Without a word, Alex grabbed her hand and took the phone from her across the table.
Interestingly, Joanna did not show any resistance. "Do you want to die?" he asked threateningly. Joanna smiled and responded,
"That depends on who is willing to do the killing." Fear burned in her heart as she knew exactly who she was messing with, but for some reason, she felt this was the best way and the right time to handle the situation.
