Chapter 10

Vice Admiral Tsuru is equally concerned. Even though Luo Chen hasn't fully grown yet, he already possesses Conqueror's Haki, making him a noteworthy figure. Currently, he is just a newcomer exploring the New World, but if he continues to grow, he could potentially become a new ruler of the sea in the future, just like the Red-Haired Pirates, who are following an elite path. This ambition is evident in their actions, and the Navy has already suffered a setback with the Red-Haired Pirates. They absolutely cannot afford another defeat.

Wano and Vice Admiral Tsuru exchanged a meaningful glance, indicating their mutual understanding: they must now double their attention on the Luo Chen Pirates to prevent the Navy from facing even more formidable enemies in the future. Wano concluded with satisfaction, "It seems our thoughts are aligned, Tsuru." "Indeed, Wano," Tsuru replied with a smile.
