She frowned hard looking at the mansion and turned looking him in much sarcasm. "Of course. The lonely and secluded mansion, which is supposed to be owned somebody flithy rich and a typical brat." Amanda rolled her eyes, as she glanced at the hill again.
The mansion was so huge that even from such a far away distance it was visible. The concrete building stood tall like a castle, amidst dark woods on top of the hill. "How can anybody live in such a huge place. It is so difficult to access this place and not many people own a motor car to go there." Amanda nodded her head in disapproval and Adam pursed his lips, trying not to laugh out loud.
"Well.... Before you say anything further.... Ahem... I am that rich brat and this is my mansion." He looked at the girl and shrugged his shoulders.
Amanda's eyes popped open and she bit her tongue, cursing herself in her mind. "Err... I am so sorry sir. I did not mean to offend you and please don't tell it to boss. He will throw me out and I badly need the money as I have to find a place to stay and I need to pay my education loans too. Please sir... I beg of you." Amanda started to plead with folded hands and Adam was yet again taken aback by girl's sudden outburst of emotions.
"Hey! Relax girl. You are always too jumpy. I am not going to say anything to your boss and infact I am here to offer you a deal, which will help you with your loans and you can also get free from this dingy bar job." Adam spoke in a convincing tone, looking straight in her eyes. His gaze then fell upon her slightly parted lips and he gulped a bit averting looking at it much longer.
From the time he had seen her, he could not help but follow her. But this morning, was not the first time he had spotted her.
