Previously on Percy Jackson: Tales of Dunamis;

. . .

Just as he was about to deliver the final blow, he was knocked back by a sudden rush of concentrated water, seeping him off his feet.

"Get your hands off my brother godling." A new figure emerged from the now ruined throne room.

This was Oceanus the Titan of the ocean.

Now as strong as Dunamis thought he was, it took his all just to defeat a half energised Titan. No matter how much stronger he was thanks to his godly form he wasn't yet on his level. If he stayed to fight he would be toast.

'I didn't think your domains would make you this much stronger, I have to dip like ASAP.' Dunamis thought.

His eyes peered across the room trying to formulate a plan, he spotted Zeus and his sisters engaging in combat with Koios whilst his brothers were ganging up on someone he couldn't recognise.

As if a light bulb appeared in his mind, a plan came to him.

He counted the number of pillars left in the throne room and could only spot two, one in the utmost east end of the throne room the other on the west. He knew what he had to do.

. . .

Dunamis charged Oceanus, or at least that's what Oceanus thought. When the Titan of the water conjured a wave of water to meet the god in the air, Dunamis diverted his tracks and bolted to the nearest pillar and with all of his strength he swung his sword.

Metal met Obsidian, and under intense pressure, the Iron shattered into thousands of pieces spreading all over the marble floor with an echoey clang. With his plan exposed to the Titans they would be more on guard, he knew he fucked up now.

Hopelessness washed through him as though his end was nearing, he heard the sea's embrace calling out for him, he could smell the rich scent of the waves moreover, he could taste the saltwater burning his lips. Oceanus was drawing closer.

100 yards.

80 yards.

60 yards.

40 yards.

20 yards.

10 yards.

Dunamis could quite literally feel the ocean creeping up his back. He closed his eyes awaiting his intimate death.

'If only I could command water, if only I too had my domains for chaos's sake why am I so weak.'

. . .

Dunamis prepared himself for his upcoming demise.

'I'm sorry brothers and sisters, Zeus and mum . . . I tried my hardest yet I failed to live up to your expectations I should never have combated Atlas, I should have escaped sooner - when I had the chance, I should have - - -

- - -Wait a dang minute . . . I'm going to die a Virgin . . . NOOOOOO' He thought to himself.

. . .

As if by instinct he raised his palms to the approaching waves. Trying to protect his beautiful face from Titan scum.

A second went by . . . nothing, five seconds . . .still nothing. Dunamis slowly opened his eyes, his jaw dropped at the sight before him.

The tsunami Oceanus shot at him was suspended mid-air. Dunamis sent a short prayer of thanks to chaos and the fates.

Instinct took over, raising his arm he was met with another surprise; the water followed. Getting a hang of his newfound powers he slammed his hands to the ground and the waves dispersed falling to the marble floor drowning the palace in water. It was weird, he couldn't put a name to it. Dunamis had the exam same feeling build up in his heart as when he was fighting Atlas and when he would ever wield a weapon.

. . .

With slight adjustments to his plan, he conjured all the water in the room towards him. It was quite the sight, gallons upon gallons of water formed up in a dense sphere. When Dunamis felt as if he had enough he slowly brought his arms down splitting the sphere in two. Being the prodigy he is, he made the spheres as compact as he could which would halve the initial contact but in return, it would double the destructive power. The once beach ball-sized spheres turned into the size of a tennis ball.

Dunamis smiled he knew he had won.

All the Titans stood on in awe as Dunamis pointed the small orbs towards the pillars and blasted them. A blinding white light shrouded the room contrasting the shadows that once coated the throne.

. . .

The only one left unaffected was a single god whose features were unrecognisable due to the brightness of the room. He dashed over to the huddled up group in a corner of the room and spoke out to them.

" It's me! Get out of the throne room now! It's going to collapse within seconds."

. . .

Even with the ever blinding light blocking their vision, they could still hear the footsteps left behind by their brother. Thus making it much easier to navigate.

Once they all managed to escape the throne room, the shadows from the castle returned allowing all of them to see again.

"Follow me," Dunamis ushered to the rest.

. . .

Dunamis navigated the corridors and halls of the palace which he had by now memorized anticipating this situation.

' Turn left on the next corner, keep going straight past the next four stops then turn right and I'm free.' He thought.

As he reached the end of the hall, he heard a loud voice resonating throughout the whole of the Palace.

"NOOOO, I WILL FIND YOU AND I WILL KILL YOU. THIS I SWEAR ON THE FATES!!!"

It was Kronos, their father and King of the Cosmos

. . .

It didn't matter they were empty threats. By the time he and the other Titans recover they would be long gone.

. . .

They busted down the door and another onslaught hit their eyes this one more neutral than the others and only lasted a few minutes. Once their eyes had adjusted to the brightness Dunamis turned to his siblings,

"I know this has all been extremely confusing and as much as I want to rest and get to know you all I can't," He started. "All you need to know is that our father belongs to a race of immortal beings called TItans and most of them are evil. However, we are gods - Titan 2.0's if you will. One of our abilities is to change our size and shape on will. Try and turn into an eagle, Like me."

Dunamis proceed to turn into an eagle to demonstrate his ability to his siblings.

Immediately the other gods acted upon instinct, all transformed into majestic eagles.

"Follow me!" Zeus butted in.

. . .
