' having authority and power over someone is much less than having it over your own mind.'
This was the very day I was waiting for, the day my request was approved. It was early in the morning and Yua was out for work already, I was planning my days ahead food wise...and that was when it happened. A knock...not loud enough to raise suspicion but loud enough to know it was important. Being in that moment was so terrifying for me, in the past I was so innocent. My life of vigilance had barley even begun but ,even then I seemed to realise that.
Knowing this I hesitantly opened the door, and as I expected there was a messenger. I couldn't quite see his face but I did notice he was quite scrawny for a male of his age and his hair was quite dry , he seemed overly eager about his job. This is what he told me : 'you have been invited to show your presence and commitment to our team you must meet us at barley street behind the abandoned factory and bring no one with you, for if you do, you shall be killed' and with that he left leaving me stranded at my doorstep asking myself many questions of doubt..
