Out of Control Sandstorm
In the aftermath of his failure, Set found himself at a crossroads. One path invited him to harness the lives of others, spinning their destinies into a silken web, using these threads as a foundation to craft his own fate. With the multitudes of humanity at his disposal, success seemed inevitable if he pursued each life in turn.
"Should I embark on such a path?" Set pondered briefly before discarding the notion. Utilizing the threads spun from the lives of others would mean clinging to the remnants of his shattered authority, a gift from Amon and yet, all it offered was a different set of risks, potentially less than those posed by Amon but hazardous nonetheless.
Thus, only one viable option remained: perseverance.
