Mischelle felt at ease ever since she turned off her phone. To avoid Ella from suspecting her, she explained that her phone was not working and that she should check on her via landline calls.
Ella was dubious about leaving her alone, but Mischelle assured her that she was OK and that she didn't need to worry about her anymore.
