During her junior high school years, Nida Mildea dated her first love, who was in a higher grade. Because of this, they were called "beauty and the beast." But she never thought that this title would actually become reality. While celebrating her boyfriend's graduation, he turned into a wolf and was about to harm her. After that incident, her boyfriend disappeared into thin air. Years had passed and Nida had finally moved on from the traumatic nightmare she experienced in her teenage years. However, after getting hired by her new company, she discovers that her ex-boyfriend is one of her coworkers, and no one is aware of his beastly identity. "I hope there are no spirits at the office."
Nida hoped and it was granted. They arrived at their office on time, and she was relieved that there was not even a speck of spirits roaming around inside their building.
"Oh? You look better. Have you calmed down?" Ranz asked after seeing Nida less pale after they entered their building.
Nida mumbled, "LARO is strange. Or is this normal?" causing Ranz to ask why, and Nida responded by pointing her finger outside the glass wall of the lobby.
"The spirits are not entering the LARO building, but they are passing through the walls of other buildings."
Nida could now see the spirits freely roaming around the area, as if the spirits had their own normal daily routine as they went in and out of the buildings, except for LARO.
"Maybe this building is not spirit-friendly?" Ranz randomly shared his thoughts as he himself doesn't have any knowledge about spirits at all.
