City of Chaos

At the top of a skyscraper in the middle of Grava City, Nisugi is standing ominously, staring down at the city. With her suitcase in hand, she pulls out her phone.

"Listen up, L.T.O! Operation Kill Nixion has failed, and as you all know, with him on the field, this complicates things heavily. So we're going with the backup plan."

With her face unchanging and still, on a call with the L.T.O. members, Nisugi looks over to Grava Acadamy, which's located in the western part of the city.

"Surround the city, destroy everything, and make sure you kill anything that breathes!"

After Nisugi gives her order, the five people she was on the call with instantly react.

In the east part of the city, where a coffee shop is, a woman dressed in all white and wearing a huge vale that covers her face is sitting in a seat placed outside next to a table. The woman puts her phone down on the table and takes a sip of her coffee.

"Nisugi wants us to tear this city apart. I wonder if I should start using the sneak technique again. It feels weird not using it."

Two men walk up to the woman with smug looks on their faces.

"Hey bitch! What the fuck are you wearing?"

"Yeah, where are you going to a wedding? Haha!"

As the two men laugh at the woman, they see a green light emanating from under her vale.

"I guess for now I'll just kill everyone in sight."

"Hey bitch, you saying something under that thick ass vale! How about you speak up?"

"Wait, dude, I think her eyes are glowing green. Maybe we shouldn't mess with her!"

"Come on, dude, she's wearing a wedding dress when she clearly doesn't ha—"

Suddenly, a hand comes out of the ground and grabs the throat of the man who is talking.

"What the hell! Let me go!"

The other man jumps in fear and falls to the ground.

"Dude, where did that hand come from?"

"How the fuck am I supposed to know?"

As the two men panic, the woman starts to giggle like a psychopath.

"Oh, now you're scared? Good!"

The hand coming from the ground digs its nails into the man's neck and quickly tears out his esophagus. When the man's dead body hits the ground, everyone in the area screams and runs in fear.

"Ahhh!"

The woman gets out of her seat and removes her veil. When the second man, who is still on the ground, sees the woman's face, his face turns to shock.

"Wait, your that feared legend! Death!"

Death blushes after hearing her name yelled, and she then smiles so wildly you can see it through her hair.

"Yep, that's me!"

Suddenly, five zombies climb out of the ground and grab the man all over with their cold hands.

"Ahh! What the fuck!"

"Yes! Now let death spread!"

As Death screams, one of the zombies tears off the man's face. Then another zombie bites off a chunk of his neck.

"Ahh!"

As the man slowly gets chewed apart, more zombies come out of the ground all across the eastern part of the city. The zombies start to chase every person in the vicinity and kill them with vicious bites.

Death walks to the middle of the streets with a creepy smile on her face. She looks to her left and sees a child getting part of its head eaten by a zombie. She looks to her right and sees another zombie tearing out the intestines of a man. She looks up at the sky and starts giggling.

"This is beautiful! Now let me start using the sneak technique again when I get to the next block. They'll be in for a surprise!"

On the west side of the city, the chaos has already started. The citizens of the area are currently running from multiple men on motorcycles.

"Ahh!"

One man on a motorcycle drives by a woman and her son as they run away.

"Haha! They said, Kill everything in sight, and you're included!"

The man pulls out a machine gun and shoots both of them dead.

"Haha!"

While the men on the motorcycle kill bystander after bystander, a familiar face stands on a building and watches them.

"This isn't particularly my approach of choice, but I have no choice in this situation. Jasper!"

The person standing on the building is Nubuki, and Jasper runs to his side.

"Yes Nubuki!"

"You, Spatina, and Brock will split the army of men between each other and will lead the force through the city. Make sure you cause as much destruction and death as possible."

"Right!"

Jasper runs away from Nubuki and jumps off the building. Then he lands next to Jasper and Brock so they can discuss the next step of action.

"Alright, Nubuki wants us to obliterate this side of the city with efficiency, so gather all the troops together and split them up between us. Then we'll go and destroy and kill everything in sight."

Brock chuckles after hearing the orders given by Nubuki.

"What is it, Brock?"

"We really went from completely controlling an entire city through fear to being lackeys just mindlessly destroying shit!"

"Trust me, Brock. I feel the same way, but Nubuki said this organization will be good for us, so let's just follow Nubuki like we always have."

"Fine, but I don't like this."

"Fuck all that!"

After hearing Spatina scream, both Jasper and Brock look over at him. Spatina pulls out two pistols from his waist.

"I don't give a fuck about what feels right or wrong; I just know I can't wait to fill a bitch's face with bullets! I'm going to kill as many women as I can!"

"Let's just gather the troops already," Jasper remarks with a judging expression.

The three of them start walking off, but then Brock stops and looks on top of another building. On top of the building is Ego, the same boy whom the Frinstion gang's big three met after Luthor's broadcast.

"Hey Ego, we're gathering the troops, and that includes you. Let's go!"

"I can feel the man of chaos's presence from here," Ego screams with a devious smile.

"What? Again, with this chaos shit!"

Ego looks over to Nubuki, who is standing on the building a few houses away from his.

"Aye, Dominator, I'm going to go deeper into the city solo."

"Don't call me that feared legend name; to you, I'm boss, and I don't care what you do."

"Alright boss!"

Ego looks toward the north side of the city with a grin.

"A battle with the man of chaos in a city thrown into chaos! So I'll truly be basking in chaos! Perfect!"

On the north side of the city, Wrath and Killer touched the ground after leaving the hill where Mrs.Iris got killed.

"Ok, Killer, this part of the city is where I'm supposed to do my part in the destruction of this city! I'm guessing you are planning to just go deeper into the city."

Killer nods his head yes to answer Wrath's question.

"Alright, great, but don't attempt to kill Nixion again because if Hunter has already started his attack over there, then Nixion will be too on guard for any of those bullets to get through his defense. Just do what you do best. Move around low-key and make decisive decisions!"

Killer nods his head to confirm his understanding of what Wrath is saying.

"Perfect!"

Wrath stops running, and Killer uses the accelerate technique to vanish.

"Alright, he should be far enough!"

Wrath looks around and sees a bunch of scared citizens scattering all around the area.

"Not my usual targets, but orders are orders."

Wrath pulls out one of his katanas and swiftly swings it. He then places it back into its sheath. The second the katana is inserted in its sheath, every person other than Wrath's head gets severed from the rest of their body, and every building in the area gets perfectly cut in the middle. So much blood squirts out of the citizen's body that it almost looks like it is raining blood in the northern part of the city.

"Alright, now it's time to move on to the rest."

Wrath picks up a dead body and uses it to block the falling blood from getting on him.

On the south side of the city, where the stadium that held the Grava Academy tournament is located, Hunter, who is levitating in the sky with lighting, smiles widely.

"Yes! That was the best order Nisugi had given in her entire life!"

Hunter starts to use the power of a Draibnu to make lighting rain in the sky and cause destruction throughout the south side of the city.

"Hahahaha!"

The stadium gets struck by lightning multiple times, causing it to start to crumble. On the west side of the stadium, many citizens start running, but then huge chunks of the stadium start to descend towards them.

Every citizen's life flashes before their eyes as the debris falls towards them, soon to crush them.

"Ahh!"

"Gravity manipulation"

Suddenly, the debris pauses in the air and starts floating like there in space. The citizens look up and see Mr.Chad floating above the debris.

"So tiring to save people. Mr.Alex to my left."

"Already on it!"

Mr.Alex uses the accelerate technique to run past the citizens Mr.Chad just saved and then grabs a bunch of other citizens.

"Ok, let's move!"

Mr.Alex swiftly moves the citizens out of the way of the incoming falling rubble. Once he gets the citizens out of danger, he puts them all down carefully.

"Ok, the exit is right behind us that leads inside the stadium! Once you walk out, stay right there; we have a place to keep you all safe. We just need to take care of this problem first."

All the citizens listen to Mr.Alex's orders and start running through the exits. Mr.Chad lands right next to Mr.Alex and looks to the other side of the stadium.

"It looks like Mrs.Nova and Mrs.Doja are taking care of the citizens on that side."

"Yeah, but we need to get them to safety as fast as possible."

Mr.Alex looks up to the sky and sees Hunter with a huge smile on his face.

"So we need to get that guy out of here."

Within the stadium, where half of the tournament spectators gathered, the same kid who was making bets during the tournament and the mysterious hooded man are together, waiting for the next orders from the Grava Academy staff.

"Are we going to die, mister?"

The hooded man looks down at the boy and pats him on the head.

"No, I'm sure everything will be fine; we are surrounded by many strong individuals, after all."

The hooded man starts to walk away from the boy.

"Hey, mister, where are you going?"

"Oh well, I have some things to take care of, so I'll be leaving. I hope you survive."

Suddenly, the hooded man vanishes, with the boy being the only person to notice.

"Huh? Where did he go?"

While this happens, something else is brewing in the student stands.

"Hunter!"

While screaming, Wayne pulls out his anti-OGI blade and attempts to jump out of the stands.

"Woah, dude, chill!" Kage screams.

Both Kage and Unknown grab Wayne before he can jump.

"Wayne, you have to think! You're not going to beat him, especially by yourself!"

"Yeah, Unknown is right. Remember the last time we all fought him three-on-one? He had all of us at death's door, and you got the worst of it, and I'm pretty sure he's gotten stronger since then!"

No! How dare that son of a bitch use my pop's lighting! I'll kill him!"

"Gaarr!"

Lex flies off of Wayne's shoulder and bumps into his chest with a concerned expression on his face.

"Wait, you're telling me not to go too, Lex!

"Grr!"

"Tch fine, I'll go in on my own!"

Before Wayne can move any further, Nixion appears behind him and knocks him out with a chop to the neck.

"If you keep going crazy like this, we might have to lock you up somewhere."

Wayne lands in Nixion's arms, and then Nixion places him in Kage's hand.

"Take care of him for him."

"Yeah, sure, principal!"

Nixon jumps out of the student stands and is about to land on the battlefield.

"Mr.Chad! Mr.Alex! Mrs.Doja! Mrs.Nova! Lower-class reps! Gather now!"

On the battlefield, Mr.Brown is still in shock after watching Mr.Zane get killed by a lightning bolt.

"He's really dead. He had a family at home."

"And his family will die too if we don't move quickly."

Mr.Brown snaps out of his shock after hearing Nixion's voice.

"Principal!"

"Go ahead and tell me the situation, Mr.Brown."

"Well, with my power, I can see that this place isn't the only one getting attacked. Feared legend Death is causing havoc in the east. Feared legend Dominator in the west and feared legend Wrath in the south. Not only that, but there are many more enemies causing chaos throughout the city. There's so much destruction and death it's almost hard to keep up with."

"Okay, so four feared legends are currently causing destruction at each corner of the city. Mr.Mink and Mrs.Iris are both somewhere else currently, so the rest of us will have to pull together and hope they join us."

All the teachers Nixion called except the lower-class representatives land on the battlefield.

"Where are the lower-class reps?"

"We have no idea they disappeared the second Hunter showed up," Mrs.Nova answers.

Nixon makes a stern expression when he hears Mrs.Nova's answer.

"I sensed them leaving, but then they started hiding their presence with the sneak technique. Whatever, there's no need to expend much to go looking for them. Now I want you all to listen to my orders carefully."

All the teachers look at Nixion attentively.

"Mr.Brown I'm leaving you in charge of the children; I have a feeling you will need to utilize them soon."

"Yes sir!"

"Mr.Chad go to the south and deal with Wrath."

"The one feared legend I didn't want to fight, of course. So tiring."

Mr.Chad vanishes with katana in hand.

"Mr.Alex you go deal with Death in the East."

"Of course, Principal, I will do my best!"

Mr.Alex vanishes with the accelerate technique.

"Mrs.Doja and Mrs.Nova go deal with Dominator in the west. I'm sending both of you because, from his history, he will probably have many powerful people fighting alongside him."

"Yeah! Let's go, Mrs.Nova we'll take all those people's heads off."

"Uhh, working with you is definitely going to be a waste of time."

"Shut up and let's go!"

Mrs.Doja and Mrs.Nova vanish together.

"And for Hunter."

Suddenly, Hunter throws a lightning bolt at Nixion, but Nixion blocks it with his hand and sustains no damage. With smoke coming from his hand after getting hit with lighting, Nixion stares at Hunter with a stern look.

"I will deal with him by myself."
