Missing Information

As the ground got closer to them Relia slowly started to break their fall with her Wind. "So heavy." Realizing this was going to be a lot harder then she thought she struggled to balance out the weight. Without much time left until they hit the ground Relia tried to do everything she could to help while Xelfia waited. "Breeze feels nice." Enjoying the feeling of flying through the sky she saw the sides of buildings as the ground got ready to say hello. Quickly she created a pile of vines to help soften the fall as they all smashed into the ground.

"Ugh."

"Gah."

With multiple groans, they all felt pain as their bodies slammed into the earth. Looking around Xilo felt slightly winded as he checked on everyone. "Without Xelfia and Relia that might have been bad." Feeling the vines beneath his body, he carefully moved his body as everyone got up. Once everyone was standing, Xelfia removed the vines as she stretched her back. They five of them had all landed in some alleyway that was an unknown amount of distance away from the Soaring Blades. Rolling his shoulder a bit, Xilo gave everyone some time to adjust to the pain and aches.

"Well that went poorly, She didn't listen to us either. Just sent us off into the middle of nowhere."

"It felt a little unnatural but I suppose they're pretty paranoid right now. With everyone distracted by the poison it leaves more room for criminals to run around doing whatever they want."

He knew Xelfia brought up a fair point but it was still slightly frustrating.

"Yeah I know, I just wish we had gotten a proper chance. However, the more important thing to think about is what we want to do now. They aren't going to let us in anymore no matter what we do, so we have to think of some other way to get in and I hate to say it but it might end up being with force."

"Really think you can fight that woman? Not to mention she was just a guard. There's more people just as strong as her or even stronger."

"No, not that kind of force. If we can't come up with anything I was thinking of just stealthing us in. Hey Tearia, how are you feeling after that?"

Hearing Xilo's question she looked up as she forced a smile.

"I'm doing alright."

Seeing such a strained smile, Xilo hesitated for a second. "She said she was fine...I'll listen to her." If she wanted to keep going then he wasn't going to stop her. Besides the last few times he tried he had always been proven wrong whenever she refused to listen. His idea was simple anyway, he planned to have her make it while at their Inn and once she was done he would take it and sneak in by himself. After that it was up to those Soaring people to decide how they wanted to handle the situation. "I hope they won't be idiots." It was the only plan he could come up with in a short period of time.

"Alright, let's do this..."

Explaining his plan to the girls he made his way out of the alley way as the woman looked at the paper she had picked up. Reading through it she saw the request to help out towns and cities that were currently sick along with the official seal of Dracal. "They had to of stolen this...right?" Trying to convince herself of that, she turned back around as the crowd dispersed. Seeing the person she had called her friend earlier she walked up to him. Staring at him, she fell into silence for a second as he wondered what was the matter.

"Hey Relda, what's the matter?"

"Nothing Mason, I just wanted to ask you a question, that's all. When you brought in your report, you told everything that happened right?"

"Yeah, I wouldn't hide any information."

Feeling slightly nervous Mason tried to act calm.

"Alright, then let me ask you again. When those kids came up to you, did you ask them for any proof and did they show you any?"

"Of course! I asked for proof but once that subject came up the boy froze. He didn't even show me anything so of course he was lying. After that I treated them as a bunch of punks and you saw the rest from there. It's a shame they got away, people like that should be captured by us. If not, they're just going to cause more trouble for others."

"Uhuh. It's okay. I'll go looking for them myself. For now I want you to head back to report in. Tell them everything is fine and I'll be back soon."

"Alright."

Feeling some relief he looked up at Relda as a shiver went down his back. She was one hell of a scary woman and probably the scariest he had met in his life. She was rude and jumped to anger a lot of the time but she followed the rules. Usually she was a pain in his side but in scenarios like this she was easy to manipulate. "Dammit, I have no idea where that fox went now." He had hoped she would have just captured them but instead she had sent them flying. "Well, guess I'll have to do some things myself." Turning away from Relda he came up with his own plan.

"If I knew it was going to end up like this in the first place I would have just done it myself."

He couldn't have just stolen right in front of his Clan's eyes though. That would set an extremely bad reputation for him and the Clan. If he got caught doing that, they would kill him at worst and at best kick him out. Both bad options for him in his current state. "This just got a lot harder." Trying to remember any information he could about them he walked away. "Surely a pretty boy and a group of beautiful women will stand out enough to get some information." Planning he eventually reported back as he went to his home to get to work. Holding the piece of paper in her hand she looked over it once more as she thought things over in her head.

"Something doesn't quite add up."

Turning around to face the gate she walked outside of it, locking it behind her she walked in the direction she had sent them flying.

Just pain...Sorry for this one being late as well. guess my struggles aren't over just yet.

Enjoy.
