Sakura had a feeling it was going to be Ryu's lucky day. She approached Tsunade and asked her to not give in for the moment.
"He's just a kid with bad luck when it comes to gambling. How could I have missed such an opportunity?" Tsunade appeared assured in the face of a child.
"However, Lady Tsunade, Isn't Naruto the one who won the bet for Rasengan? He was much younger than he was."
"It was just a fluke." Tsunade turned to face Sakura.
Sakura realized it was pointless to ask her any longer. She didn't go any further and instead followed Tsunade to the gambling den.
When she walked into the gambling den, Ryu noticed that everyone working there suddenly had an smile.
'She is still the legendary sucker.'
'Somethings, I suppose, never change.'
Ryu could tell even if he sat there doing nothing. He was going to win.
"Let me show you how things work in gambling, kid."
Tsunade was now anticipating her sweet victories.
"I'm excited about it." Ryu's heart was racing as he waited to see how much money he would win today.
Tsunade smiled, and Sakura knew exactly what would happen when Tsunade smiled.
"Welcome, Would you like to try your luck?"
Ryu couldn't take it any longer, so they reserved their seats and went inside the casino.
They both showed up.
"Roll the dice, I'm betting $100,000 on the odd." Tsunade smiled and turned to face Ryu.
Tsunade drew the attention of gamblers. They didn't dare to bet so much all at once.
"It's odd. Neji is the winner."
Ryu had a hundred thousand exactly like that and thought to himself, 'Guess they didn't exaggerate in the anime.'
Ryu laughed quietly in his heart, but he was unsatisfied. He wanted to swindle Tsunade's money: "I guess I won by a fluke." We can put an end to this right now. If you're interested, I have around 4 million. I'd bet on it."
Tsunade didn't want to lose to a kid, and 4 million drew her and the gamblers' attention. They all gathered around them to see who would be the lucky winner.
Because of the crowd, Tsunade was now unwilling to back down: "Let's keep going, until either your or my money runs out."
Ryu had a smile on his face and showed it on his face. He couldn't hold it anymore.
Tsunade and Ryu were both smiling. Both of them wanted to suck the other dry.
Sakura looked at both of their evil smiles and thought to herself, 'Guess one of them will be living on the streets starting today!'
Sakura was relaxed that she hadn't gotten mixed up in this chaos.
"Even, I will bet on it," Tsunade said with a smile.
"It's odd this time, Mr. Neji won again," the dice rolled.
This time, Tsunade lost a million dollars. She was now determined to reclaim the money as well as suck Ryu dry.
Tsunade smiled as he remembered Ryu's comment about his bad luck at gambling.
Tsunade sat quietly and stated, "I'm not feeling well today. Why don't you show me your gambling abilities? I have more money than you have in your entire fortune."
Ryu's grin widened as he realized he could now suck her dry more effectively: "Yes, I understand! If at all possible, I will do my best not to lose."
The dice rolled and Ryu chose this time: "Even, I bet my 4 million, 1 million, and a hundred thousand that I will get from Ms. Tsunade."
When Ryu gambled 6 million and a hundred thousand at one go, the gamblers all dropped their jaws.
The results were out: "It's even this time, Mr. Neji won again."
The people around us started talking: "That kid is just too lucky."
Ryu laughed at the comments, thinking, 'I'm not lucky; ' Tsunade's gambling luck is worse.'
Tsunade was analyzing the results like a pro. Ryu was now considering where he would keep his money.
Tsunade opened her mouth and said, "I don't have any more money to bet, or I would have done so."
Ryu smiled and looked at Tsunade, saying, "It appears you ran out of money, but your friend beside you appears to be quite wealthy."
"I cannot drag others into my mess," Tsunade said, looking at him.
Ryu spoke up: "I guess you misunderstood; you could simply borrow from her; if she trusts you, she will know you are the type who always pays her debts. It's simply borrowing."
Ryu smiled as he looked at Sakura. He was now excited to suck Sakura dry.
Ryu turned to face Sakura and said, "Can't you give her a loan of around $5 million? I don't think she'd escape without paying for it."
"If you believe this, do not lend her money. It's not my place to say anything."
Sakura was now at a loss for words. Tsunade turned to face Sakura.
"Lady Tsunade, I will lend you my five million," Sakura said to Tsunade.
All of the gamblers were watching the gamble unfold and were astounded by the amounts being wagered.
Ryu now had total of 11 million and a hunred thousand. He was looking to adding more to this collection.
The dice rolled again and again with Ryu winning every time. He now had more 5 million added.
Today was the luckiest day of Ryu's life. He'd earned millions.
Shizune appeared inside the casino as Ryu's mind was racing with ideas for how to spend his money.
"Lady Tsunade!" Shizune was conscious that Tsunade had lost money, but she wanted to know how much.
"Shizune, you arrived just in time." Tsunade turned to face Shizune.
Tsunade told Shizune about the gamble the took place. Shizune looked at Ryu's satisfied face with shock.
Sakura was also feeling helpless, but they could not bully him and not pay their share.
Ryu looked at their expressions and wanted to laugh, saying, "I wonder when I'll get my money."
"Could we negotiate in another way?" Shizune asked this time. " The 5th Hokage is Lady Tusnade. She has the power to grant you anything you desire."
It was a huge sum to be paid, and Tsunade was retired. She wished to keep the money.
All of the people in the room were stunned, but Ryu pretended not to notice.
The casino clients were now staring even more intently at Ryu:
"I think we should talk outside."
They agreed by nodding their heads. She was also hoping to get out of debt without having to worry too much.
They all went outside and decided to meet in a park to talk about it.
Shizune looked at Ryu and inquired, "What do you want?"
She didn't believe a child like him could have much desire. He'd most likely want something stupid.
Ryu was excited about this opportunity and stated, "I want permission to establish my business here in the village for anything I want." Of course, it won't harm the villagers, but getting permission for it is a little difficult.
"If it's legal and doesn't harm people, you could easily get permission, so why ask me?" said Tsunade.
" It would be difficult to obtain, but if a higher-level official granted permission. "I'm pretty sure the Hokage wouldn't mind. I also want my copyright. So, no one other of any village could copy my idea." Ryu explained calmly.
Tsunade was now curious about what a kid like him wanted to achieve, and getting copyright was like exterminating the competition. It would require permission from every village and need to be an idea that no one had thought of.
Tsunade spoke after listening to Ryu: " I could make you get Naruto's permission but I could help you with other villages, and I don't think they would allow that but instead after they see your idea they would use it for their own. getting a copy right that is valued in all village would be a big-deal."
" I'll get theirs myself; all I need you to do is deal with Hokage." Ryu was self-assured in his abilities.
Ryu desired to become the center of all villages in every way, making them dependent on him. This allowed him to be the most powerful, but he had to guarantee that his ideas were not copied and that others allowed his business to run.
He was planning to put all the Lords and kage in Kotoamatsukami. He was going to Shisui DNA to awaken it. He knew that it wouldnot work on Naruto.
He couldn't use total hypnosis because he didn't have such a high sharingan with him. Danzo, on the other hand, could use Kotamatsukami every three days. He intended to do the same. He could do the same with Hashirama's cell.
But this plan had to wait, he would have to wait to conduct such a large scale project and would take a lot of time and capital. It could take hundreds of million to a billion.
"We have a deal, You could just pay me 5 million." Ryu
What! Do you believe obtaining permission for such a project is a minor matter?" Shizune.
"Don't forget the $5 million; I'm going to need it and yes I think it is as it is almost an impossible one."
Ryu knew he was still weak. He needed to build an army before commencing on such a massive project and avoid being suppressed by other nations or being affected by future retaliation.
There were just too much unknown variables that could pop in at any given time.
