Can't help it

"Oh, you are welcome. It is nice to meet you." The headteacher said, extending his hand to Mr. Darlington, who shook it.

"I wanted to inquire if you could withdraw the expulsion letter." Mr. Darlington stated.

The headteacher's expression changed. He screwed up his face and shook his head.

"You guys are very irresponsible. Where were you when your eldest son came to cause a ruckus at this university?" He inquired.

Amber's parents were embarrassed. They didn't know how to react they were lost for words. Daniel had given them a bad name in society.

"We are sorry for all the problems our son caused, but Amber is an innocent girl and she shouldn't be the one getting punished for his actions. Trust me, I have taught him a great lesson at home." Mr. Darlington said.

"I don't care, that's your business. What your son has done is unspeakable, and it's not amendable. You can just accept the consequences." The headteacher said in a cold tone.

"But..." The headteacher cut in.

"I don't want to hear it. The door is that way." The headteacher stated.

Mr. Darlington was very disappointed that he was being treated like trash because of Daniel.

"Let's go, honey." He muttered, staring at his wife.

Mrs. Darlington held tightly to the strand of her bag and followed him.

Amber was bored at home doing nothing for days while Xavier visited her every night to give her notes to read.

Mason didn't know what he was feeling, but he was missing Amber in some way he didn't understand. Elsa was sitting next to him, but he couldn't get Amber off his mind. He had had sex with a lot of girls, but Amber was different. She was making him long for her body.

"I am going to a photoshoot tomorrow. It's not in this city. Will you come with me?" Elsa asked, staring at him.

"Hey, Mason!" She called out to him, jolting him back to reality.

"Amber." He muttered and closed his mouth immediately. He didn't know when the word escaped from his lips. Elsa scrunched her face.

"I am here with you and you are calling that stupid girl's name?" She ranted, glaring at him. He lifted his hand to touch her soft face. She hit his hand away from her face.

"Don't talk to me," she snapped and got up from the chair.

"Babe please." He pleaded. In a rage, Elsa dropped his handkerchief that he had given her on the table and stomped out of class. Naturally he would run after her, but today his leg wasn't moving. He slammed his hand on top of his desk, grabbing the attention of the whole class, and stomped out, his shirt flying in the air.

Xavier smiled, seeing the way he acted.

"I don't even need to show her the pictures I took." He muttered, putting his phone in his mouth.

Mason brushed his hair backward, splashing water on his face in the bathroom. When Xavier walked into the bathroom, he walked straight to the mirror next to him.
