A predicament

"Ha, this seems familiar." Sam mumbled as he looked at the other two in the kitchen.

"Oh, hey!" Jane waved her hand around as she said that. And Sid followed up on that as well.

"Okay, I get Jane, but what are you doing here?" Sam turned his head towards Sid and asked.

"Well, here's the thing. I was actually planning to leave this place after having that call with my mum, but when I came back I saw Rose sleeping on the couch looking oh so adorable. Now, how can I disturb her sleep like that? So, I did what I thought was the sensible thing and I slept on the couch with her by my side." Sid explained.

"I see. That's nice. But I'mma tell you right now, if you wanna freshen up, do it right now cuz you won't get the chance to do that once others wake up." Sam spoke.

"Oh, don't worry about that. We'll just head to my home and freshen up there or something." Sid shrugged as he said that.
