Chapter 93.

The Goth Loli, 'as Yōji called her' stood up and continued to smile at everyone, Serafall raised an eyebrow as soon as she saw her weapon "that is a big Battle Axe...".

The girl began to walk towards the LAV while also talking "where do you come from? where are you going?".

Yōji sweatdropped "err what did she said?".

Serafall smiled and answered Yōji's questions "she's asking where we came from and where we're going, though I think she's asking out pure curiosity".

Yōji nodded, while Kurokawa leaned forward and tried to take a better look "she looks like a child...".

I chuckled while Serafall grinned at Kurokawa "don't let appearances fool Kuro-Chan, I can tell you, that she's not human".

Kurokawa tilted her head "Kuro-Chan? wait never mind that, what do you mean?".

I then responded to her "she's not human Kurokawa, that girl right there, is not only powerful but also something inhuman, so I advise everyone to be careful".

Everyone nodded, suddenly the kids that are riding with us, jumped out from the back and began to run towards the girl, one of the boys excited yelled "it's the Oracle!".

The kids ran towards the girl while chanting 'Oracle' over and over again, I smiled as I watched them speak with the girl "it seems like she's an Oracle, or at least that's what the kids are calling her".

Yōji looked intrigued "Oracle?".

I nodded to him while I watched the kids speak with who I knew was Rory, she really is very beautiful and around the same size as Serafall but what really caught mine and Serafall's attention.

Is the amount of energy coming out from her, she had a very strong current of Divinity running through her body, which I assume is the link she has to Emroy or at least that's what I think is the name of her God.

Rory smiled at the kids and began to ask them questions "where did you come from?".

Some adults joined the kids and bow downed in front of her, an elderly woman answered her question "we fled our village".

A male adult continued on "there was a Fire Dragon, we had to run".

Yōji, Kurata and Kurokawa were staring at Rory and paying attention to how everyone was talking to her, Kurokawa then made an observation "they appear to be praying to her".

Yōji nodded "it seems that there some kind of religious significance to that weird outfit".

Serafall shrugged "I'm not surprised, in my world, the female Exorcists of the church wear these battle outfits that look like one piece swimnsuits, they're very sexy~".

Kurata and Yōji gaped at Serafall while Kurokawa just looked at her disbelieve, Yōji then suddenly said "suddenly, I want to go to your world...".

I chuckled "you really don't, you think this one is dangerous? ours is about 100 percent more do, the Supernatural there is really rampart".

Yōji sighed and looked disappointed, while Kurokawa and Kurata smiled at him, Rory suddenly noticed us and began to walk over to the LAV "who are these strange people?".

I raised an eyebrow "we don't look that strange do we?".

Rory just smiled at me and seemed to have been amused by my comment, a boy suddenly spoke to answer her question "they saved us, they're good people!".

Rory looked a bit surprised, but then went back to smiling "so you aren't being forced out of your village?".

The boy shook his head and then brightly smiled "nope!".

Rory then began to inspect the LAV, Serafall giggled "she's very curious huh?".

I nodded "well, this is all very new to her after all".

Rory turned her head towards the boy "how does this move?".

The boy frowned a bit as he thought over what Rory just asked "I don't know, but its a way comfier ride than our carts".

Rory suddenly grinned "a comfy, ride huh?". she the turned her head to a towards us and licked her lips.

I raised an eyebrow at her, which seems to just amused her even more, she then turned to look at me and tried to look as pure and innocent as she could "I would like to see~".

I smiled at her "your a mischievous one huh?" but Rory only lightly laughed at my question.

A few minutes later Rory opened the door and then sat on my lap to the shock and envy of Yōji, Kurata and Serafall 'who wanted Rory to sit on her lap too' Kurokawa just stared at me "Rean, I don't how, but you seem completely natural with her in your lap...".

Rory giggled as she seemed to be having fun while I just chuckled "believe or not, this isn't the first time I find myself in this situation, I'm practically used to this, at this point".

I then turn my head towards the back and stared at the unconscious Elf, who now had Rory's Battle Axe on top of her, the poor Elf looked like she was struggling in her sleep "can someone get that Axe off the poor girl?".

Kurokawa sweatdropped "I-I tried to... but it's too heavy".

I sighed and then snapped my fingers, this made the Axe begin to float in the air with a bit of Gravity Manipulation Magic.

Rory however was having too much fun trying the get a reaction out of me, I just smiled at her and gave her a headpat which just made her smile, Kurata then suddenly spoke "damn it Rean! I'm so jealous!".

Serafall nodded "yeah! I want her to sit in my lap too! don't hog her Rean!".

I just chuckled "it's not like I asked her to chose me as her seat, you know?".

Rory just laughed and then smiled at Serafall, which made my devilish girlfriend smiled at her *oh boy... I don't know if these two becoming friends would be good for my health...".

Soon after we decided to keep going and took off back in the road, we eventually reached a place called Roche Hill, its a pretty desolate location with red stone cliffs.

The fact that we have reached this place surprised and amazed the villagers, some couldn't even believe that they had traveled this far, which is understandable.

It would usually take them more time than we have traveled to get to this point, Kurata who was behind Serafall who was still driving suddenly made a comment "the scenery is starting to change, huh?".

Yōji nodded while Rory who was now with them in the back, was just smiling as she heard them speak in a language she couldn't understand, which just amused her.

Yōji the sighed "we're pretty far from the village now, I wish this evacuation was over already".

I laughed a bit "dude this was your idea remember?".

Yōji sighed and slumped on his seat "shut up...".

That made everyone laugh while Rory just brightly smiled at everyone with a curious look on her eyes, Yōji growled and then pushed my head down so he can lean forward and look out the window "hey! get off asshole!".

Yōji just grinned "the sun is hotter here than in Japan huh?".

But then Serafall's and my eyes widen, I leaned back and pushed Yōji back to his seat, I then quickly put a hand out the window "Reflect!".

My Magic spell, traveled through the air and then crashed against the back of the caravan, a barrier of light suddenly engulfed it, just in time as the Fire Dragon suddenly appeared and began to breath a stream of red hot flames at it.

Yoji immediately noticed what I did and widen his eyes in shock, as he saw the Fire Dragon roar in rage, as he saw his attack fail to burn his targets, he turned his head toward Kurata and Kurokawa and yelled "battle stations!".

However, even though my Reflectaga spell protected everyone, the villagers panicked and began to run in all directions "fuck! Sera-Chan! stay and help!".

I immediately jumped out the window and took of flying at high-speed, the Dragon had immediately began to attack the Villagers, who ran out of my barrier in a panic and I hauled ass.

I immediately teleported them all in one group and far away of the Dragon, I couldn't get to all of them though, the Flames got to them to quickly "shit...".

I didn't expect them to downright run away out the barrier, but I underestimated how they would react in fear and panic.

But at least I was able to save most of them, though they lost all of their things, the Dragon suddenly roared and began to chase a flying cart while the old man in it, began to scream in disbelieve of being chased by a real Fire Dragon.

I immediately charged a Moonblast and fired it at the Dragon, who suddenly panicked 'more than likely his instincts went crazy' and abruptly dodged it just in time.

Though I did see it flinched from the close call, this however gave enough time, to the Wizard and Lelei to get away.

Suddenly I heard the LAVs coming my way, I turned my head towards them and smile, I could clearly hear Pops suddenly yell "fighting giant monsters is a Defense-Force tradition! go, go!".

I couldn't help but laugh a bit "I really like that old timer!".

The LAVs got close to the Fire Dragon right away and began to shoot it with everything they had, I immediately took advantage that the Dragon was distracted and summoned two Pokemon to help me "come! Gardevoir! Mimikyu!".

Both of my Pokemon appeared in front of me in flashes of white light, they instantly tensed and got ready the moment they saw the Fire Dragon "girls! gather the rest of the Villagers around the area and send them to the same place where I gathered the others.

You'll be able to sense them, keep them safe and if you see the Dragon heading towards them, kill it!".

Both Pokemon nodded, Mimikyu took off floating towards where I had teleported some of the Villagers to protect them, Gardevoir began to teleport to gather the rest of the Villagers that took off running all over the place.

I smiled at both of my Pokemon and then took off flying, the Dragon isn't a big problem, but having to keep a closer eye to this many people might be a bit of an issue.

Especially when I was used to my teammates being able to defend themselves against any threat, this time I'll have to be more cautious.

I soon arrived on top of the LAV Serafall is driving and yelled at Yōji who as shooting at the Dragon with his Machine gun "I was able to save most of the Villagers but some took off in all directions and the Dragon got them, all children are safe!".

Yōji nodded "thanks Rean! good job!".

I nodded at Yōji while we watched the Heavy Machine Gun fire Armor Piercing rounds at the Dragon but most weren't piercing deep enough.

Yōji frowned and reloaded his weapon "tch! don't mind it! keep shooting and keep it distracted it! fire! fire! fire!".

The Dragon grew angry and his jaws began to glow red, Yōji's eyes widen "in coming Fire Breath!".

But a light blue beam of energy suddenly crashed against the Dragon's jaw and froze it, causing the Dragon to trash around trying to destroy the ice.

Yōji gaped and turned his head, towards where he had seen the beam come from and watched Glaceon grinned and breath out a bit of white smog from her mouth.

I also smiled and laughed a bit, because Glaceon was still wearing her JSDF Helmet while grinning, suddenly Leafeon jumped onto the rootop.

She then shook her head and her body began to glow with Grass Type Energy, she then fired a big Energy Ball that flew through the air and quickly crashed against the Fire Dragon's chest pushing him back until it crashed on the ground.

The Fire Dragon rolled on the ground a couple of times from the force behind Leafeon's attack, Yōji then yelled "whoa! wait a minute! Grass Type Moves are weak against Fire!".

But Leafeon just grinned at Yōji, I chuckled and shook my head "my Pokemon don't follow game rules Yōji! now pay attention! my Pokemon will only provide support! so we'll take that Dragon down ourselves!".

Yōji gaped at me but then grinned "alright! let do some good old Dragonslaying!".

I inwardly laughed at the fact that Yōji just said that to a Dragon God, the irony was amazing in that comment which made it all that much funny to me.

The Dragon slammed his snout against the ground while heating his jaws with his inner fire, eventually he was able to destroy the Ice and then roared in rage.

The Dragon stood up and glared at the LAVs driving around it, Kurata then yelled "we might not have to worry about the Fire-Breath, but what do we do about its scales? 50. caliber ammunition is not doing anything to it!".

The Elf suddenly woked up and stood up in a panic, she began to yell in her language something, but now one could understand her, except Serafall "she's saying to aim for its eyes! aim at it's eyes!".

Yōji nodded and immediately turned his head towards the Fire Dragon while yelling "all Units! aim for the eyes!".

Everyone in Recon Three Team immediately aimed at the Fire Dragon's eyes, this began to actually make the Fire Dragon Panic and tried to protect its vulnerable eyes.

In fact the Fire Dragon was now getting very annoyed by its attackers, Serafall then yelled at Yōji "hey! use the Rocket Launchers! I know Rean made sure every unit had plenty of those!".

Yōji nodded "Katsumoto! shoot him with a Rocket Launcher as soon as you see it stop moving".

Katsumoto nodded and immediately took out one of the Rocket Launchers and loaded it with a Rocket, he then took aim.

As soon as he saw the Dragon stop moving again to protect its eyes he decided to fire but suddenly stopped "oh wait! shoulder check~".

Everyone in Recon Three Team yelled at the same time "hurry up!".

Katsumoto sweatdropped but fired right away, but unfortunately the LAV he was riding on ran over a boulder and made it jump up, this made Katsumoto press the trigger on the Rocket Launcher by accident.

Yōji growled "shit! he snatched the trigger! its going to miss!".

Suddenly, Rory kicked the back door of the LAV and flipped herself into the the top of the LAV right behind me, she reared her arms back and then threw her Battle Axe the Fire Dragon.

The massive Battle Axe flew through the air like a buzzsaw, it made a soft humming sound as it traveled towards the Fire Dragon and then crashed against the ground besides the Dragon.

The ground cracked and was blasted apart upon impact which forced the Fire Dragon to lean to his side, and right into the Rocket's trajectory.

The Rocket, crashed and exploded against the Fire Dragon's arm, the Dragon loudly roared in pain as his entire arms was blasted off, Rory grinned as she watched the Dragon suffer.

The Fire Dragon began to flap its wings, its giant body started to float up, I grinned as it saw it try to get away, too bad I wasn't feeling in the mood to let it escape "Sera!".

Serafall grinned as she understood what I wanted to do, so she turned the LAV, so her side was facing the Dragon and let one of her hand her window, while pointing it at the Dragon "your not getting away! Rest in a merciless silver embrace! Absolute!".

The effect of the spell was instant, one of the Fire Dragon's wings froze solid along with half its body, the Dragon let out a roar of pain as it's wing shattered and began to fall towards the ground, meanwhile I teleported right above it.

I let Gravity take me down as I transformed my bracelet into Excalibur inside of Avalon, I grabbed hold of Excalibur's hilt and got ready to Quickdraw.

Soon enough I got closer to the Dragon and I quickly drew Excalibur from Avalon and slashed at the other wing, in a flash, I cut off the remaining Fire Dragon's wing before it could even land on the ground.

The Fire Dragon roared in pain but it was soon caught off when it crashed landed on the ground, I grinned and teleported right in front of the Fire Dragon.

It immediately noticed it take a big breath, but as soon as it got ready to fire his Fire Breath and I slammed Avalon right under its chin and force it to slam its jaws close.

Which then cause the accumulated fire withing its jaws to explode, the Dragon roared in agony while I jumped back.

With the Fire Dragon standing on its hind legs and roaring in agony, I decided to finish it off, I transformed Avalon back into a bracelet while Excalibur took on her Vampire Killer form.

The Dragon was completely caught of guard as I swung Excalibur and wrapped it around ts neck with her, as soon as I saw it wrap around the Dragon's neck, I violently pulled Excalibur causing the chain to tighten.

The Dragon made an odd noice as its roar was cut off by Excalibur's chain and its head was forced down, it violently slammed against the ground causing it to shake.

The Fire Dragon couldn't even roar as I pull Excalibur's Vampire Killer form even more, it tried to pull back but that only made it worse.

Now forced to stare at me, it glared but with a vicious grin I turned my eyes into their true purple Dragonic form, the Fire Dragon tensed as it saw me in the eyes and knew.

Just knew that it was before something far more powerful than it, but I didn't let it contemplate any futher and with a roar of my own I pulled on Excalibur again, this time with all my strength.

The Fire Dragon's eyes widen for a second before his head was cut off and sent flying back behind me, Excalibur chain whip retraced and I twirled her around me a couple of times before turning her back into her bracelet form.

Meanwhile Recon Team Three was gaping at me, while Serafall giggled, Rory looked at me with wide eyes but soon smiled intrigued but the most shocked out of everyone was the Elf.

She was gaping at me in disbelieve as I turned around and grinned at everyone.

Yōji and the rest of Recon Three Team gathered around the decapitated Dragon's head and stare at it in disbelieve, Rory was sitting on top of the Dragon's head while smiling and humming.

Meanwhile the Elf stood a bit far away and stared at the Dragon with sadness and anger on her eyes, Serafall was by her side rubbing her back, it seems she took a liking to her and was trying to give her some comfort.

Thankfully she was now wearing the covers she used while unconscious, around herself, I don't think the guys could handle such a beautiful young woman walking around naked.

I walked up to Yōji and he immediately turned his head towards me "holy shit Rean! you killed it so easily!".

I grinned at him and slap him on the back which made him groaned in pain and curse me out a bit "what are you talking about? this was a team effort".

Kuribayashi who had Glaceon on her shoulder 'still wearing her we helmet' turned her head towards me "please, I know you could have killed it on your own".

I nodded, letting her know she's right "sure I could, but I'm not about to do all your job, we all fought the Dragon and we took it down together, it doesn't matter if I could have killed it in one blow".

Kurokawa who was kneeling down and petting Leafeon smiled at me "but your not denying that you could have killed it on your own".

I chuckled and nodded "well yeah, I'm powerful enough to destroy a whole universe if I wanted".

Recon Team three gaped at me, while Rory giggled "if I didn't know better I would say that you are a God, but your something else, for a second, before you killed the Fire Dragon I felt something that gave me goosebumps all over my body".

Rory jumped down from the Dragon's head and walked up to me "just what could you be, hm?".

Once in front of me, Rory stood on her tippy toes and stared at me in the eyes, I just grinned "who knows?".

Rory smiled "very interesting, I find you very intriguing Rean " Rory licked her lips and stood back while still looking up at me "I will find out who you are".

I chuckled and gave her a headpat, she smiled while I nodded at her "when you find out, you'll be mighty shocked~".

Rory pouted "at least deny it a bit".

I just laughed, Yōji smiled at us "what is she saying?"

I turned my head towards Yōji "she's wants to know what I am, she senses something and now she knows I'm Supernatural being, I'm sure she's going to be keeping a close eye on me, for a while".

Yōji chuckled "I don't know if I should feel sorry for you or call you lucky Rean".

I just shrugged "maybe do both?".

Yōji laughed and nodded, he then turned his head towards the decapitated Dragon head "still, I know you told us that you and Serafall araren't man, but it didn't really registered until now...".

The rest of the Recon Team Three nodded in agreement, this showed that both Serafall and I aren't normal at all, it cemented that we're different.

We did just fight the Dragon and were actually able to cause damage to it, when most of their weapons didn't do anything to it, but in the end it really didn't matter, I was on their side and that's what counts.

Suddenly Serafall and the Elf walked over to us, Serafall smiled at me "Rean, this pretty little lady wants to say something to you".

I nodded to Sera and gave her a smile of my own, I then turned my head towards the Elf, she immediately bowed "h-hello, my name is Tuka Luna Marceau... thank you for killing that Dragon... it... it killed everyone in my village, Lady Serafall explained what happened".

Kurokawa gaped a bit " Serafall? you told her about her village?".

Serafall nodded "yeah, things like that have to be explained right away, who knows what sort of psychological problems might raised up, if this sort if things are left in the dark, besides we killed the Dragon, she saw her people be avenged".

Tuka nodded, she seemed very sad right now and quite lost but she looked fine, there's no hint of the psychological trauma she went through in the anime.

It seems that with Serafall explaining this to her and with us killing the Fire Dragon in front of her eyes, she can now, mourne and move on.

Tuka looked down and seemed to be crying, while Serafall began to rub her back again, everyone silently watched her cry.

I frowned a bit, I couldn't bring the Elfs back to life because there was nothing left of their bodies but ash and charcoal *I'm going to eventually have to do something about these restrictions I have when bringing people back to life*.

[I'll begin to think of a way to help you with this Rean, but unfortunately this also means that we're going to have meet Death, as in the Conceptual being known as Death.]

*And im sure that means, that I'll have to do something for it, don't I?*.

[Yes, more than likely he'll ask a Quest out of you, It won't want to fight you since your both Conceptual being5, but he won't outright lift the restrictions you have, you are opposing forces after all.]

I inwardly nodded *yeah, two of my Domains are Life and creation after all*.

I felt Astraea nod, confirming my thoughts, I then gave a headpat to the mourning Elf in front of me, Tuka tensed up but then threw herself at me and began to cry on my chest "let it all out Tuka".

Tuka cried for a good few minutes before she suddenly fell asleep, Serafall and I smiled, the poor girl must have been exhausted after all the crying she did, it was good she could sleep and rest now.

Serafall carried her back to the LAV while everyone stayed behind with the Dragon's decapitated head, Yōji suddenly sighed "what are we going to do with all of this?".

I grinned and crossed my arms "I'm actually taking it with me, I can probably use parts of its body to craft all kinds of Magical Artifacts".

Yōji and Kurata turned their heads toward me so fast that I got a bit worried they might have hurt themselves, they suddenly rushed forward towards me with excited faces.

It was honestly a bit creepy the way they looked so excited, Yoji then suddenly and excitedly yelled "you can make Magical Weaponry!?".

Kurata then excitedly yelled again "what about Magical Armor and Accessories!?".

I grabbed both of their faces and pushed them back "hey! personal space guys!".

Yōji and Kurata pushed back as hard as they could but they failed to even moved my arms an inch, Yōji suddenly groaned "come on bro! just answer the question!".

I pushed them back both, which made them land on the asses with a grunt, but I did smiled and answered their questions "yeah, I can make all of that, I am an Enchanter, Master Smith and Alchemist, so I can make all sorts of things".

But Yōji and Kurata awed at me, which made everyone pretty much rolled their eyes at them, Rory hummed and lifted her giant Battle Axe "can you Enchant my Axe? I must warned you though, it is a weapon blessed by Emloy".

I hummed and walked over to her, I then grabbed her Battle Axe and lifted it towards my face to inspect it more closely "... yeah, I can Enchant it, but this Battle Axe is already pretty indestructible and can self repair itself, it think it's good the way it is".

I then turned my head towards Rory who was staring at me with surprise evident in her eyes, it made raise anneyebrow at her "what?"

Rory just smiled "not a lot of people can lift my Battle Axe, your definitely not human~".

She looked victoriously towards me while I just rolled my eyes at her, though I was still smiling since I found her curiosity amusing, but I did flick her on the forehead for being so cocky.

She flinched and pouted at me, no doubt trying to make me feel guilty, too bad I'm now very resistant to such tactics so I just threw her Battle Axe back at her.

Rory easily caught her Axe but was mischievously smiling, I just know that when Serafall and her get to know each other, they'll get along quite well and that worries me a bit.

I shook my head and then raised a hand towards the Dragon's head and put it in my Inventory, I soon did the same to its body and the wing I cut off.

Kuribayashi then walked up towards me with Glaceon flowing her, it was adorable how my Pokemon seemed to become friends with just about anyone, Kuribayashi the lifted her rifle and pointed at it "Rean, do you think you can make Magical Firearms? or Enchant our weapons? I think we might need a little more omph, when things like that Dragon roam around here".

I stared at the Rifle in Kuribayashi arms and thought about it for a few seconds "I've never tried to make a firearm before, so I honestly don't know".

Kuribayashi slumped a bit and looked disappointed, it made me smiled how cute she can be when she's not too busy acting tough, she reminds me of Gardevoir quite a lot.

So I decided to give it a try "well, that doesn't mean its impossible, all it takes its a bit of experimentation and good old trial and error but I bet I can make Magical Firearms soon enough, so be patient okay?".

Kuribayashi looked up at me and then brightly smiled, she then nodded and fist pumped a bit "awesome! more bang for you buck! thank you Rean!".

I nodded at Kuribayashi while a watched her excitedly pick up Glaceon off the ground and spin her around while cheering, I guess she's really excited about a magical gun.

Gardevoir suddenly walked up to me, behind her where the villagers, one of the villager girls was carrying Mimikyu like a teddy bear as they walked up to me.

Gardevoir melodiously said her name while pointing at the villagers "I see... so we lost ten to the Fire Dragon's fire breath, is everyone else alright though?"

Gardevoir nodded and then proceeded to say a couple of things with her melodious voice, though all she was saying is variations of her name, but I understood her "so you healed the injured, thank you Gardevoir".

Gardevoir smiled and the leaned her head forward expectedly, I chuckled and then gave her a head pat which had her smiling.

I suddenly heared a hiss, I turned my face towards Mimikyu who was staring at me very intently, I smild and walked up to her and gave her a headpat as well "thank you to you too Mimikyu" the little Ghost and Fairy Types Pokemon let out a few happy hisses.

The Mayor of Coda Village walked up to me, Yōji saw this and immediately walked up to my side, the Mayor then smiled "thank you for trying to protect us from the Fire Dragon... and I'm sorry that some of the villagers panicked.

We all saw how that was the cause of their demise" the Villagers nodded in agreement to the mayor..

I however frowned, I can't really blame them for panicking but goddamn was it annoying for people to die in front of you like this, I sighed and nodded at them "no problem, but what are you going to do next? the Fire Dragon is gone now".

The Mayor nodded "first, we want to bury the Death and then well talk about what to do next amongst each other".

I translated all of this to Yōji who frowned and then turned to look at a few children who were crying, they obviously had family members among the 10 that died.

Yōji then turned his head towards the Mayor and spoke a clearly as possible with the little bit he knew of the language "what about them?".

The Mayor understood Yōji and sadly shook his head "unfortunately we can't take them with us...".

Yōji nodded and sighed, he seemed the understand the situation but he definitely didn't like it one bit.

We all helped the Villagers bury the dead and recover as much of their things as possible, I also served them all some food and even gave the kids a few pastries I had in my inventory from, to cheer the up a bit.

That evening we had a small burial ceremony for the dead as a way to give closure to the few that had lost family, behind us a little girl began to cry, she was the one who was hugging Mimikyu earlier.

My adorable Ghost and Fairy Type Pokémon refused to leave the little girl, while Gardevoir hanged around the Recon Three Team, they were teaching her how to use a Rifle for some reason.
