Chapter 80: He's back:

"Ah Ning*(1), how have you been?" asked Aunty Fu as tears dropped from her eyes. 'Ah, Ning' quickly ran over to his mother and hugged her tightly. "Ma... I've been really well. But you look older, look you've even grown more grey hair," muttered Ah Ning. "You sure know how to joke. I'm only 21 where does the grey hair come from?" joked Aunty as we all laughed. It was a small joke that eased the tensions.

"Dad," exclaimed Ah Ning as he walked over to Uncle Fu and hugged him. Uncle Fu looked so happy to see his son back. This was not a scene I'm familiar with. I've never seen that expression on my father's face when he speaks to me. The Fu family is so harmonious. I hope that in the future my family would be like this. Peaceful and harmonious.

"Yeye*(2) nai nai*(3) long time no see," he whispered whilst walking over to hug them. "My darling grandson, you've gotten taller," exclaimed Grandma Fu. "Nai nai, you still look so pretty," exclaimed Ah Ning. "aww, you're making me blush," whispered Grandma Fu. "Fu Huai Ning, are you trying to make a move to my wife?" joked Grandpa Fu as everyone laughed. "Fu Li Qiang, since my lovely grandson is willing to make a move on me means I'm still pretty," retorted Grandma Fu. "Ah Ning, let's ignore him. Come sit down next to me and tell me all about life in the UK," ordered Grandma Fu as he nodded.

Finally, Fu Huai Ning turned his attention towards his siblings and then me. "Second gege," cried Fu Hui Yun as she rushed to hug him. "Xiao Yun, why are you crying? We should be happy, ignoring the circumstances. Stop crying now," coax Fu Huai Ning. "Gege," muttered Fu Huai Ning as he slapped his brother's shoulder. Fu Huai Zhan also hugged his brother with one hand.

Then Fu Huai Zhan turned his attention towards me and asked "Are you Qi Yan? My jie jie's future husband?" as I nodded. "Her taste surely has changed. I thought she would always like people like him. Though Luo Wen Ning really is a bastard," he whispered.

"Anyways, let me formally introduce myself, I'm Fu Huai Zhan. Hui Qing's twin brother, though I'm younger" he explained. So that's why they look so similar. They were twins, of course. Why did I not think of this?

"I'm Qi Yan. I'm Hui Qing's fiance," I introduced myself whilst sticking my hand out. Fu Huai Ning took my hand and shook it politely.

I turned my head to look at the man behind Fu Huai Ning. He did not look like he was a member of the Fu family. "Ah Ning, this is?" I asked curiously. "He's Song Ze Yu," uttered Huai Ning. Song Ze Yu? Whose that? I've got to ask my Ye Bai Yi to check who he is. I saw almost everyone's face turned a dark shade. It seems like this Song Ze Yu person isn't well-liked.

"Guys don't be like this. Ze Yu took computer science at University. He is even working as a computer engineer in a very famous company. He'll be useful if we want him to deal with the ransom video. Anyhow, has a video been sent yet? It's been 24 hrs already," explained Huai Ning.

"Speak of the devil," exclaimed Aunty as she wiped her phone out. "Aunty, what is it? Is it news about Hui Qing?" I asked hurriedly walking straight towards her. Everyone began to huddle around her. "Guys, stop let's head to the living room. I'll connect my phone to the tv and you guys can all see it," mumbled Aunty. Everyone took her advice and proceeded to walk towards the living room.
