And it wouldn't be a peaceful encounter.

Though they were equal in almost everything, there's a huge gap in their personality.

Ling Che had the makings of a leader and if polished properly he would become a brilliant leader, unlike Ling Chu who is always silent and likes to be alone most of the time.

The day of his defeat, many things has changed. Ling Che's mother entered their clan and kicked out his mothers position.

He couldn't forget the day when he arrived from mission, he saw his mother took her last breath with a tormented expression.

Today, he finally got a chance to exact revenge though not with his own hands but borrowing someone else's knife. He took advantage of Ling Che's pride and arrogance when he noticed danger from Hannya, giving him a sense of urgency would only fuel his desire for equal opponents thus he ended up dying due to his own personality.

When he doesn't have a place to stay, the man that is supposed to be their enemy lend him a hand and recruited him, he can see from his eyes that he doesn't have any ill intentions especially with his strength.

But still he need to confirm something, "Why me?"

Ling Chu stared at Hannya while eagerly waiting for response.

"It's because I've taken a liking to you. Remember this well Ling Chu..Anyone can fight alone if they aren't carrying any burdens. " Hannya smiled, "But with the burden of revenge resting in your shoulders, don't you think that fighting with a clan is more logical and cooler?"

Ling Chu was stunned when he heard the word "revenge" but bursted into laughter at the latter part of reasoning.

This man seems to be the embodiment of freedom, he decides what he likes and doesn't care about anything else.
