The Snachro brothers part one

After entering the Snachro zone, the jet the group is currently traveling in started flying over a forest after traveling many miles over water. The arrival at this forest indicates that Frinstion City isn't far away. At the tail of the jet, Kage, Unknown, and Akira are chilling and watching TV. Akira turns on a show, and instantly Unknown looks at her strangely.

"Akira, turn this shit off; this anime doesn't even follow the manga correctly!"

"What the hell are you talking about? This anime is amazing, so what if it doesn't follow the manga? It's still good in its own right!"

"Are you delusional? The author put so much work into writing his story, and those dumb studios always go in and fuck it up!"

"But not everything can just be adapted into an anime; sometimes changes have to be made!"

"Not massive changes like skipping entire arcs or skipping important character development movements."

"Give up Akira; you're talking to Unknown; he's highly critical about changing the source material, and you'll never get through to him."

Akira looks over at Kage with a face of frustration.

"What do you think, Kage? Is an anime that doesn't follow the manga a piece of trash?"

"Please don't bring me into this. I would rather sit here and watch you two claw each other's eyes out."

"Uh, you're so boring!"

"I'm boring! At least I'm not getting yelled at by Mr.Mink every day!"

"Hey, it's not every day! I'm sometimes on point!"

"Sometimes? More like 0% of the time!"

"Hmph, I'm sorry for being the way I am."

Akira starts to tear up at Kage's harsh words. Kage looks into Akira's teary eyes and gets off the couch he's sitting on.

"Okay, here's an underrated anime for both of you to watch, so you'll both stop arguing."

Kage switches the channel, and instantly Akira's eyes start to glow.

"Wait, you actually know this one! I love this series so much. Thank you, Kage! Unknown, you better not ruin this one with your dumb opinions."

"I have never seen this one before. I hope it will be interesting; maybe I'll add it to my list."

As the three of them have an amazing time on the jet, at the same time, in the middle of the jet, Selena, while sitting next to him alone, confronts Mr.Mink.

"So, Mr. Mink, are you going to answer my question?"

"Well, you just said who I am. I am Mr.Mink the number one teacher at Grava Academy."

"No, not your title; I mean who you truly are—what are you other than our teacher?"

"Hmph, what brought this on, Selena? Do you have something to get off your chest?"

"Well, as you know, my power is mind manipulation, and one of my main abilities is to read people's minds."

"Your point?"

"The second I learned you became my teacher, I tried to read your mind and find out what type of person you are, but instead I found out something interesting. I have an ability that allows me to sense brain activity, which means as long as the person is thinking, I can know where they are. I quickly learned that every time I try to read your mind, all activity in your brain stops. That fact alone tells me that there's something more going on in that head that you don't want anyone finding out, isn't that right, Mr.Mink?"

"Yeah, you're right. I'm using my powers to make sure you can't read my mind, but now my question for you is, why do you care about my background?"

Selena smiles at Mr.Mink.

"I thought out of all people you would understand this, Mr. Mink, but I guess I was wrong."

"???"

"We live in a world where trust is something rare and valuable, but even with its value, people still choose to break people's trust. That aspect of humanity is still something that confuses me to this day. Why? Why do people take something so valuable and throw it away so easily?"

Selena looks at Mr.Mink with a face full of attitude.

"Sorry, I know prying into your life might be disrespectful, but as I said before, this is the reality of our world: obliviousness is the easiest way for people. No, not just people! The world will take full advantage of you. Nobody is safe from betrayal, so I refuse to be low on information, especially when it comes to the people around me. I already know everything I can about everyone in class one, but you and I refuse to be vulnerable in case my suspicions about you are right".

"I see, Selena, you won't trust me till you know everything you can about me. Well, I'm sorry, but I won't be telling you anything about my past or who I am, but I can tell you that my objective is to develop the next generation so one of them can discover level three."

"And I'm just supposed to take your word on that?"

"Yes, unfortunately, that's how it has to be."

"Only a fool would believe someone who refuses to show his cards."

"Yes, you're right, but what does that say about you?"

Selena completely freezes after hearing Mr. Mink's statement.

"You know Selena. I'm starting to get a little more insight from this conversation, and to be honest, you seem to have lived a pretty lonely life."

"You don't know anything about m—"

All of a sudden, before Selena could finish her sentence, the jet started shaking aggressively. On the top of the jet, a sword is currently stabbed into the jet's hood. A mysterious man smiles at the sight of the sword and jumps into a portal behind him.

In the jet, Mr.Mink runs into the cockpit to ask the pilot about the situation.

"Hey, what's going on? Why is the jet shaking like this?"

"I have no idea it just started shaking out of nowhere!"

"What in the world is going on?"

Outside of the cockpit, Kage, Unknown, and Akira run out of the back room and meet up with Selena.

"Selena, what the hell is going on? Why is the jet shaking?"

"I'm just as confused as you, Kage. It started shaking out of nowhere. Mr.Mink is talking to the pilot right now."

Akira starts looking around to find something.

"Hey, you guys, I don't know what it is, but something is telling me that we are not alone here!"

"You know, Akira, you're right. I did sense some type of brain activity earlier on top of the jet, but it disappeared too quickly for me to confirm."

As Selena finishes her sentence, a red portal appears behind Akira. Out of that red portal, a hand came out and grabbed her. Akira looks behind her and tries to get out of the hand's grip.

"What the hell, let me go!"

Unknown, standing next to Akira, tries to grab her before it is too late.

Akira gets pulled into the portal, and instantly the portal closes. Unknown falls to the ground after the portal disappears.

"Akira!"

"Damn it, we are under attack!"

Kage quickly looks toward Selena.

"Hey, you said you can sense brain activity, right? Can you tell where they went?"

"I'm trying, but I think that portal completely takes them to another location, and I can only sense brain activity in a fifty-mile radius! Wait a minute! I just sensed Akira's brain activity pop back up outside of the jet!"

Unknown quickly gets up from the ground.

"Ok, then we should go right now before it's too la—"

The red portal popped up again, but this time behind Unknown. The hand once again comes out of the portal and grabs Unknown. Unknown instantly gets pulled into the portal, and the portal disappears right after.

"Unknown! Damn it, this bastard disappears too fast for me to find him."

"This is bad; not even my brain activity sensing can keep up with how fast that portal disappears!"

Selena noticed the same brain activity appear again, but this time right behind her.

"Oh no, it's coming for me now! I have to do something before it catches me!"

Before Selena could make her move, the mysterious hand shot out two iron strings. The strings let out an electric current, causing Selena to get electrocuted.

"Ahhh!"

As she starts to fall toward the ground, the mysterious hand goes in to grab her.

"Selena no!"

Kage starts running to Selena to save her.

"Damn it, I'm too far away to get to her!"

The mysterious hand gets close to Selena but is all of a sudden stopped in its tracks by another hand. The other hand was Mr.Mink who had caught Selena before she hit the ground. Mr.Mink grips the mysterious hand's wrist with full pressure. Selena looks up and sees Mr. Mink's face full of anger.

"Don't you dare touch my student!"
