Chapter 7 - Whimpered the Alpha

"Good Morning Master Symon, Good morning Master Zen" greeting them the guards bowed. Sending a smile and nod toward them, both the brothers entered the building.

"We have to start working on the New project today, after the meeting right?" asked Zen

"Yes, we need to get the documents signed by the Council members and Mo-Ms. Zara and Mr.Takashi. Please tell your department head to send The New legal team to my office post-lunch, after making them aware of the previous ongoing projects and how we stated the conditions for the clients. We should start the new project with their Advice, I have heard that there are some clever ones.." smirked Symon after mentioning the clever part.

Being around Businessmen and powerful personalities had turned him into an Intimidating personality for others. He knew the nooks and crooks of how to identify a person's real intentions. The reason why all these Alphas and Betas respected the Male omega was because of his cunning mind. How he had always known what to say, what and where to act, and how to turn an issue into an opportunity for others. He was strong now. Not a coward-All thanks to his New family.

The New Legal team consisted of all the foxes and lions, he had met or heard of at his college. Some were friends, some were classmates and some were simply just around. All have one thing in common- their sly minds. He almost knew everyone- except 3 new people. Mr.Tamara had accepted them into the team of 5. It was going to be one heck of a team. 8 foxes. 8 minds.

"Mr.Perri, please sign these documents. It's to initiate the works for the new project." interjected his assistant. Taking the file, he nodded at Zen moving towards his office. "Meet you at the conference room" "Sure"

"Mr.Perri, This is today's Agenda. After the meeting, and lunch, you have to meet the new legal team, then have a meeting with the HODs, and sign a few documents at last. then you are free." finished Keiraa- A mated Beta.

"Uh-huh... Is my coffee ready?" "yes it is," said she handing him the small cup filled with espresso. Watching him drink it in two sips, she was amazed. "How can you finish it with two gulps? Isn't it bitter? Dark as hell?" Chuckling at her way of expressing her words, he shook his head indicating a no.

"Here, Signed. Shall we move now?" "Yes, Sir" Taking Their material, both of them left. Strutting to the conference room, The Male Omega entered the room, the door being opened by his assistant.

"Good morning Everyone." Greeting them, he sat on his seat next to Ms. Zara. And the meeting started as the presenter moved towards the podium.

Leaving the Conference room, he was talking with Ms. Zara "Mom, I will have lunch in my office, need to review some files." "okay, and Zen are you coming with us?" "No mom, I still have to meet The HOD and will have lunch with him. " "okay then, guess it's just your dad and me for lunch then" she sighed.

The staff working there knew that Ms. Zara and Mr. Takashi were married but the information of Symon and Zen being their adopted sons was not disclosed. It was only known that the CEO and his wife had three kids. Bidding their Byes, they moved their ways.

Keiraa was with her assistant colleagues, discussing and summarizing the meeting. She too was not aware of the CTO and the Second to her, her boss being Family.

Entering his Office, Symon sighed. It was too many Alpha Pheromones to deal with and still, he has to deal with many. Opening his lunch, he reviewed the files and signed some with his one hand while the other was holding a spoon and occasionally feeding himself.

From entering the company in the morning till lunch, Thea was searching. She had smelled her mate's scent but couldn't decipher where it was coming from. After knowing that they will now have a meeting with the CTO's Assistant to discuss the new project's procedures and the conditions he would like to mention in the draft, she was amused.

An assistant handling the CTO's task must be someone too smart.

She and Riki were now following Mr.Tamara to his office when she felt her mate's scent getting stronger. Was he the assistant? Will he recognize her? What would he say to her? Behind her Dark, Strong- Cold Lawyer's facade was her soft and scared heart. It's time saying this she entered the office following her team and Riki. CLosing the door, once they were all inside, she turned around to witness the Powerful Aura surrounding her mate. He was looking so Majestic in his three-piece suit. "Strong and Dominating" mumbled one of her team member looking at her mate. "Hot" and "Damn" compliments mumbling out of her team members' mouth was now pissing her off. She had not even met her eyes with him yet, looking down as soon as she saw him. Clutching her fist out of anger and fear, she raised her head to look at him. Beautiful. He was talking with Mr. Tamara glancing up at her once in a while. "Okay, Let me introduce you all. Team- This is Mr. Symon Perri, the Second to Our CTO, he handles all her work." He looked at all of them with his blank face showing a small smile that soon vanished when he faced her. "Mr.Perri, this is Shin Okasa, Jenna Nakamura, Jukyeong Lee, Delilah Han, Marc Tarah, Elena dusk, Riki Suzuki, and Thea Suzuki" he said moving his hand from left to right while telling our names to him. Our team members were shaking my mate's hand which was burning my heart. No One Can Touch him Except ME. He was shaking hands with Riki and came towards me. Glaring at me, he moved his head to Mr. Tamara with his hand in mine. "Where and When did you find them all Mr. Tamara? Ms. Dusk and both Mr. and Ms. Suzuki?" his hold was tightened around Thea's showing how displeased he was meeting her and then all the tightness and warmth of his hand vanished. He took back his hand and without anyone noticing rubbed his hand and led it to his pockets.

Both had felt a spark when they had shaken their hands. However, one was at ease, whereas one was booming with anger.

How can SHE show her face to me?! I will make sure to make you regret Alpha. His eyes showed it all to his mate.

He was Disgusted by us- whimpered Axel to Thea.

"They all are from Mr. Kasuya's firm, Mr. Perri. I interviewed them just yesterday and was impressed by their skills." Mr. Tamara said offering a polite smile to him.

"Ohh..." Nodding his head, he moved towards his desk.

We were offered seats and then he started the meeting. I couldn't help but notice how frequently he was clutching his fist and glaring at me.

The meeting had come to an end when his beta assistant walked up to him and whispered something In his ear. I could notice a relieved look on his cold blank face. He was happy to be away from us. Leaving his office, we moved towards our department and worked till the day ended. Even though I saw everyone leaving the company, I couldn't find him.
