The sound of the door being slammed open disrupted this silence. Lyn glanced over, and a deep sigh passed her lips. Here comes the other one.
"Rhys."
Rhys walked over, and she felt his arms wrap around her. "Hey, are you alright?"
Despite his casual words and his rather bold actions. Lyn noticed something, 'He is trembling.' This person truly cares about her. He can't express his feelings as openly as Kazuya. But there is no doubt that he cares for her. Lyn leaned into his hold, and Rhys eyes widened.
"Come back with me?" Rhys asked. It was a simple question, but Lyn saw the look in his eyes.
Lyn nodded. "I will."
"Hold on--" Allen was about to protest.
Ralph chuckled. "Well, indeed. If Rhys takes care of her, then we should have no more problems."
Rhys clicked his tongue, clearly annoyed. "And exactly where have you been hiding, master?"
"Oh my," Ralph said. "I thought you said you wouldn't call me that anymore."
