Ch 7

Bandaging his neck, Liam talked to kai. "Sorry for scaring you." Liam sighed. Now he was playing with kai's hair. "There was still a chunk of plate stuck in your neck. At least let me treat you. It helps me with my bandaging skills." liam said, braiding his hair. "Sorry." kai murmured.

Kai fell asleep. 'he's so cute.' liam thought. Picking kai up gently, Liam laid down on the couch and rested kai on his chest. 'After being cute and chubby as a child, he is super slim and fragile looking. He looks so skinny, but he still has muscle. Maybe I should feed him more." liam thought, running his hands over kai's body. 'you can feel his ribs and he lost weight.' liam felt upset. He wrapped his arms around kai and fell asleep.

Kai woke up on the couch. "Good morning. Breakfast is almost ready." Liam said. "Oh, you didn't have to." Kai said, flopping off the couch. "You okay?" Liam asked. "Yeah." Kai mumbled, standing up. Liam walked over and pulled up his hair. "It looks fine. Now show me your hand." Liam said. His hand needed to be re-bandaged. "We go back to school tomorrow. do you want to hang out?" Liam asked. "Sure, I'm still tired." kai said. "Then go back to sleep." Liam smiled, playing with kai's hair. After they ate breakfast, kai fell asleep with his head on Liam's lap. 'I want to kiss him, but that might wake him up.' liam thought, brushing hair out of kai's face. He finally gave in, bending down and kissing kai. When he opened his eyes, they were met with kai's shocked eyes.
