Intruder...

Ari Jung carefully surveyed the house once more, determined to find the source of the mysterious presence. After a thorough search, she finally spotted a small shadow figure hiding behind the balcony wall.

Ari Jung looked around the house a few more times before finally finding the source.

"Hm.. got you."

She went to the balcony and looked down, only to find a small shadow figure hiding itself behind the wall. Confronting the figure, she demanded to know who sent it and why it was spying. The figure hesitated, prompting Ari to urge it to speak up before she uncovered its identity herself. Despite her warning, the figure fled as soon as Ari spoke, leaving her to ponder whether she had been too forceful.

"I know you are there… who sent you here and why are you spying on his every move?"

The shadow looked up at her and clicked its tongue after being found out.

"Umm."

Ari Jung, who became more impatient due to its silence, took a step in its direction.

"I think you better tell me yourself than me finding out who you were and why and what you are doing here."

The shadow started to shriek backwards.

"Umm…."

"Don't even think about running away."

Before Ari Jung could complete her sentence, the shadow figure started running away.

Ari Jung looked at the direction it ran towards.

Later, Ari found herself bored and restless, having exhausted all her usual pastimes.

"It seems to be a harmless one, maybe I overdid it," she thought to herself before returning to the living room.

A few hours later, Ari Jung was out of options to snap her boredom. She had read every book that was there and even read a few case files out of boredom.

"Hmm, it's boring me out. When will that human wake up?" she mumbled in a low voice.

As she idly wondered when Yoo In Soo would wake up, she heard faint, heavy breathing coming from his room. Suspecting that he might be awake and working without rest, she approached his room cautiously, only to find him in distress, struggling for breath in the darkness.

"Hmm.. I do not sense any strange presence here now. Then where is this sound coming from there? Wait.. is that guy awake all this time and fooling around with his work without sleeping? I should check it out myself before coming to such conclusions."

Ari Jung walked towards the bedroom on tiptoe just in case Yoo In Soo was sleeping and the source of strange sounds was something else.

"Hmm.."

She turned the doorknob, a little hesitant, and peered inside only to find that the lights were turned off.

"Then he wasn't fooling with work.." she thought. She doesn't have to look any further when she hears the strange noise again, only to find Yoo In Soo sweating profusely and gasping for air.
