Birth of a legendary

Evening

After having a satisfying nap Celebi didn't leave and decided to make Aoki's shoulder her seat.

In spite of Aoki trying to talk, Celebi didn't initiate any conversation so Aoki stopped trying.

All his Pokemons returned back and told what they saw.

Pidgeot and Gyarados discovered a Hotspring.

Charizard ate too much and fell asleep under the tallest tree shed.

Victreebel found new plants and tried if he could make them grow with his powers.

Darkrai just wandered around training energy control.

[ I saw a place covered up with illusions, so I didn't pry into it]

'It's okay'

Darkrai saw Celebi on Aoki's shoulder but didn't say anything.

Darkrai had already sensed a presence and informed Aoki in the morning.

Darkrai doesn't know about Celebi as he never saw her but he knows, it was a mythical Pokemon having some power of Dialga as he sensed the power of time around it.

"What happened to you? " Aoki said looking at Shelgon who was wearing a garland of flowers around him.

Shelgon while doing energy control exercises attracted a lot of attention from the elite-level wild Pokemon present around who challenged him to a fight.

He fought with elite-level Pokemons like Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Electabuzz, Ampharos, Golem, etc, and defeated each of them.

Many pokemon had become a spectator in the fight and offered him food for winning and a garland of flowers.

And finally, Nidoking returned with a handful of firestones and sunstones.

Apparently, he hung around with the Nidoran group present in the forest that had a Nidoqueen who gifted him the stones.

All the Pokemon gave Nidoking a smirk upon hearing that he got gifts from a Nidoqueen.

"Good Job Nidoking" Aoki would feed the Firestones to Charizard and keep the Sunstones for research.

Aoki gave them their food and began their normal gruesome training and mock battles.

All the wild Pokemons ran away as they could not handle the pressure but Celebi stayed on Aoki's shoulder and clapped every time someone did a cool move.

It was at night that their training finished so Aoki decided to relax in the hot spring along with his Pokemon.

Celebi ate dinner with him and disappeared after it.

In the hot springs, he found more Pokemon like the Staryu line, Magikarp, and Psyduck line that he didn't see before.

During the entire time, Zapdos didn't leave her nest as the egg was close to hatching.

The next morning, Aoki was woken up by Celebi who was pointing her hand toward the top of the cliff where Zapdos's next lay.

Aoki understood what Celebi meant and reached the place on the back of Pidgeot.

There he saw Zapdos in a cheerful mood as the eggs had cracks that were intensifying every moment.

'Baby Zapdos is about to be born'

Aoki was very excited to see how a legendary Pokemon is born.

Rumble !!

The wind became stronger as dark clouds started forming with thunder crackling.

Heavy rain had started whose raindrops seemed to be dancing with the strong wind that revolved around the nest.

Aoki's Pokemon surrounded the nest maintaining a distance leaving only Zapdos in the next.

As the clouds got larger and the wind got stronger, hundreds of Pokemon lined up at the bottom of the cliff as if praying for Zapdos to be born successfully.

Celebi who was sitting on Aoki's shoulder was shining with excitement witnessing the scene.

When the complete sky was covered with thunderclouds spreading darkness all around, all the cracks connected, and the giant egg crumbled revealing a 0.8-meter-tall baby Zapdos.

The baby Zapdos opened its eyes and wandered around finally stopping on the parent Zapdos.

~Kaaa~

The baby Zapdos gave out a cry which started a set of actions.

Rumble!

A large lightning bolt fell on the baby Zapdos but instead of getting hurt, the baby Zapdos completely absorbed the lightning bolt.

The wind became even stronger as the baby Zapdos flew to a small height with more lightning bolts falling on him becoming his food.

More lightning bolts fell on the lightning Pokemon on the ground watching the baby Zapdos. Instead of hurting them the lightning turned into energy and entered their body making them stronger.

Bady Zapdos's energy level kept rising from a low Junior level and finally stopped at a peak intermediate level.

KAAAAA!

Seeing this the parent Zapdos too released her roar as the remaining thunderbolts fell on her and finally dispersed the clouds.

The baby Zapdos came down and snuggled with his parent releasing a happy cry.

All the electric Pokemon gathered to witness the scene and released their cry of congratulations and happiness.

As expected, the birth of a legendary Pokemon was totally different.

It felt as if nature was welcoming the birth of Zapdos while preparing everything.

It reached the intermediate stage just after being born showing the power of a legendary Pokemon.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and Aoki got himself a card that he can use to get a favor from Professor Oak.
