.

"A Genjutsu that can be unleashed without any hand signs?"

Satoru's mind raced with intrigue and fascination. The idea of a Genjutsu that could be unleashed without the need for any hand signs sent chills down his spine. There were only a few shinobi who were capable of doing that even in the anime.

Gekko's voice broke through Satoru's contemplation, pulling him back to the present moment.

"Have you ever thought about why the cycle of war never seems to end?" Gekko posed the question, standing in front of Satoru.

Satoru had never really pondered that question before. In his experience, there had always been various countries engaged in conflicts, with power shifting between them. The ninja, in turn, utilized their skills and jutsu to navigate this disorderly landscape. It had become the norm for him.

"Isn't it clear that the reason wars persist is that the world is governed by powerless daimyo, who hold no exceptional abilities or chakra, rather than being led by ninjas with their extraordinary skills? The endless conflicts arise from the constant quarrels of ordinary individuals lacking chakra or exceptional talents. No nation truly excels or rises above the rest. The stagnation and control imposed by each country perpetuate this cycle of warfare. But I aim to put an end to it. I seek to unify this continent, a feat that has yet to be accomplished. That is the goal I and the revolutionaries will achieve through the power of ninjas."

"Unify the continent..."

Gekko's words resonated deeply with Satoru. This man had a vision that extended far beyond the realm of ninjas; he was contemplating the state of the entire world.

Gekko's nod of satisfaction was accompanied by his profound words. "In this world, survival belongs to the fittest. It is the natural order of things, even for the beast known as man. We cannot escape this reality. So, shouldn't it be the ninjas, the truly strong, who reigns supreme at the pinnacle of power? The current state of the world is abnormal, but we aim to restore it to its rightful state. That is the essence of the revolution we are striving to initiate."

Satoru found himself contemplating Gekko's perspective. Could it be true that ninjas were meant to rule this world? The notion held a certain resonance that was hard to ignore.

The room resounded with the chants of "Hail Gekko-sama" as everyone, including his teammates Bob and Anko, shouted the words. It was hard for Satoru to believe that these were the same people who had suffered under Gekko's torment in prison.

Gekko extended his hand towards Satoru, offering an alliance. "Your allies are in agreement. What I seek to accomplish will have a profound impact on the shinobi world. brat, come with me. Let us rule together."

Taking that hand meant crossing a point of no return. Even the thought of turning back seemed absurd now. If Gekko succeeded in unifying the continent, the world of ninjas would be forever changed. Or perhaps he could even rebuild it in a different form.

"Come, Take my hand," Gekko urged, his words pushing against him.

Satoru hesitated, torn between conflicting desires. A part of him was tempted to seize the hand before him.

But deep inside, another part rebelled against the urge, desperately resisting Gekko's influence.

"Can I ask you one question?" Satoru inquired, his curiosity piqued. Gekko nodded, intrigued to hear what this young child had to say.

"When did you use a Genjutsu on me?" Satoru asked directly, revealing his realization.

Gekko was slightly taken aback by the revelation. This kid had figured it out.

"Not bad," he thought to himself.

Not only could Satoru resist his Genjutsu to such an extent, but he could also discern its nature even while being affected.

"Very interesting," Gekko murmured, his intrigue growing.

The more he observed Satoru's struggle, the more Gekko desired to have this exceptional child by his side. Shinobis with great potential are always welcomed.

Leaning in once again, Gekko prepared to address Satoru's concerns.

He whispered to Satoru," Then, let me ask you this......…."

.

.

.

"Since, when did you think I was not using it?"

Satoru's face turned pale, his mind clouded with confusion, making it difficult for him to think clearly. The question hung in the air, urging Satoru to reflect on his own instincts and observations.

Weird, weird, weird…

Think, think, think, think…

Think, Satoru! he yelled at himself. He had taken a wrong step somewhere. Where?

The true nature of Gekko's genjutsu…

But his questions came too late. Once a Genjutsu had been cast, you needed someone outside the jutsu to pull you out. But his companions Bob and Anko were already inside. And once you set foot into that bottomless bog, all that was left was to wait for it to reach the top of your head. Soon enough, he'd submit to Gekko.

It didn't matter anymore.

"It's about time for you to let go," Gekko's gentle voice enveloped Satoru, soothing him. His tense body began to relax, and a sense of relief washed over him.

"Now, brat." Gekko extended his hand, bringing it close to Satoru's face.

It would be easier if he surrendered. He could escape from all the troubles and complications. The world should be ruled by shinobi, and accepting that truth would simplify everything. He wouldn't have to struggle anymore.

"Let's go together," Gekko's words urged him forward.

Satoru's right hand slowly rose from his side, drawn towards the outstretched palm.

The only thing that bothered him was that he talks too much and his idealistic beliefs.

Wait......

Satoru suddenly realized something.

All he does is 'talk'.

Since the moment he encountered Gekko, he had never witnessed him do anything else. It dawned on Satoru at that moment.

"That's it" as he finally figured out the true nature of Gekko's technique.

.

.

.

"It's a sound-based Genjutsu."

Just as Satoru made this realization, a large snake slithered into the grand room through the entrance.
