Fate/Tyranny - Prologue

(MC POV)

'Where am I?'

I was taking a shower when suddenly the shampoo fell in my eyes and it started burning like the depths of hell, I took some steps back due to pain and I think I accidentally stepped on the soap.

I slipped like a cartoon character and broke the glass door behind me and finally, the glass stuck on my neck and it was probably what killed me.

'Damn, how embarrassing, to die like this!'

I don't want to imagine the reaction of whoever found my naked dead body laying on the floor in a weird position with the entire floor covered with my blood.

'I bet their reaction is the same as Kazuma's parents when they heard how Kazuma died'

My eyes immediately widened in horror as I didn't want to suffer the same fate as Kazuma when he met the 'Useless Goddess' Aqua.

'I don't want to have a useless ability!' I screamed in my mind.

'I want to be OP!'

'What?' I screamed in surprise when I suddenly heard a mechanical voice inside my head.

[Searching for the most powerful being in your memory...Successful]

'Wait!'

[Good luck, Reincarnator]

'Wait, you piece of sh—'

I felt I was being pulled by my ankle at high speed and slowly started to lose my consciousness.

"Silver and iron to the origin. Gem and the archduke of contracts to the cornerstone. The ancestor is my great master Schweinorg. The alighted wind becomes a wall. The gates in the four directions close, coming from the crown, the three-forked road that leads to the kingdom circulates...Shut (fill). Shut (fill)..."

'What am I hearing?' I asked myself as I heard a feminine voice that somehow felt familiar, but I still couldn't open my eyes nor could I move any part of my body.

Then, distinct pieces of information flowed inside my mind, but surprisingly it didn't hurt as I expected. It continued and the pace was increasing

"I announce…Your self is under me, my fate is in your sword. Under the approach of the Holy Grail, if you abide by this feeling, this reason, then answer. Here is my oath. I am the one who becomes all the good of the world of the dead, I am the one who lays out all the evil of the world of the dead. You, seven heavens clad in three words of power, arrive from the ring, O keeper of the balance——!"

'I am landing!' I thought as the memory traffic ended and my brain digested successfully all of the information that appeared in my mind.

*BOOOOM*

I heard an explosion under me and somehow I ended in a sitting position on top of the destroyed furniture. I quickly glanced around which I guess is a living room.

There wasn't much to say about the living room besides being messy and luxurious furniture destroyed everywhere.

Then I quickly looked at the mirror and analysed myself. I had black hair and black-red eyes. I was wearing a white shirt with a jet black cloak with shoulder protection, black trousers and black boots.

'I guess I know which timeline I am in now...'

"Why!?" I heard the same feminine voice from another side of the wall and it was slowly approaching my position.

"Damn! The door's jammed! Dammit!" She shouted in annoyance as she hit the door for some time before bursting through it, nearly falling but she quickly adjusted her posture and balanced herself.

She looked around the messy living room with a surprised expression, but soon she noticed me.

She was Rin Tohsaka. She was a young woman with aqua eyes and long wavy brown hair tied in twin tails with black ribbons. She was also wearing a red turtleneck, black skirt and long black stockings under brown leather flats.

'Damn, if Ufotable replicated her thickness completely, even the Unlimited Budget Works won't be enough to support it!'

She looked at me with an annoyed face but then turned into a surprised one, and then to a frustrated expression as she started rubbing her hair.

"I did it again! What's done is done…" She complained quietly, which made my eyebrow twitch as I could hear her easily with my supernatural senses.

She kept complaining and mumbling to herself completely ignoring me until she sighed and finally looked at me with a frown.

"So, what are you supposed to be?" She asked in slight irritation in her voice.

"That's the first thing you say to your Servant, master?" I asked with a sigh. "Teenagers these days don't even know to respect their elders?" I asked rhetorically while shaking my head.

"Just to make sure, you are my servant, right?" I could see a vein popping out on her forehead.

"Shouldn't it be obvious master? Of course, I am your Servant and I can assure you that I am the strongest" I said arrogantly, after all, if this Holy Grail War is the one I know, no one can beat me, maybe only the Shadow Sakura, Artoria and Gilgamesh, but the latter two would be only a threat if they have a proper Master.

"Right…" She said with an unsure voice. "So can you tell me which Servant class are you? You clearly aren't a Saber with your appearance, maybe an Archer?"

Although one of my Noble Phantasms is indeed a sword, I wasn't summoned as Saber, even though I have qualifications to be one. Besides, Rin also has a point, I didn't look like a Saber class with my robe, at most I seemed like a Caster class.

"Unfortunately, as you say, I am not a Saber class Servant, but I am not an Archer either" I answered her while shaking my head.

"What?" She asked doubtfully.

"Believe it or not, I am a Foreigner class Servant, Master"

"Foreigner? I never heard of a class like that!" Rin muttered and I could feel her having flashbacks about her studies when she was learning about Servants and heroes from the past.

"Of course you never heard about this class before, it's a special class after all. And to explain it simply, it's a class of Servants whose origins isn't from this world"

"What do you mean?" She asked with the 'Please Explain' expression

"Although I would love to explain to you, I think we still have more important things to do"

She looked at me with a confused face before widening her eyes in realization.

"Oh right! we haven't introduced ourselves!" She exclaimed while hitting her palm with her fist.

"My name is Rin Tohsaka, but you can call me whatever you want"

"I will call you Rin then," I said and nodded. "UmU, the sound of it suits you"

She blushed slightly and I felt that she could have committed actions of domestic violence against me, at any moment.

'UmU, as expected of a tsundere' I thought, before also introducing myself "My true name is Anos Voldigoad, a Foreigner class Servant. Then the contract is sealed, I shall be your sword and shield during this upcoming war"

"I never heard of that name…" Rin muttered as she adopted a thoughtful look.

"Of course you haven't, as I said earlier, I am not from this universe, and under normal circumstances, it's impossible for someone to know my identity"

"But then I also don't know how strong you are if I don't know who you are!" Rin complained.

"Rest assured, Rin. I am the strongest after all" I said and I heard an audible 'Tsk'.

"Fine. It will make no difference that I don't know who you are when in the end no one really knows you" She said to herself and I could feel that she was trying to hide her embarrassment.

I smiled at her reaction and I could hear 'Bond Level Increased' somewhere in the background.

"How about you go to sleep Rin? It's quite late now and you must be tired from summoning. It would be best if you save your energy for the upcoming war"

"Hmph, fine, but don't forget to clean this room and be a good boy, okay?"

'Does she think I am a dog or some sort of animal or what?' I thought while my eyebrow was twitching and Rin had already left the room.

*Sigh*

I looked around the messy room and snapped my fingers, then a magic circle formed below me and everything started to glow and float, before rearranging itself back to their previous places like nothing happened.

"And finished"

Even though I couldn't use magic before I died, it is different now. It's like second nature for me to use magic and the information about my Noble Phantasms are already imprinted in my mind.

I nodded proudly at my own work before disappearing into blue particles.
