Deja Vu

"Nah, nah, why are you saying sorry to me right?" Veronica looked confused as she asked.

"Well, I mean… I did kiss you and all and I thought you deserved an apology for it." Sam spoke.

"Hmm, it's true that you did kiss me when I was dead drunk, but I would rather think of it as a momentary mistake on your part. And it's not like you didn't apologize for it the moment that it happened either." She shrugged. "Also, if you had any other sinister thoughts about me and stuff, you could've easily done it while you had the chance. But you didn't. And that makes you cool." She smiled as she said that.

"Hmm, so that brings me to this question…" It was Jane this time around. "Why the hell did you even confess then?" She asked.
