Phoenix Beast

Leon walked around for a while and couldn't find a beast. "Everything must have run away because the commotion formed by you two." Leon thought.

The Ifrit Beast flew next to Leon staring at the Phoenix. It was interested in this new born beast.

Leon didn't know about the Phoenix's potential he just knew it was around ten voidstars like the Dragon and the Pride Beast.

As for abilities he had no clue, he would have the Phoenix use them in a fight later.

Leon could barely run with the Phoenix on his head. He wanted it to get off but it had made itself comfortable and it was baby, he couldn't say no to it. At least for now.

Leon then slowly ran in the forest. He finally saw a beast. It was two Fire Spirit soldiers that were walking together. They both were at the Greenstar level.

The soldiers noticed Leon and one of them started charging. The other jumped back. The one charging formed a Fire sword to attack with the one behind formed a bow.

The Ifrit Beast moved forward and formed a Fire sword to fight with the Fire Spirit Soldier. Try one behind started shooting arrows at Leon. With the Phoenix Leon could barely dodge. He managed to dodge the first arrow. He then held the Phoenix in form of him and told it to use its ability.

The Phoenix understood. It opened its mouth and a flame was shot out. Leon was surprised by how slow it was but usually the most unassuming abilities are the strongest.

The flame glided through the air shacking side to side. The fire Spirit Soldier shot at it but all the attacks were dodged.

"It is impressive it can even so He attacks, at higher levels it'll be a sure kill." Leon thought.

The fire reached above the head of the Fire Spirit Soldier and formed a halo of Flame. The halo relegated a soft pillar of Fire energy and left the Fire Spirit Soldier unharmed.

Leon had his jaw drop. While the Phoenix looked proudly at its amazing ability.

"It just used Phoenix's Blessing on an opponent." Leon thought. The Fire Spirit Soldier got stronger and moved faster. The arrows it shot were also stronger.

The Ifrit Beast started fighting more seriously and took the two on together. Leon was having a talk with the Phoenix.

"Why did you boost their strength?" Leon asked.

That Phoenix answered, "You told me to use my ability," with a questioning expression, wondering what was wrong.

"is that the only ability you know?" Leon asked keeping calm.

The Phoenix proudly nodded.

Leon internally face palmed. The fight for the Ifrit had gotten harder. The Archer became a machine gun not allowing the Ifrit to attack. The arrows also had a Burning attribute that even injured the Ifrit when it was hit by an arrow in the arm.

The Phoenix was a peaceful beast from nature. As a newborn it didn't see these fire beings as enemies, it saw them as friends. All flame was its friend. So it didn't see anything wrong with using its ability to make them stronger.

Leon summoned the Lightning Griffin. It helped with the fight and soon the Ifrit was able to enchant Flame Demon sword and kill both Fire Spirit soldiers in a move.

Leon walked up to the Fire Spirit Soldiers to see the archer come back from the edge of death and start healing using the Phoenix Blessing.

"Can you remove it?" Leon asked the Bird.

It shook its head saying no. All blessings were permanent.

Leon thought this ability was to strong but so badly used. He had the Ifirt use soul devour on the Fire Spirit Soldier ending the fight.

The Phoenix was a little sad to see the soldier die. It looked at its body and burned it away with its flames to send it off.

Leon cringed. It could have killed it the soldier by just normally using its flames, yet it gave it an overpowered buff.

"Can you control the strength of the blessing?" Leon asked.

The Phoenix nodded.

"Perfect!" He summoned all his beasts. Even the chimera which was stuck in the soul book was finally summoned.

He had the Phoenix bless the Dragon and the Chimera to be more resistant to the Fire element. The Dragon felt like it was freed from the clutches of a Fire Demon. The Fire Plane didn't have ice energy. It's ice heart was telling it to burst and spread ice while the Fire restricted it. It finally got control.

The Chimera wasn't as effected to begin with now it wasn't effected at all.

Leon then walked with all his beast. The Chimera jumped into the air and used the Black Lotuses to walk. The Dragon Flew in its ghost form following behind Leon.

The Phoenix was on Leon's head now and sat comfortably. The Ifrit flew next to Leon while the Griffin flew higher on the other side. The Storm spirit butterfly flapped around speaking with the Phoenix.

The Butterfly had easily become friends with the Pheonix. The Dragon also appeared and would talk with the Phoenix. Other then the Chimera it was the one the Phoenix knew the most.

They seemed to be talking and the Topic eventually became the Chimera. All the beasts turned to look at it.

The Chimera had grown to prideful to talk to others. It barely listened to Leon's commands.

The Phoenix patted Leon's head with its wing telling him to go up to it. Leon wondered when had he become its ride. The Dragon saw this and picked up Leon and brought him next to the Chimera.

The Phoenix in bird crys spoke to the the Chimera. While the Chimera answered in tiger roars, snake hisses and goat bahahs.

Leon understood what they were saying, The Phoenix asked, "What happened little tiger?"

"I am no longer a tiger, I am the mighty beast of Pride. Phoenix it is good you have finally hatched from all the other beast you and the Dragon are the only worth talking to."

All the other beasts felt insulted. The Butterfly flapped around the tiger to say it was very rude. The Griffin scoffed and ignored what the tiger said. The Ifrit Beast wasn't as offended as beast form he'll it had seen worst beast.

The Dragon didn't care about what the Chimera had said. The Phoenix felt complimented. "Tiger you are a smart beast. Although I don't like what you said about my Friends you are smart. The Dragon told empty you had gone a little crazy so I wanted to see what that was about. I'll tell the Dragon you're fine."

The Chimera just looked at the Phoenix and wondered if it was really worth talking to it. It felt a beast nearby and went to kill it.

Leon and the Dragon face palmed this young Phoenix was a little clue less. The Dragon asked Leon if it was this bad when it was born. Leon said that it was fine, Much better then this.

Leon had only collected one beast core until now, The Phoenix had destroyed the other when by incinerating the whole corpse. As they arrive dot where the Chimera was it had already killed a beast.

Leon then let his beast go and kill another eight beast. After that he unsummoned the Storm Spirit Butterfly and the Lightning Griffin. He wanted to unsummon the Phoenix but it wanted to stay out longer. Leon spent the way back with the Chimera going on rampage killing beast.

It had been bored for so long and wanted to try and kill beasts. Leon summoned the Blood Harpy egg and used the Blood from the beasts to form more Blood God's art runes.

The Chimera killed around thirty seven beasts on the way. Leon collected all that cores as he rode the Dragon around. The Ifrit Beast also sat next to Leon on the Dragon and watched the Chimera fight.

When they were close to the place they returned Leon unsummoned the Chimera and the Dragon. After walking a while Leon unsummoned the Phoenix and Ifrit Beast.

He then reached the meeting point.
