CHAPTER 64 – SPECIAL COMBAT (PART TWO)

In the previous chapter we see how our heroes save the day, saving the Eevee and Umbreon stolen by Team Rocket, after this great feat, our heroes get to enjoy the rest of the day without incident, also after finishing, Koharu catches Umbreon and our heroes also take their respective Eevee that they leave at Professor Oak's Ranch, now, being the last day, e-Nigma wants to battle with Ash live.

"Why do you want to fight Pikachu and Latias specifically?" - asked Nancy.

"Easy, because Pikachu seems super strong to me and I always like to fight Pokémon like that and Latias because not every day you find a trainer with a Latias on his team, do you know that Latias and Latios are such rare Pokémon that very few trainers can catch them? Only those with incredible luck and very skilled can catch one, so you can imagine why I want to fight Latias" - She replied.

I looked at Latias and saw that she nodded at e-Nigma's proposal, well, it's not that I intended to refuse her offer, after all if it's going to pixelate my face, then there's no reason why I shouldn't fight against her, I know that eventually I'll have to show the world Mew, Meloetta and Latias and believe me that my intentions are to do it during the Indigo League, but until then I'd rather not show them too much in front of people other than my girls and gym leaders who are forbidden to reveal that Pokémon have the challengers who fought them.

"Okay, I accept your challenge, but don't forget to pixelate my face, I will show Latias in the Indigo League, until then I prefer to keep it secret from people other than my girlfriends and gym leaders" – I said.

"Girlfriends, are all these girls your girlfriends?" - asked e-Nigma.

"Yes" – I nodded.

Well, all except Latias, but since Bianca is my girlfriend and I already introduced her as such, then I will keep this for the moment.

He didn't seem to be very surprised by that fact, maybe he already suspected something from before? I have no idea, but it's not that I care, better for me and the girls, so we don't have to explain the reason for our relationship to others.

The gym was like those of Kanto, the only difference is that it had a design, how to say it ... more modern? I would not know how to describe perfectly, but let's say it was more futuristic than normal, I got that impression, I guess it was logical in the case of an electric type gym.

We followed e-Nigma through a room and arrived at what appeared to be a battlefield but with a roof, meaning that the roof was covered not like the Kanto gyms in which sunlight always entered.

She simply smiled and took out her Rotom Dex which was placed in front of her levitating.

Right after a beep sounded, I guess it means that the stream has already started.

"Good morning everyone! How are you today, my dear electrolytes? As you know the other day the winner of the contest called PokémonLover_79 finally came, today is the last day of his great and fun stay in the Paldea region, that is why together we are going to make a very special event that you will surely love!" – began to say e-Nigma.

I was also watching the live show through Nancy's phone, well, rather all of them, and I could see comments like "How envious I am of that boy", "Reveal the surprise I can't wait!", those kinds of comments.

"Well, the event is a... Pokémon battle, that's right, you're going to witness how I battle for the first time on this channel!" – said e-Nigma.

Now that she says it, it is true that it is the first time I have seen her fight, although I did not know that she did not do it before because I started following her long after she started to stream.

People in the chat kept spamming that they wanted to see the fight.

You could see comments protesting that fact saying that they wanted to see his face and not be a coward, you know, there are people who supported me and other toxic people who didn't.

"Before we start, let's hear how many badges the challenger has, if he is a trainer of course!" – said e-Nigma.

"Obviously I am and I currently have 5 gym badges!" – I said.

"5 badges at this point is not bad at all, then I won't hold back too much, Iron Thorns, I choose you!" – said e-Nigma.

And out of the Pokéball came what seemed to be a Tyranitar but very futuristic, it was actually a Paradox Pokémon!

"That's right, my Pokémon is none other than Iron Thorns, a recently discovered Paradox Pokémon that is said to come from the future, I was hoping to show it to you in this battle!" – said e-Nigma.

What envy, I hope to get at least one Iron Valiant, I loved that Pokémon.

"Pikachu, let's prove we're made of!" – I said.

"Pika pi!" – Pikachu nodded as he stepped out onto the battlefield.

"The rules will be simple, it will be a 2 vs 2!" – said e-Nigma.

"Understood!" – I nodded.

"Well, let's not drag this on any longer, Iron Thorns, use Stone Edge!"

The enemy Pokémon reacted and its grass-green parts lit up and then threw a punch towards the ground.

Numerous sharp rocks began to come out of the ground directly towards Pikachu.

"Dodge it and use Iron Tail!"

Pikachu barely dodged the attack and was able to hit an Iron Tail squarely to Iron Thorns that sent him back a few steps.

"That's not enough, Iron Thorns uses Ice Fang!"

A kind of pale blue fangs appeared in the air, then Iron Thorns lunged towards Pikachu with the intention of attacking him.

"Quick Attack and then use Iron Tail!"

Pikachu dodged the attack with Quick Attack and set out to hit an Iron Tail on the enemy, however...

"Now, use Brick Break!"

A brown fist hit Pikachu sending him flying, damn, he knew we would dodge the blow and against attacked with a contact attack so that we could not dodge it in time, this girl is good.

"Are you okay Pikachu?" – I asked.

Iron Thorns lunged straight at Pikachu with the intention of delivering a heavy blow, but that won't work anymore.

Pikachu understood and stopped in his tracks near him.

"No!" - exclaimed e-Nigma.

"Iron Tail!"

"That distance is enough to dodge your attack, dodge it!"

True, it's enough to dodge Pikachu's Iron Tail, but what if there was a way for him to stay still?

"Use Electroweb and don't let it move!"

Pikachu canceled the Iron Tail and threw a power net at Iron Thorns that left him immobilized.

"Now, take advantage of the fact that he is trapped, and finish him off with Iron Tail!"

"Since we can't break free, then we won't do it, use Brick Break!"

Damn, I thought he would try to break free instead of attacking, I miscalculated that!

Pikachu managed to hit the Iron Tail directly at Iron Thorns sending it flying, but he also took a lot of damage.

In short, the blow they dealt each other was so strong that both fell weakened.

I quickly ran to Pikachu and carefully lifted him off the ground.

"You did great Pikachu, it's not every day you fight a Paradox, are you okay?" – I said with a smile.

I didn't know that e-Nigma would have a Paradox form, in the anime I don't know, but in the video game even his strongest team didn't have something like that, I thought he would have Pokémon from Paldea of course, but I never believed he actually had a Paradox.

Although Ash didn't know it, the girls did, the live was filling up with comments like "I want another exciting fight!" Can a Pikachu really be so strong?" "How long has that kid been training Pokemon? He looks like an expert" "Bah, it hasn't been bad but I'm sure I would have done better."

Comments like that filled the entire chat constantly.

Before the next battle, I gave Pikachu to Koharu so that Koharu could rest peacefully, and then returned to the battlefield.

And a mighty Electivire came out of his Pokéball with an overflowing fighting spirit.

"I guess it's time... come on Latias, let's show who are the strongest here!" – I exclaimed.

Comments like that filled the chat like a waterfall, although only the girls could see such comments as Ash and e-Nigma were too focused on their fight.
