Breaking

the school halls were filled with an unknown smoke, audrey looked to see the origin of the smoke but there were none, the other students that were with her followed her gaze, some students feared the grayish smoke while some came closer, one of the students walked closer to it they touched it nothing happened.

"what is the cause of this smoke?" a black haired girl with ember like eyes said , she exuded an air of authority her lips were cherry red color, she was wearing the standard uniform her skin was bronze white skin color.

Boom!

a nearby building exploded with hellfire, a black figure hung in the air, students that were peeking out were stuck there in fear "get in the corner of the room now!" she yelled, audrey was stuck in fear her head was filled with many thoughts but she was pulled out of it "get yourself together, go to the corner now" she said, she stared into audrey's eyes, her eyes was filled with tears and worry "but Elizabeth how are we supposed to get through this? have you seen what that figure had done?" audrey asked her voice was shaking at every second she barely got out what she wanted to say.

BOOM!

another building exploded it was near the office she was in "I Elizabeth of the house of Nenadović promise you that all of you will survive" she said, she created a counterclockwise circle on her chest making an incomplete circle representing the great comos, the church of the great cosmos is not in any of the cites it only exist in the main capital named Aurorium they serve the great cosmos while the house of Nenadović represents the family that takes care of the churches there are in total ten churches with ten great houses they each represents a god.

'father had always told me to be respectful to any one that is apart of the ten great families' audrey thought

Elizabeth blitz down the halls her footsteps could be heard cracking against the marble floor Audrey went inside to the corner of the room, Elizabeth had instructed one of the students to create a barrier before she had left, a short boy with curly brown hair with green eyes his skin was pale due to the chaos that was happening"this barrier should hold up ...but i don't think we should stay here" the boy said.

other students looked to him in agreement but they knew that they weren't strong enough audrey grasped her hands tightly "we have to go ....if we stay here we will die" audrey said her voice was shaky it was like she was a vase about to be broken, another student counterd her"we can't go, do you see what that thing did? ..what makes you think we can survive that?" the girl justified .

audrey looked to the other students ' What should i even do?.. shes right even if we go out there we could all die...but if we stay here then the entire school will collapse on us' audrey took a deep breath then walked to the door.

"if we stay here then our deaths are 100%, Elizabeth is not here to protect us ..even if we stay here all we are doing is just waiting for death ... i would rather fight than wait for a gruesome death" audrey said a girl with blonde hair spoke up "she's right .. if we stay here then.." the girls voice trailed off.

the boy removed the barrier, he walked to the door with half the other kids there were no objections all the kids went out the door, the halls were filled with an eerie gas of unknown origin the marble floor was filled with cracks, they were in a form of a shoe print, the kids all smiled "we should follow this track". the short boy said audrey and the others followed along they made sure that everyone was okay.

they were at the end of the hallway they could all see light the others rushed to that light "wait stop!" audrey screamed out but the others could not hear her, part of the hallway collapses in on itself the students were so focused on getting away from the danger that they ran right in without even noticing, the kids were crushed under the pile of rubble audrey stepped back her eyes were watery as a feeling of terror swiped across her face she fell to her knees she could not move .

"why why why why why!" she repeated over and over tears filled her eyes she slammed her knuckles to the marble floor over and over she went to hit the floor again but her half broken fingers were stopped she looked up to see who had stopped her

"luke?" her eyes were filled with hope and despair tears came falling down once again

"i killed them ...i killed them" she said, luke held her tight, her head was against his chest her blooded fingers were in his hand

"....audrey" luke could only get her name out,part of him knew that whatever he said nothing would have changed what had happened but he talked anyway

"you were trying to get them to safety, the building collapsing is not your fault " luke said, audrey looked into his eyes but she didn't say anything

peach street, 2 hours away from the school

audrey looked to the calendar it was november 6 2293 it was almost her birthday

"don't worry we will save your friends and the others" a man with black flowing hair, crimson red eyes and a high cheek bone the man looked to be in his thirties he held a gold inlaid cane the man smiled then walked off.

"i was so out of it that must be the reason why i passed out..." audrey looked around she was in the guards station half of the guards were gone audrey's hands were covered in blood but she didn't seem to mind a guard came over they wore a white worbe with the symbol of the great god of creation ,the guard held audrey's hand it glowed a faint white color her hands were being fixed but it was not as audrey thought she felt a snapping pain she wanted to pull her hand away but the guard wouldn't let go she screamed as loud as she could but the snapping of her finger continued.

in a few minutes the pain was gone and her fingers were back to normal the guard lifted a white veil " sorry i had to snap your fingers back into place so that they could heal properly" the guard, said she had a feminine voice her eyes were a sliver color but now they are a brown color 'could it be that when your using your either code it rewrites a part of yourself?' audrey asked herself.

she got up and went for the main door, audrey held the door knob her hands were a little shaky suddenly she had remembered what today was " the day of the gran chiarot".

the day was celebrated to praise the warriors that came from battle but now it has changed to a single day in the year where they support the men that had fought in war.

the streets were bustling with people they were dressed like clowns some wore a dress with a mask while some wore costumes audrey decided to walk through the streets for awhile she admired the decorations and the people then she came across an alley way there was a black male hunched over his hair was in a lock and he seemed to have a well built body his frame was of aa 18 year old.

audrey kneeled down then asked" are you doing okay?" she asked, the man looked up to her with his black eyes, he nodded she didn't know what to do " um..can i get your name?" she asked the young male had an expression like he had seen death over and over again, audrey felt as though she shared the same face but his was much different " the name is jayden " he said, his voice was very calm audrey reached to her pocket she was wearing a teal skirt that went down to her knees she gave him 5 pounds, he looked at her in confusion and walked off jayden grasped the 5 pound bill in his hands but he released it, he got up off the floor then walked into the crowd of people.

audrey saw a founturen teller but she knew that it was a scam because she and her father had been scammed why to many times, the last time she had went to one, they told her that her dream would come through but it was a lie, she had always wanted to be an actress but they never had the money for that dream so she dropped it now she wants to be a core researcher.

audrey bumped into someone the two fell" i am soo sorry or you okay?" audrey held out her hand, the stranger grasped it audrey pulled her up "its fine" the girl had a head of blonde her eyes were an emerald color she had a small body but she was as tall as audrey she held audrey's hand then "come on let's go" the girl said as she dragged audrey to one of the rides that were at the festival.
