Luxurious Life

After walking for more than 20 minutes, Sophia and Jiho finally arrived at the city entrance. They entered the city, making their way between the crowded streets to Sophia's house.

As the guards outside the house saw Sophia approaching, they slightly bowed and left way for her to enter. Sophia smiled gently and gave a slight nod.

Jiho entered the house along with her. They decided to visit the guild the next day because it was getting late and their reward would be safe with the guild.

All the servants were working, cleaning every corner of the house, not even leaving a trace of dust around.

A few maids were cooking food in the kitchen. The sweet and spicy aroma of the food made Jiho drool. He wanted a good rest, but before that, he wanted delicious food to fill his angry stomach.

Sophia sat on the couch and patted the spot next to her, indicating at Jiho to sit down as well.

Jiho sat on the couch and loosened his muscles, he could feel the soft couch, he wanted to fall asleep instantly.

Sophia looked at him and opened her mouth to speak something. "I wanna know more about the human world, can you tell me about it?" She put on puppy eyes and a cute face, pleading to Jiho to tell her everything about the human world.

"Sure..." Jiho wryly smiled, looking at her puppy cute face and pink cheeks. Anyone would instantly fall for her, she was like an empress, her looks were charming and seductive. Even he found it hard to resist her charm.

He started telling her about the human world where he came from, but he told her about the human world inside the game, not the real human world.

"There are many cities and villages in the human realm... There are many things which are similar to hell, hunting monsters is common there and there is no peace. Although it's not chaotic either..." He kept telling Sophia more and more, which made her more curious. 

Time passed in an instant and the dinner was ready. A beautiful maid arranged the food on the table nicely. 

Sophia and Jiho headed to the dining room. Sophia pulled out a fine wooden chair and sat on it comfortably. Jiho did the same and sat down on a chair next to Sophia.

The sweet aroma of the food entered his nose, he was holding back his urge to munch on the delicious looking food.

The maid nicely served the food to Jiho and Sophia. They both started eating. Jiho took a small bite and his eyes sparkled as he felt the flavours melting in his mouth.

He instantly took another bite and soon, his plate was empty. He felt his heavy stomach and he was more than satisfied with the food.

Sophia also finished her share and walked upstairs, gesturing at Jiho to follow her.

After climbing the stairs, they arrived at the 1st floor. Sophia told Jiho to rest in the room next to hers.

Jiho nodded and went in after opening the door. The interior of the room was finely designed by a skilled person. He could tell in a single glance that every furniture and ornaments cost tens of thousands of coins.

A lamp was placed on the dresser next to the large bed. Gems were hanging from it, tied by a thin metallic chain, giving it an extraordinary and luxury look.

A large wardrobe was placed next to a wooden study table. There was another door, leading to the bathroom.

Jiho entered the bathroom and gasped after looking at how good and spacious it was. It could easily fit 20 of him. There was a large bath tub in the right side. A shower head hung from the wall.

A washbasin was placed on the left side, it had the same texture as the bath tub. Jiho washed his hands and his face before exiting the bathroom.

He instantly plopped down on the bed and touched the soft blanket. He lay down comfortably and after a few minutes, he fell into deep slumber.

The next morning, Sophia entered Jiho's room and looked at him sleeping soundly. She actually found him kinda cute and adorable while asleep.

"Should I wake him up?" She pondered for a while before deciding to tease him a little.

She tightly shut his nose with her two fingers, making it hard for him to breathe.

After a few seconds, he jolted out of his slumber and looked at Sophia laughing and giggling at him.

"Was it you?" He scratched the back of his head and yawned.

"Yeah, I decided to tease you a little. By the way, it's morning already, we need to give the guild a visit to claim our task reward and secondly, we will take more tasks and make you stronger." She spoke.

"Ahh! Yes! I will be ready in a minute, please wait for me!", Jiho was instantly excited after hearing about the reward and more tasks. He wanted to get stronger to not die at the hands of even a kid in hell. 

He wanted to make sure that he was stronger than the common people in the city first before making his next move.

He went to the bathroom and freshened up, following his daily morning routine.

He exited the bathroom and saw Sophia sitting on the bed, patiently waiting for him to come out.

She turned her face to his direction and saw his handsome glowing face. She blushed slightly, a slight pink hue visible on her cheeks.

"L-let's go!" She instantly looked away and spoke shyly.

"Sure..." Jiho was confused by her sudden weird actions but he didn't think too much about it and walked behind her.

'I must fully use this chance! I will get stronger!'
