Chapter Thirty-Three

Sophia went wide to flank the Masked figure while the Bear charged straight towards the very person who attacked them without warning. Who was standing there, holding a blade of ice, looking to have no care in the world as the two of them rushed her?

The Bear was much faster than Sophia and met the Masked Figure before she could get around her to strike at the back. 'How is such a high bear so fast,' Sophia thought begrudgingly as the bear ruined her plans for a joint attack.

The Massive bear struck with a destructive claw strike that had enough force that would have sent Sophia to the afterlife ten times over if she was the one to receive that blow, only to have it come to a dead stop against the Masked Figures sword of ice. The ground cracked and crumbled underneath the Masked figure's feet as she deftly caught the blow that had enough power to crush a tank like it was made of paper.
