Legion Hierarchy : Regional Captains 

The Three Primary leaders of the Division commander's units. The Region Captains are over 4 of the Squads that are in the Legion, each one of the 3 hold a specialization in a certain field of warfare/combat and usually structure their squads to suit their needs as well as the needs of the Legion itself. Their only job is to make sure their squad leaders are adequately trained to manage over squads of students without having a mental breakdown from the pure stupidity that they may see, in all seriousness usually they have to evaluate the squad leaders just as they are evaluated by the Division Commander.

Within C:A they are seen as the first step into the higher echelon of a Legion, as they are usually the first Challenge for many Second and Third years who want to prove themselves. Their popularity varies on how successful their squads are in the missions that they give and undertake themselves. Many Captains are Second Years or Third Years.
