Chapter 13 - Villain

Peter was currently swinging around and kicking asses when he heard the report from Cortana who connected to a police wave signal and found out about the rampaging villains at the street of Manhattan. He could hear the siren of the police forces and gunshot then noticed the smoke in the distance as he moved to check what's going on.

'The combat skills and years of experience from the Spider Totems are really great. Not to mention, I also know how to kill and disable a person as quickly as possible.' Peter learned about the version of many spider man across the spider verse where he was a hitman, assassin, Hero, Martial art master, etc.

He has more experience than other spider man owe to Venom for placing the memories into his mind then transferring it into his body like muscle memory. Peter is nearly unstoppable when it comes to hand to hand combat with few people. He didn't use the portal and only used it in long distance since it would be a trump card of his against stronger enemies.

When he arrive found police trying to save civilians from an unstoppable behemoth that appeared to be an extremely disproportionate muscle bound man wearing high tech suit. It was none other than the Rhino.

"Hahahaha, you can't stop me!! I am unstoppable!" He roared, grabbing a car with one hand then threw it towards the police heading straight to a young woman with short hair, Red shirt and brown leather jacket.

"Captain Watanabe!" One of the police yelled out as she was trying to protect a child from the chaos but she could move fast enough and when she was thinking it was the end when the car was pulled as Peter shot his web then sent it back.

"Hey ugly, I think this belongs to you!" Peter slammed the car into Rhino but he didn't even flinch and headbutt the car in half. He glanced behind him and was surprised to see Ada Wong but realized she was different and understood that she was a variant of Yuri Watanabe who was currently looking at him.

"Who are you?" Yuri didn't waste time trying to know who the mask vigilante was before her and Peter smiled under his mask.

"Just your friendly neighborhood Spiderman. Anyway, you should get there safely and let me handle this." Peter said, turning back his attention to Rhino.

"Spiderman huh? You think you can stop me? Hahahaha I'll crush you like a bug!" Rhino said taking a charging stance and Peter ready himself before shooting some web under his feet and caught him by surprise.

"This won't hold me for long!" Rhino broke free but was enough for Yuri to bring the child to safety and turned to spiderman fighting the Rhino.

"Hey, what should I call you? Horny? Captain Unicorn?" Peter mouth still had the habit of joking around as Rhino became angrier.

"I AM THE RHINO!" He rushed towards Peter once more and showed his agility despite his large frame. Rhino tried to punch but missed slamming it into the building and swinging it once more.

"Miss me again, buddy. Come on, I know you can do more than that." Peter joked around and made Rhino even more interested than receive a punch from him causing Rhino to stagger for a bit.

"Gaaah! You'll pay for that!!" Rhino became even more stronger and huffed a puff of oxygen then showed what it means to be a Rhino. He slammed both his hands into the ground causing a mini earthquake while Peter stepped back and stuck to the wall.

"Come down from there you coward!" He roared while Peter leaped around and webbed him up while Rhino tried to break through.

"You might break through a few webs but I just need to add more to restrain you." Peter said shooting him with his organic web that was hundred times stronger if he were to make an artificial one.

"Daaaamn you!! Raaaagh!!" Rhino tried to escape by brute force but the layer upon layers of webs was too strong for him to break through. Peter jumped down when he saw Rhino finally subdue and enjoyed the fight even though he couldn't end it sooner.

"You might have stopped me now but I swear I'll escape and once I do I'll hunt you down spiderman!!" Rhino promised and Peter didn't care since he doesn't want to kill unless they deserve it and Rhino isn't one of them.

Peter is still against killing unless they're monsters since his aunt and uncle might get angry at him once they found out. He wants to make them proud of him and becoming a murder angry person wouldn't be good.

[ Wouldn't it be better if we kill him? ] Venom saw him as a nuisance to her darling and wanted to avoid his former enemy from returning.

'No, if I kill people simply because they're criminals doesn't make me any different than them but unless they refuse to cooperate and give us reason then it is best to show mercy.' Peter may sound naive but find killing to be too much with some exceptions like from Claymore where he could help the Yoma from returning into being human beside not to simply because it was far better than living with the guilt of knowing what you did.

Not to mention, they don't have anything left and can potentially die anyway. Of course he is a hypocrite and can always change his mind depending on the situation but at the time being didn't see the benefit of killing Rhino and let the law handle it.

"Freeze!" Yuri arrived and had her gun pointed at both Peter and Rhino who was still trying to struggle but couldn't budge it.

"Well, I'll let your officer handle things from here." Peter said and before he could get away had Yuri pointed the gun at him.

"You won't go anywhere until you answer a few questions." Yuri said doesn't care about her reputation and needed him to cooperate.

"Seriously? I mean I'm fine answering but would it be fine to hide my face? I'm kind of shy after seeing a pretty girl like you." Peter jokingly said while Yuri didn't take offense and simply ignored his clear flirtatious tone.

"Hmmm, alright. Everyone, take him away." Yuri said while the other officer handling Rhino went to talk with Peter in private.

"Now, do you happens to know anything about the incident in ****** street?" Yuri was simply testing her luck but to her surprise Peter nodded.

"Yeah some douche tried to kill a woman and I had to fight him but don't worry he is permanently gone since he is impossible to negotiate with." Peter answered and Yuri was happy that her luck worked.

"Well I'll be, didn't expect my luck to work. But another question, I'm not just a normal cop but also an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D and I want to recruit you. It would be a great idea since it helps us treat you less as a possible threat and give permission with your vigilante work." Yuri said wanted to supervise him at least and get some support when Avengers are not available.

Peter thinks about it since she does have a point and without Cortana then he would be worried about it but decided to join.

"Oh, basically want me to be your partner then? So fast, shouldn't we have coffee or something." Peter said and Yuri ignored him again but didn't mind the idea.

"Are you in or not?" Yuri said and Peter chuckled.

"Yeah, a partner with a gorgeous cop doesn't seem bad." Peter was simply being honest and Yuri started to get what kind of Peter he is.

"Good, do you have anything to contact you after I ask my superior about it?" Yuri asked and Peter smiled then handed a number.

"Here, use this to contact me. Anyway, see you around, Captain Watanabe." Peter shot his web then swung through the streets as he disappeared and Yuri looked at the number.

'I don't know if it was the right call or not. But he's quite the bold type and I think he would be a good companion.' Yuri thought to herself then went to help the area if there was any more danger while Peter was looking far taking one last look then head to the place he needed to be.

Peter didn't take long for him to arrived at the building and seeped into the cracks until he arrived in the office unnoticed by an old man looking at the time seemingly waiting for him.

He didn't hesitate to sneak down then decided to simply manipulate his mind and turn him into a pawn since he is not willing to risk working for someone that could be a threat. Peter only made him suggestive and brainwashed him into becoming loyal without him noticing.

"Hope I didn't make you wait for long." Peter spoke, surprising Ezikiel Sims who didn't even notice him arriving. Peter moved in front of him and took a seat while Ezekiel observed him.

"You must be the new hero that they call Spider man." Ezekiel said.

"In the flesh." He was in his casual clothes since he was going to start doing business and trick people into thinking he's not Spiderman but would support him like how Doc ock did in the Parker industry from the superior spiderman timeline.

Ezekiel was surprised to see him rather young compared to how he imagined him. He could sense experience and maturity that didn't belong to someone his age.

"Tell me how much you know about Morlun and how you encounter him." Ezekiel began to discuss a few things to switch Peter and he began his path in getting his company running as the old man was compelled to help him. He became a cornerstone for his future as the Absolute Spider Man.

'It should take roughly a couple of months to successfully start the company.' Peter thought of signing some contract with Ezekiel who would handle the affairs of his company for the time being until he was able to present it and his secretary was Cortana who could control multiple body's without delay. Venom isn't suited for it and best when in combat situations.

[ Aren't you worried about him getting out of your control? We could have made him part of us if you wanted to. ] Venom suggested as she wanted complete subjugation of potential enemies.

He soon left and went ahead to eat some lunch with Venom taking her on a picnic who enjoyed cuddling with Peter. When it was done gone to find some more criminals to punish and found an interesting place when a group of thugs tried to kidnap some children in the streets. H

From the Shadow, Peter was observing the scene finding a gang hideout that had been terrorizing the streets that was located at Hell's kitchen. He knows that Daredevil already exists and is going on crusade within his area. Peter always loved the scene when he met the punisher where even the latter acknowledged that his path isn't something you can't run away from nor stop that easily.

"Hey you, who are you?" He heard a strange yet familiar voice while he was observing the guard that was holding people hostage on top of the building. Peter learned about this when he found thugs trying to kidnap kids on the streets and learned that there are currently human traffickers going around.

"What purpose do you have here?" Another voice came and this time it was a woman as he slowly turned to find people that will help him in handling the fight.

"Sup, I wasn't expecting people to join the party in red. Then again it helps keep away the blood from staining the costume." Peter jokingly said finding himself face to face with a man who wore a red costume that had padding and red lenses along with a double D symbol in red out-lined with black in his chest. The man, the myth, the legend, Matt Murdock otherwise known as Daredevil.

"This isn't a laughing matter, whoever you are. Get out here before things get ugly." Peter glanced at the young woman that was drop dead gorgeous and had extreme sex appeal that Peter found hard to resist not to flirt with her but knew it would be dangerous seeing she was ready to stab with her Sai in hand. She wore a red one-shoulder bodysuit with matching boots, gloves, and wraps around her legs and arms that made it harder not to be drawn to her. She was none other than the anti-heroine, Elektra.
