Chapter 11: Replay

Jungkook's POV

I was walking with Y/N. "Where do we have to go Y/N?" I asked. I didn't hear her so I turned around to see no one. I started panicking, so I went to look for her. I went into the forest and saw her, with a man. My blood started boiling, especially when I found out who it was.

Y/N's POV

"T-Taehyung?" "Y-Y/N?"

Tears slowly rolled down my cheeks. Taehyung quickly pulled me into his embrace. It felt so good to be in his arms again.

I-I missed you so much." He cried. "I missed you too, I've been looking for you." "So have I. So you are a Knight now?" "Yes, what about you?" I asked. "I am still Prince of Daegu, but I haven't gone back to the castle. I don't know what will happen when I see him." Taehyung said. Suddenly we heard a voice.

"Y/N, what are you doing with this man?" The voice yelled. I turned around to see Jungkook. "O-oh Jungkook." I saw Taehyung staring at Jungkook. Suddenly Jungkook came up to Taehyung and grabbed his collar.

"Don't come near MY Y/N. EVER!" Jungkook yelled. "Jungkook stop this!" I yelled. He grabbed my hand and dragged me away.

"Jungkook let me go." I told him. But he didn't. I took out my sword. "You are going to attempt to harm a Prince?" He asked. "I-" "That's is something a Knight should do. You deserve a punishment." He said, taking my hand again.

"Y/N!" I heard Taehyung yell. I smiled at him sadly and tears fell. "I'm sorry. Meet me back here at nightfall." I mouthed to him which he responded with a nod.

Jungkook took me back to the palace. He took me to my room and locked the door.

"What was  all that about?" I asked him. "Look. I love you Y/N, and I don't want anyone to look at you. You're only mine." He yelled. "I am not a prize to be claimed. Perhaps you forgot I am a Knight and you are a Prince." I said

He mumbled something. "Yet you were a maid and had an affair with a Prince." He said. I wasn't able to hear the whole thing. "Jungkook-" Suddenly he pushed me into the wall and kissed me roughly.

"I said you are mine, whether you like it or not. Now sleep my Future Queen. I will be in the guest room." He said as he left.

I was in disbelief. I thought Jungkook was a kind hearted Prince by his gestures. And what exactly did he mumble? I now know that he is one of the most cruelest Kings. Most heartless. His love is fake, it's not true. It's an obsession.

It was almost nightfall. I got ready and went to meet Taehyung. I ran out the window and went to the forest.

Finally I arrived and saw Taehyung.

"Hello." "Hello." We both smiled at each other. We stared into each other's eyes until Taehyung hugged me. "I can't believe it." He said. "Neither can I." "Come, let's go." He intertwined his hand in mine and began to walk.

Soon we arrived to the place Taehyung wanted to bring me to. It was a beautiful lake. I smiled remembering our past. I say down on the ground. "You know, this reminds me of when we first had a picnic together, and first talked to each other." I said while he sat next to me. I put my arm on his shoulder while he put is arm around me.

It was silent for a bit until Taehyung spoke up. "What made him do it?" He asked. I sighed and  fought back my tears, knowing what he was referring too. "I don't know. Maybe he realized that it was wrong, and knew the consequences of you being with me." I said. "That doesn't mean he had to try and kill you." He said, his pained eyes staring into mine. "That part I do not know, and I don't plan to find out."

"So you really didn't see him?" I asked him. "No. He thinks I am dead. He was also revived in this lifetime, due to him killing himself. Since we both are still connected to the royal family, even in this lifetime, he became King again. Everyone believes I died at birth due to health issues, but he knows that is not the truth." He said.

Suddenly Taehyng started screaming. "Taehyung?!" I yelled. He then fainted. Soon I started feeling pain, and I fainted. History was repeating itself.

Jungkook's POV

I came back into Y/N's room, but I didn't see her. I saw the window opened. I looked out and saw Y/N running. I cursed under my breath. I quickly went to Hoseok who was in the guest room. He wasn't there. I left the room and saw him coming. "Hoseok!" I yelled. "Y-yes my Prince?" He asked. "Come." He didn't say a word and just followed me.

"We have to follow Y/N and that man." We followed them and saw them go to a lake. They were talking and I decided it was time to make a move. "Use your magic Hoseok." I said. He pointed his finger at them. I then heard them scream. And they both fainted. Hoseok teleported is and the bodies back to the palace. Soon they woke up.

Y/N's POV

I woke up and saw Taehyung and I in the palace. I soon saw Jungkook coming to us with a smirk. It's happening all over again. I might lose him again. "Hope you slept well." Jungkook smiled. Soon Taehyung woke up.

"What is the meaning of this?" Taehyung yelled at Jungkook. "Oh Taehyung, you innocent fool. I told you she was mine. She has been mine since the past lifetime." Jungkook said.

"Past lifetime? How-" He interrupted me like always. "Well, that night at the ball, when you went to get me wine, I went to your room and read your diary. And I am also from the past life. You want to know what happened to me? I'll gladly tell you." He said.
