Re: Immortal King

Kurai Jigoku was often thought of as a misfit, as he was frequently picked on by those in his school. He was not particularly rich and had to purchase inexpensive shoes, and sometimes had to repeat the same outfit every day. Kurai endured numerous forms of torment from his classmate Sado Yorimitsu, such as stealing his money, giving him physical abuse that left his bones broken and his face disfigured, and even forcing his head into a toilet. He experienced every type of bullying imaginable. The unsympathetic and callous teachers and students ignored Sado's clear mistreatment and regularly put the blame on Kurai for initiating conflicts, although this was not accurate. Kurai caused his mother to be ashamed of him, leading him to sink into depression. He made attempts to end his own life, but ultimately lacked the resolve to go through with it. "I'm simply gonna die a loser because that's what the world wants? It's not fair, I can't stand it." "Good, hero? Screw that. There is no such thing as hero in this world." Kurai yearned for the opportunity to take revenge on everyone who had made his life miserable. One day, following Kurai's altercation with Sado, his dream came true as he and his peers were summoned by a Goddess to an alternate world. He was no longer the same as before; he could now life forever and is ageless, even if he was broken down to the last atom, he would be able to come back together again. He vowed to have his opportunity to exact retribution on Sado, who holds the title of hero, and to take him out by any means necessary.

Tottori [1] - Mutated Humanoid

As I strolled up to the cell bars, I understood that I couldn't escape without a key.

"At least, that's what most people would believe."

I put my hands, one on each side, between the two bars of the cage.

*CRANK*

Using my own strength, I started to push the metal bars aside, creating an opening for me to pass through.

I went through the opening, astonished at how effortlessly I shoved metal bars aside like they were playthings.

"I really did get stronger"

I glanced in both directions. On my right there was a long corridor with lots of cells, and to the left were some stairs that went up to a door.

It seemed as though I was in a subterranean chamber. The passageway was filled with nothing but corroded concrete and the walls were adorned with spider webs. I could see numerous rats and cockroaches scampering across the floor.

I headed in the direction of the left, with the door located there. There was such stillness that I could only hear my footsteps and my own breathing.

*STEP* *STEP* *STEP*

I ascended the stairs and noticed the door was constructed of a strong metal, which was solid to the touch.

The doorknob protruded and featured a keyhole, although I didn't have the key to open it. It was firmly shut.

I looked at it without saying anything, then uttered, "As if that will prevent me from doing something."

I adopted a stance suitable for punching, with my right arm pulled back and aiming straight at the center of the door.

*BOOM*

With a powerful blow, the door broke away from its hinges and slammed open.

The powerful hit of the door caused it to come off its hinges and smash onto the floor, creating an indentation that went all the way through the other side.

I stepped through the entrance, having to hunch over to clear the top since it wasn't built for someone of my stature.

As I stepped into the doorway, I was greeted by an incredibly large chamber that resembled the interior of a castle.

But something was off.

My eyes widened in disbelief as I exclaimed, "I mean, the doctor and Elaine must have been living an expensive lifestyle." I was astonished, "But the hell happened here?!"

Rather than appearing well-appointed, the structure had gaping holes in the walls and disheveled artwork on the floor. The crimson carpeting that once traversed the stairwell was tattered and the furniture had been overturned and ruined.

The stately chandelier that hung in the entryway had been reduced to shards of glass scattered across the marble flooring. A luxurious grand piano lay in pieces, its strings strewn about the room. The paintings and photographs that had adorned the walls were torn and crumpled, while the curtains that had once framed the windows hung in tatters. In short, the once-grand estate had been reduced to shambles.

Suddenly, I heard frightened gasps coming from the vicinity of one of the tables off to the side. It sounded like someone was scared.

I cautiously made my way towards the source of the noise.

I threw the table out of the way and, to my shock, I spotted the doctor lying in a curled up position with his eyes shut.

I wondered why the doctor seemed so frightened.

Although I anticipated feeling a strong anger when I saw his face, I was surprisingly composed.

The doctor opened his eyes, jolted in fear and spun around to see me, then let out a loud scream.

His usual crisp white uniform was now tattered and had numerous holes in it at various places.

He shouted in amazement, "How are you here?!" He rose to his feet and firmly held my shoulders, adding with emotion, "That doesn't matter for the moment. You need to help me, it's coming soon!" Tears streamed down his cheeks as he spoke.

*CRACK*

I forcefully removed his hand from my shoulder and snapped his right arm with a loud crack. I towered over him menacingly as he shrieked in agony.

As he bawled in pain I remarked, "Take your revolting hands away from me, you old fuck." My eyes showed no emotion and my face was completely void of expression.

He clasped his damaged hand and shouted in anguish, "You don't get it! It's coming and it's gonna take my life!" Tears streaming down his face.

I asked in a stern voice, "Listen old fuck, what would prevent me from taking your life this instant?" I glared intensely at him.

"And what the hell is 'it'-"

Before I had a chance to complete my sentence, I sensed a powerful menacing presence behind me.

I spun around quickly, taken aback by what I had seen.

A large, mutated humanoid figure towered over me, its eyes glowing an eerie yellow. Its skin was a deep shade of purple, with patches of black and gray, and its body was covered in fur. Its hands were long and clawed, and it had a long, snout-like nose. It growled and bared its sharp teeth, its mouth open wide.

A wide, wicked smile spread across its face when it saw me.

"What the hell is this shit?!?"

I shouted in surprise as the humanoid reacted quickly, thrusting its large clawed hands up and then launched them back down.

*DODGE*

I easily maneuvered away from the blow, its sharp claws created a formidable shockwave that cut through the ground beneath us.

A heap of rubble and wreckage laid at the feet of the humanoid, it quickly looked up and dashed towards me with tremendous velocity.

"What is your problem?!"

The humanoid appeared not to comprehend any language, as it furiously bombarded me with a series of punches.

*DODGES*

I managed to sidestep each attack with ease, even though the humanoid seemed to be moving at lightning speed, to me it almost felt as if it was in slow motion.

I thought to myself as I weaved out of the way of each blow, "This could be the ideal moment to prove the strength of my body."

I moved closer to the humanoid and tried to stop it from striking me with its right arm. Taking the offensive, I pushed his arm away.

I clenched my fist and drew back my right arm, "You're finished," I said in a steady, emotionless voice.

*CRASH*

I hit the humanoid in the abdomen, creating a huge hole that extended all the way through its body. It screamed in pain and agony as it crashed through the walls of the castle.

I traversed the opening created when the humanoid was thrown down.

I found myself now outside of the castle, and I was completely amazed by what I had witnessed.

"Isn't this supposed to be a thriving kingdom?"

"So what the hell is going on?"

The castle was situated atop a hill, and the remainder of the Kingdom lay below it

The houses were completely destroyed, smoke was everywhere and anguished screams of the fire could be heard from the top of the hill. The tall buildings, shops, and attractions had gaping voids and there was no sign of life.

The fire was so fierce that it left nothing but charred remains of the houses behind. Even the streets were filled with ashes and rubble. Everywhere there was destruction and devastation. The smell of the fire was still in the air, its smoke lingering in the sky. It seemed like the whole town had been wiped away by the blaze.

My eyes then concentrated back onto the mutated humanoid.

The path of destruction caused by the crash of the humanoid was visible from a distance ahead.

The humanoid managed to regain its footing after the impact, and the gap I had punched through was healing itself at a perceptible rate.

"It can heal itself?"

I was astounded when the humanoid suddenly took to the sky, shouting "Flight?!" as it rose higher and higher, until it eventually stopped and clapped its hands together.

"I recognise this."

Sado adopted the same attitude when he unleashed a massive wave of flames.

Suddenly, a ball of fire appeared in the palm of the humanoid's hands.

The humanoid withdrew his arm and threw the flame at me with great force.

It felt as if an even more powerful force was coming my way than when Sado had launched his at me; the fire was hurtling towards me.

*EXPLOSION*

I couldn't help but crack a smile as the fiery wave rushed towards me and caused a huge crater in the grass.

The blaze surrounded me as I was consumed by the flames, yet I did not cry out in agony. When the fire died down, nothing remained of me but ashes.

The humanoid had a huge, satisfied grin on its face which quickly disappeared.

From the ruins of my body, I started to regenerate as if it was liquid. Every part of my body steadily reconstructed itself back to normal, as if nothing had ever happened.

After I was done healing, the humanoid gave me a displeased and scared expression. I then asked, "You can't do that, can you?" in a jovial tone.
