Tota's past part four
As Tota is dealing with his situation, Arvin is walking to Tota's house to drop something off.
"I can't believe he forgot the rest of his cake after I spent so much money to buy it for him."
Arvin turns the corner and instantly sees a familiar face. Arvin runs back around the corner and hides behind it.
"Wait, isn't that Nubuki? What is he doing here?"
Arvin's heart starts beating extremely fast after remembering what Nubuki did to his father.
"He has so many goons with him; what could possibly be going on?"
In front of Tota's house, Nubuki has multiple goons surrounding the house and also a bunch of people in rags. A brown-skinned man wearing the Frinstion gang uniform walks up to Nubuki. The man has green and black hair with green eyes.
"Hey, boss, are you sure that women would be stupid enough to come back here out of all places? She might have already left the city."
"No, she'll definitely come back here. I learned this after observing her behavior for the past few years."
"Aye, you are the boss, so you must be right."
"Jasper, do me a favor and wake those drunk guards up."
"Yes, boss, right away!"
Jasper, with a smile on his face, walks over to the six guards who were supposed to be guarding Tota's house but fell asleep after drinking all night. Jasper's face transforms from happy to rage.
"Wake the fuck up, you lazy sons of bitches!"
Jasper's scream wakes all the guards up instantly. The guards, seeing Jasper's face, start cowering in fear.
"Holy shit it's Jasper!"
"He's going to kill us!"
"Your damn right! Who the hell told you to sleep on the job?"
As Jasper yells at the guards, Nubuki stands in front of Tota's house and starts to stare intensely at it.
Inside the house, Tota's mom, Sarah, has returned after five years.
"Mom, you're here, but I thought you were a slave to Nubuki now."
"Yeah, that's true, but I saw an opportunity to escape, so I took it."
"Wait, but how?"
"Well, you see, there aren't many women slaves, and slave men are usually doing stuff like moving things or digging things up for Nubuki's ultimate operation. So for the few slave women, we were forced to go through harsh training so we could do our jobs. Every few months, big names in the underworld come visit Frinstion City to speak with Nubuki. Since I'm a slave woman, my job is to get close to those big names and get as much information as possible from them till I'm eventually ordered to kill them."
"Wait, so is that what you've been doing for the past five years?"
"I was no good at setting people up or killing them, so I only got to do one job, but the harsh training they put me through gave me an idea. Since I have these skills now, I can use them to escape, which is exactly what I did."
"Wow, Mom, you're amazing."
"Thanks, sweety, but I see you've grown a lot since I've been gone."
"Oh yeah, I also made a friend named Arvin. He's the reason I've been able to keep focused while you were gone."
Sarah and Tota walk into the living room of the house.
"Yeah, that does sound like a good friend. Maybe I'll ge—"
All of a sudden, the entire front of the house blew up.
"Tota, watch out!"
Sarah jumps in front of Tota before the explosion can damage him.
Outside of the house, the Frinstion gang cheers after the house explodes.
"Nubuki! Nubuki! Nubuki"
Jasper runs to Nubuki's side with a smile on his face.
"You heard that scream, boss? I think we found our target!"
Inside the house, which now has its front completely gone Tota opens his eyes to see Sarah standing over him.
"Mom?"
A drop of blood falls on Tota's face.
"Mom, you're bleeding!"
"Don't worry, son, it's just a few pieces of wood."
Tota looks at his mother's back and is shocked to see that multiple chunks of wood have pierced into her back.
"Mom!"
More blood starts to spill from Sarah's back. The dust clears, and Nubuki and the rest of his gang can see the condition Sarah was left in after the explosion.
"It seems she was closer to the explosion than I originally thought. No matter, go capture them."
After hearing Nubuki's order, Jasper screams at the goons to capture both of them. When they are both caught, the goons force them to bow to Nubuki.
"Hello, Tota It's been a while since I've seen you. Sorry for the disturbance, but a troublesome mother has caused some trouble, and I'm here to deal with it."
"Leave my son out of this Nubuki! I was the one who broke the rules!"
"Yes, I know I have no attention to lay a finger on Tota since he will be useful to me in the future, but for you, I won't be so lenient. Jasper's, bring me the slaves."
Jasper brings four men in rags with a long chain attached to their necks.
"Here they are, boss!"
"OK, release the women."
The goon stops forcing Sarah to bow.
"What the hell is this?"
"Do you recognize those slaves over there?"
"Yes, and that's why I'm asking what's going on!"
"Good, I'll make this quick. I know these slaves are friends you made while undergoing your training. So I decided your punishment would be killing all four of them."
"What?"
"But if you choose not to fight, these four men will kill you, and I guarantee that I promised all of these men freedom if they kill you."
"You're kidding."
"Sorry, but I am not a man of jokes. So choose your fate: survive and kill your friends, or give up and die."
Jasper releases the four men from their chains, and all the goons make a circle around Sarah and the four men.
"I'm sorry, Sarah, but we have families out there waiting for us."
"Yeah, this is nothing personal!"
"I understand, but I will not be separated from my son again."
"Mom"
As Totas screams in fear for his mother's safety, the four men rush at Sarah. Sarah pulls two pistols out of her waistband and shoots all four of the men in the head, killing them instantly. Sarah grits her teeth as she watches her friend's dead body hit the floor.
"I'm sorry it has to end like this."
Tota's mouth drops after seeing his mom kill four people with ease.
"Did my mom just kill those guys?"
Nubuki walks past the dead bodies to get to Sarah.
"I see you have some strong resolve. Being able to kill your own friends when everything is on the line, impressive. Those two guns you have came from the two guards you killed escaping from the main base. I can tell thanks to the blood stains on both of those pistols.
"Wait a minute, you're actually upset about me killing your men."
"Of course, I care; that's why I paid you back by making you kill four of your friends."
"You monster!"
"I'm a monster? I'm just playing by the rules of the world. The weak always obey the strong because the weak have no other choice."
"Shut up! I've already heard this a million times while I was a slave, and I don't need a reminder!"
"Perfect, then you will be returning as my slave, and you will continue your work."
Sarah looks toward the ground with a lot on her mind.
"I can't go back! After everything I did to escape! But my son, how will I protect him?"
"So what will it be, Sarah?"
"Hehe, I'm sorry, Tota, but I refuse to bow to this man any longer!"
"I see, so you're saying you chose death."
"Tota!"
Tota looks at his mother as she looks up at the sky.
"Mom?"
"Tota, please go and live your dreams! And remember this: I will always love you ev—"
Before she could finish speaking, explosions started happening all over her body, destroying pieces of her body one by one.
"Ahhh!"
"Mom!"
"OK, I think 26 explosions is enough."
The explosions stop, and after the dust clears, Sarah's body is left torn apart, with many burned chunks taken out of her body. Blood starts to leak from Sarah's lifeless body. Tota, seeing his mother's body go "thump" on the ground, starts to cry.
"...Mom no!"
Tota attempts to run to his mother's side but gets kicked in the throat by one of the gang members.
"Sit the hell down!"
The kick knocks Tota out cold. Nubuki walks up to the knocked-out Tota with a face of no emotion.
"Take him into the house; we will deal with him tomorrow."
"What about the body, boss?"
"Oh, right, throw her body into the sea."
"Yes, boss!"
After hearing Nubuki's orders, the gang members had everything but the half-destroyed house cleaned up.
