The Aftermath

After going to Carne Village and saving it, Ainz and I had a meeting with most of the leaders and most of the Floor Guardians.

After Carne Village, we met the villagers and exchanged pleasantries before leaving and going back to the Tomb of Nazarick, of course we met Gazef when he was awake and also talked for a bit before leaving.

Ainz and I were sitting on the two thrones in the throne room with almost all of the leaders and floor guardians kneeling before us but no one dared to make a sound before the two Supreme Beings.

Ainz was in his room talking with Albedo and going over reports before coming here and it took a minute to go over everything he learned but now it was time to tell Nazarick.

Looking over them I decided to talk, so I stood up.

"Listen denizens of Nazarick, Ainz and I set out on our own and for that I am sorry. Albedo will tell you all what has happened. Before that Ainz has something important to tell you all." I said and most of the people kneeling were confused hearing 'Ainz' and then Ainz got up with his staff in his hand.

"{Greater Break Item}" Ainz said pointing upwards at his banner making it disappear from the pole it was hanging on.

"I have changed my name to Ainz Ooal Gown! You are permitted to call me Ainz." He said, tapping his staff on the ground for more tension.

"If anyone objects to this, rise and tell me why!"

No one answered, making Ainz's name final and Albedo took charge of everyone there.

"We have heard your name. All hail Ainz Ooal Gown the leader of Nazarick and Lignis-sama the strongest Supreme Beings! Every member of Nazarick pledges loyalty to the Supreme Beings of Nazarick."

Shortly after Albedo said that, the Floor Guardians and the leaders shout as one:

"All glory to Ainz Ooal Gown and Lignis-sama, the Supreme Leaders of us all, we give our loyalty to the Supreme Beings completely!"

"Long Live Ainz Ooal Gown and Lignis-sama! All show know of the Supreme Being's greatness!"

The shouts radiated throughout the throne room and everyone's faces were of pure joy.

'All guild members know of me and the guild Ainz so the next order would probably be "Make Ainz Ooal Gown a eternal legend" so let's change that a bit.' I thought before holding up my hand. making the shouts stop.

"Everyone! This is an absolute order…..Make both Ainz Ooal Gown and Lignis eternal legends!" I said letting out my aura, making most of the people in the room almost crash into the ground.

Ainz and I then teleported away in our respective rooms.

After both thrones were vacant and Ainz with Lignis left, everyone still had their heads down but their blood was boiling with excitement.

"Ok everyone, lift your heads, Demiurge has some important news." Albedo said walking in front of everyone with Demiurge also walking up.

He pushed his glasses up.

"I was flying with the supreme beings and overheard something that I would like to tell everyone."

After everyone lifted their heads and looked up in curiosity.

"The Supreme Beings was in a world of corruption before coming here, since all of us stayed in Nazarick we never knew what the Supreme Beings had to deal with when outside of Nazarick."

Everyone was shocked at hearing Demiurge's words.

"When Flying both Ainz and Lignis-sama thought of this world as a chest of jewels and wanted to Conquer it! The world shall be conquered for the Supreme Beings! No matter what we shall present the chest of jewels to the Supreme Beings and conquer the world!" Demiurge said loudly and excitedly.

Everyone there hearing those words were happy and excited to explore this world.

They all got up and shouted as one:

"We shall conquer this world! For the Supreme Beings!" But one voice suddenly echoed throughout the hall after hearing everyone, making everyone below Lv:90 shake.

"YES HAHAHA WAR! FINALLY SOME EXCITEMENT!" A deathly voice echoed throughout the the room but the person who said this was someone you never expected to say this

An honorable warrior would never have said this.

But it was….Urugha who said these words.

Urugha is an honorable warrior in front of citizens and most people but this was just a facade to fit his persona, his true personality was made for war although he still respects honorable warriors and citizens but that is when he wants to.

Urugah's eyes changed from their normal orange to blood red and were glowing brightly under his helmet.

"Urugha you are right, excitement is now happening hopefully we can have as much fun as we can during this conquering!" Zacian said with a face that screamed malicious and eyes that were in spirals and looked like a crazy maniac.

Everyone shook hearing these voices except for the Leaders and Floor Guardians.

"Calm down everyone….we must be ready to do this plan perfectly in the upcoming years so I expect everyone to do their jobs diligently and perfectly!" Albedo said and everyone nodded.

This was the start of Nazarick's world domination and the making of a perfect world.

I teleported inside my room on the 11th floor inside the city.

It was spacious and exquisite but I was here to test something, I looked around before finding an empty space near a white wall which was severely different from the red walls.

I walked over and put my palm on it to make it start rotating like a secret wall in movies before I saw Nigun hanging on the wall with chains on his body locking him in place.

He had cuts all over him and was almost naked except for his pants.

"Painkiller had fun with you huh? Well if I remember right, you said you have a talent that has something to do with summoning right? Anddd that could be considered a skill in Yggdrasil but I already ate a human and gained his skill but if that does not apply here…..I might be able to become even more powerful" I said with a smile.

His eyes opened wide and tears came out as my body started opening up and branches came from my body and latched onto him.

The chains opened up and let him go as my branches pulled him into my body which closed up and ate him.

After my body closed, I could feel a new skill or connection that I could tell increases my summons power by around 5 Lvs which means the only one species rule does not apply in this world.

I smiled at realizing this but the weak rule still applies and talents are hard to come by but monsters in this world are plentiful but most of them don't have that much or if any skills.

'I still have many passive skills which involve my health so I should not die anytime.' I thought while looking at my hands.

I got a number of skills from bosses across the lands like {Dragon's Scales] or {Mind Manipulation] and even {Mind Immunity} but the most powerful ones are between the three I got from world enemies.

I got in three raids which attacked world enemies and with my set of stats and spells, I was the number 1 player in them which earned me the rights to take 5% of the loot and absorb their bodies after everyone looted them.{Note 36+ players are required to take down a World Enemy which means 100% of the loot divided between 36+ so 5% is a lot}

The three skills were {Death's Monarch} {Stat Multiplier} and {Queens Followers}

{Death's Monarch: When near death every stats increases by 50% and all attacks do 50% more damage and gain 50% health: The 50% increase does not multiply with the other 50%}

{Stat Multiplier: One stat can be Multiplied by 2x for 1 hour}

{Queens Followers: Can cast a buff on any Subordinates or friends which will increase their stats and yours by 25% for 1 hour}

These three put together and in the right order can be devastating to anyone I come across.

'The developers added a whole lot of enemies thanks to the investments and a number of them has skills involving stats so if I add up all my passive and activated skills in the right order my total stat increase would be around.....1365% increase in most of the stats' I thought smiling.

{Calculation Master} is a useless skill for most players since it only helps you calculate your health damage and other things but in the New world it actually helps with actual equations.

'Well enough about that' I thought before using my ring to teleport to Ainz's office room.

I appeared in the middle between Ainz and Shalltear talking not minding Albedo who was next to Ainz.

"Sorry for interrupting your love dovey conversation" Ainz Jolted and Shalltear blush. "Urk" Ainz said and Shalltear moaned?

I sweat and just chuckled. "I just needed to tell Ainz some things" I turned to Shalltear "And Shalltear.."

I looked at Shalltear and she was blushing and sweating.. "Uhh, Are you okay Shalltear?" I approached her and tapped her shoulder.

I Jolted and stepped back after seeing her face. 'Her face was full of lust just because I called them a couple?' "A-anyways.."

"Ahem.." Ainz fake cough "You're not interrupting, actually you came just in time to say goodbye to Shalltear." Ainz interrupted our conversation, I secretly gave him a thumbs up 'Nice Save'.

'I forgot about…..Shalltear and Albedo flavor text so I should not make jokes like that again' I thought while looking at Shalltear who had a face like she murdered someone.

Which made her get back to reality. "I'm very sorry Lignis-sama, I showed something inappropriate." she bowed magnificently. "What were you saying?"

I raised my hand and forgave her. "I forgive you and Shalltear, you should bring Claude with you and Sebas, he can help with many things."

Ainz already told me about sending Shalltear to R-Estize, in order to gather information so it is still following canon although it will slowly change thanks to me.

"Thanks for the recommendation, I shall bring Claude along with us." Shalltear smiled before bowing and leaving.

"Hmm, remind me not to make any jokes like that, Ainz." Ainz nodded at my request, Albedo had a dark aura coming out of her but it calmed down after Shalltear left.

I looked towards Albedo.

"Could you leave us for a moment Albedo, I need to talk with Ainz." Albedo under my gaze bowed and left, leaving me and Ainz alone.

"What do you want to talk about, Lignis?" Ainz asked, confused.

"I found out some things but I can tell your not being your true self, Nazarick believes both of us to be something like gods and I hate to say this but we are not even near god like beings and Demiurge with Albedo comes up with misunderstandings at every point when either of us speaks."

Ainz stayed silent listening to me before sighing loudly and resting his chin on his hand.

"Lignis, I am glad you came with me." He said whole heartedly. "I feel like…..if I do not live up to their expectations…they betray me or abandon me, I'm not smart like Demiurge or as strong as you, I feel like I am being a coward." He said solemnly with his voice turning pitiful.

"Ainz, it's fine, in the end they will not betray us because they are our family and have been with us for 6+ years and remember I am always here so if you want to take a break leave it to me but someday you will have to tell them your emotions and well… everything but I will back you up and they will accept the both of us." I shrugged "Idiot why would you think Nazarick will abandon you." I said with a smile and my hands on my hips.

Ainz stood silent for a moment before laughing, shaking the whole room.

"Haha, Lignis, you are right, I worry about the wrong stuff. It seems I was too scared to think straight, well shall we go act? Until we are ready to say our true feelings?" He said getting up.

I smiled. "Let's go, I found some stuff and we are going to separate into two parties, correct? I pick 3 to come with me and you pick two?" I asked, making sure he knew the plan.

"Yes, but most of the floor guardians are busy so I just picked Narberal, if I remember correctly you're gonna pick Electra, Zacian and who else?"

I thought for a moment before making my choice.

"I pick Alraric and Aurelius as my final choices, although Alraric personally wants to build a shop to make extra money and learn about the people's lifestyle and build connections where we can get information." I said happily.

"Hmm, I assume you're gonna meet the chief warrior? Want me to come with you?"

I shook my head.

"No, it's going to change a bunch of plans that we made if you meet him so I will make an excuse when meeting him if he asks why you're not with me and Alraric is gonna sell plants and clothes that were in the treasury and are just useless low level items."

Ainz nodded in understanding. We walked outside the door in high spirits to see Albedo and Demiurge talking.

"Hello Ainz-sama and Lignis-sama. I would like to ask if anything is needed for the trip, I have already managed hidden bodyguards-" In the middle of his sentence, I interrupted him.

"We do not need any hidden guards based on the information and power of this world, E-Rantel is not that dangerous for us, we also have many items which will protect us and that is final." I said and Demiurge thought for a second before nodding.

"I see, if that is what you wish then I will not oppose, everyone that got chosen is ready at any moment that you two are ready and we have all the paperwork and planning done." He said with a smile.

"Thank you Demiurge, we shall head out tomorrow at around 9am since I would like to take in the scenery as we go." Ainz said and both Demiurge and Albedo bowed in acceptance.

"It's getting late, so I will go and take a quiet nap on the 11th floor. Also Demiurge, if you could gather any information on talented individuals I would be very grateful."

"Lignis-sama, I shall do my utmost best to find any information at all, I will give the information in at least two days." Demiurge said and I teleported to the 11th floor in my room.

I fell onto the bed and casted sleep on myself making me go to sleep.
