Chapter 108

Impulse ran through the ocean with a red streak, heading towards japan, Flash following close behind him. While running, Impulse briefly stoped before diving deep into the water. Due to his mass, he quickly sank to the ocean floor, 4 kilometers below. Getting on one knee, Impulse clenched his right fist before slamming it as hard as he could on the ocean floor. Because of the shock, part of the seafloor rises while another drop causing the ocean to begin oscillating vertically, launching a series of waves.

Flash ran past Impulse's location, thinking he is still heading to Japan. Not knowing that below him, everything is shaking from the bottom to the surface. The water at the shore of Japan started quickly recede, exposing the cost. Meanwhile, off the coast, part of the wave slows down, and the rest of the water mass begins rising due to the congestion. The water rose to more than 300 meters high, moving at the speed of 500 mph towards the coastal city of Choshi.

Flash's mouth dropped open as he stared wide-eyed at the tsunami rushing towards the city. He was coincidently at Choshi Port Tower when he noticed the tsunami coming toward the city, increasing in size and speed as it got closer.

"Flash, get as many people away from this area." Velocity shouted, appearing beside Flash with a blue streak of lightning.

Flash snapped out of his daze, looking to his left at Velocity. "What will you do?"

"I will stop this tsunami." Velocity quickly said, jumping up and down. "I have never tried it, but theoretically, if I can create a vortex barrier along the coastline, a wall of wind that would be able to SAP the tidal wave of its energy before it hits the city."

"By running back and forth." Flash mumbled, looking towards the tsunami. "I will help you with that."

Velocity shook his head, patting Flash's shoulder. "Barry, it is better if you save as much as you can. Remember the last time you ran close to me? I absorbed your speed, and you weren't able to run for a month." Without waiting for a response, Velocity zoomed away from Flash, heading for the shore. 'Hehehe. How many lives will I save when I stop this tsunami? 100 thousand? Hahaha, this is great!!' He thought as he ran back and forth on the coastline.

Flash watched the blue blur of Velocity move back and forth of the coastline, a wall of wind slowly forming.

[Barry, stop spacing out and take everyone away] Batman shouted through Flash's earpiece. Sighing, Flash ran towards a group of people, carrying them away.

As for Impulse, he was currently walking on the bottom of the ocean, the pressure or the water not at all bothering him. He suddenly stopped, looking up to see the fish guy he met earlier swimming down to him.

'What has his name again? I think it was Aquaman?' Impulse thought, remembering the things he saw about Aquaman when he was researching about Velocity. He vibrated his hand at a blinding speed, causing lightning to spark around it. Due to him being underwater, the lightning quickly traveled, electrocuting the man.

Aquaman shrugged off the lightning and threw his trident at lightning speed at Impulse. Impulse casually sidestepped, dodging the trident. It pierced many meters into the ground before glowing and sending out a big wave of energy, pushing Impulse some meters back.

'Magic!' Impulse thought, a broad grin forming on his face. Maybe it is due to his body knowing what it can't defend against, but he has become sensitive to magic. 'I will be taking that!'

He suddenly disappeared, appearing beside the trident. Waving his hands, Impulse sent a wave of water at the Aquaman. Aquaman redirected the wave back at Impulse before controlling the water to bring the Trident to him. Impulse phased through the water then jumped to grab the trident. As he was about to grab the trident, a giant tentacle, more than 400 meters radius, shot out the ground floor, aiming for him. Impulse tried to dodge it, but due to the tentacle size, it caught him, wrapping itself around Impulse's entire body, and started squeezing.

'What the fuck is this!?' Impulse thought, feeling all his bones cracking under the force of the tentacle. 'What kind of monster is this!?'

Impulse quickly phased out of the tentacle and swam 100 meters away at superspeed. Looking back down, he saw a humongous monster emerging from the ocean ground. The pupil of the monster alone was many times the size of a small house. Seeing the size of such a monster, for the first time in years, Impulse shivered in fear.

"Haha. Hahaha." Impulse nervously laughed, his facial expression morphing to a monster. "You want to play size!? I will show you one!"

With that, Impulse's body started rapidly expanding like a balloon being filled with air. His flesh ripped and regenerated itself immediately as he kept expanding, dyeing the ocean red with his blood. The monster and Aquaman, who was standing on its head, quietly watched the disgusting scene before them.

His size kept increasing, causing the water level to rise. 1 minute later, everyone watched as a big orb of flesh, muscles, and blood, as big as Mount Everest, came out of the north pacific ocean. A smaller orb came out the top of the bigger orb, shaping itself into a head. After the head formed, the orb started gaining form, arm, legs, torso, and other parts of the body. Soon everything formed into a pale-skinned muscular humanoid with no gender or face, crawled up in a fetal position, floating in the sky.

The humanoid fell into the north pacific ocean, creating multiple tsunamis in all the cost of the north pacific. Velocity and all the other superheroes worked double time, saving as many people as they can. The humanoid slowly rose, water rushing down its body like a waterfall. Its head tore through the clouds as it stood at its full height. From the depth of the two miles ocean to its head passing the clouds and the atmospheres, it stood more than 240 miles high.

Impulse mass doesn't only give him the ability to ignore Earth's gravity, it also boosts his transformation ability. The more mass Impulse has, the bigger he could become when he transforms, and having the mass of more than 3 times that of mouth Everest wasn't for show.

Hearing what Impulse said, Velocity palmed his face. "So something scared you with its size so you decided to do this?" He mumbled, shaking his head. "What a petty guy."

"That's what I thought. Go back underground." Impulse said, watching the squid drill back underground with his x-ray and telescopic vision. Due to his size, his normal vision couldn't see anything on the ground, so he has to use his telescopic vision. "Since I am this big, I might as well destroy this planet."

Everyone heard this casual statement coming from the Giant causing a mass panic. Many of them could not accept this cruel turn of events and descended into a state of crazed lunacy. One such old man stripped off his top and exposed his thin ribs. He then ran down the streets of Gotham with multiple criminals, rapists, and murderers going about their business.

"Dead… Hahaha… Everyone is dead!"

"The heroes can't stop that shit. We're all going to die! All of us!"

Back in his Batcave, Batman quickly connected to every member of the Justice League. "Gather all heroes. We have to stop him."
