Wishing, every one a happy new year! How was everyone's Christmas? Sorry, guys but this chapter's quite short because I'm away on holiday and there is hardly any wifi here.

Back to the story:

Seeing that I was done conversing with his tang mei. Qi Yan moved to the people sitting on the sofa behind Grandpa Qi. "Sitting behind grandfather is my bobo's*(1) family. Sitting next to him was bomu*(2) and my third and fourth di," muttered Qi Yan. Both of his tang di looked quite handsome, they must've inherited their mother's good genes because I always remember his bobo to be frowning, I never saw him smile though. Although this uncle has two sons, both are practically useless. His oldest son is only the Hr Manager and his youngest son, who is on his phone right now, was a useless prick who acted like his family rules the world. I remember that he tried to flirt with my cousin Shen Lin Hua when he met us in a mall. He tried to get all touchy and everything however, luckily Qi Yan helped us in time. And from that moment I've had a really bad impression of him.

Qi Pei Zhi walked up to me and offered me his hand to shake. I stood up and shake his hand as well. He flashed me a smile and muttered "Pleasure to meet you, sister-in-law,". My face blushed at his words. Why is he already addressing me as sister-in-law? I'm still not married to his brother yet. Whatever... I'm going to be married to him soon. Looking around I still don't see that person... one of the most infuriating people who made my life a living hell, last time. Where is she? As I was lost in thoughts, I failed to realise that Qi Pei Zhi had already returned to his seat.

Everyone's eyes were turned towards his brother Qi Pei Guo. Seeing as though he was still on his phone, his father hurriedly kicked his shins however Qi Pei Guo only glared at his father and continued playing on his phone. An awkward silence filled the air as Grandpa Qi coughed intentionally however Qi Pei Guo still didn't get the message. "Qi Pei Guo!" Grandpa QI shouted, everyone, glared at him as he quickly stood up and walked towards me. "My name is Qi Pei Gou, nice to meet you, sister-in-law," he muttered fake whilst still looking at his phone. "QI PEI GUO, ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME BY ANGERING ME? PUT DOWN YOUR PHONE AND TALK TO YOUR SISTER-IN-LAW," shouted his father. Gosh, how scary. I remember that Qi Ming Yu hated his youngest son for being incompetent however his mother babies him and so QI Ming Yu couldn't do anything as his wife would always protect him. Qi Pei Guo must've been quite embarrassed seeing his father shouts at him in front of all his relatives. I heard a few snickers around and even saw Qi Yan smirking a little. I watched Qi Pei Guo put his phone away and turned to look at me. I watched as his eyes shone, knowing it wasn't a good thing. He leaned down towards my ear and whispered "Sister-in-law you're pretty. One day if you ever get bored of my cold-hearted brother, you can always come and find me. I'm sure you'll be more than happy,". I looked him straight in the eye grab his collar and whispered: "no thank you,". This rich young master must've never heard anyone say no to him because he looked shocked as he walked back to his seat. Qi Yan looked at me and I muttered " I'll tell you later,". Qi Yan nodded and turned towards the next family to introduce them.
