Friendships begin with a slice of pizza

Back at home; both Sam and Jane were sitting by their living room sofa quite comfortably. It really did seem like they were having a nice time, except for the fact that neither of them were actually talking. Hell, both failed to even initiate the slightest amount of conversation. So, what seemed fine turned awkward within a split second.

In the end, it was Jane who got fed up with the atmosphere and decided to finally break the silence. "Okay, what's happening right here? I thought we were gonna have a nice time between friends and all that I'm feeling right now is total awkwardness, you know? So, either you tell me the plan for us to recover from the mess or I'm gonna slam your head to the table before us and it's gonna hurt like crazy. You do know that I'm adept with martial arts, right?" She asked.

"Fucking hell, dude! The first thing that came into your mind was violence? That's not cool, you know?" Sam shrugged as he said that.
