It is one of the highest quality stones. The one before everyone's eyes was also transforming into a fairy kind.
Originally, this Sun Stone had gotten extremely weak and had no chance of successfully transforming. The reason why it is able to do what it is doing now is of course thanks to Ling Xian.
Without him, the Sun Stone would've failed at transforming and turned into junk.
