Chapter 10: Friend or Enemy

Third person's p.o.v:

Their walk to bloodshot pack was Silent, the warriors besides both Alphas were on high alert, they didn't know why their Alphas left this rogue live or why Alpha Asher growled at the warrior for looking at Nicole.

"Wh-what pack are you guys from?" Nicole asked focusing on the ground like she wasn't so anxious to hear their answer.

"Bloodshot pack, We're Alphas of Bloodshot pack " Alpha Alex answered in his deep voice not using his Alpha tone.

Just hearing the name of the pack alone caused Nicole to shiver in fear no matter how much she tried to cover it up She was, sure enough, that these were the Stone brothers. What have I gotten myself into, they're definitely going to kill me it's all over, Nicole thought.

Finally, they got to Bloodshot pack Nicole couldn't hide her panic or fear, she was sure the goddess hated her.

As they walked into the pack Alpha Asher said through his pack mind link"It's safe now, you can all continue with your lives" with that said, the whole pack continued their day like nothing happened or they weren't on high alert just a moment ago.

As both Alphas head for the pack house pack members bowed to show their respect but went stiff when they caught that awful smell, they turned to look at where it was coming from, and when they saw Nicole they had a look of wary in their eyes, they couldn't help but judge her and some mothers even hid their kids.

Seeing this Nicole already knew what was going on in their mind even though she was scared of what they might do to her if these Alphas weren't her mate or by her side, she hung her head low as they got closer to the pack house.

Once in the pack house pack members bowed to their Alphas and growled at Nicole Causing her to Shrink in fear and both Alphas to growl leaving everyone confused.

Once they entered their office and Alpha Alex sat on his chair while Asher guided a reluctant Nicole to a nearby couch, he sat by her side making Nicole more anxious.

"As you probably know we're your mates, I'm Asher and that's my brother Alex" Asher spoke up trying to break the building tension.

"Mates there it is again, it's rare for someone to have twin mates, how do I escape from here they wanna use me, "Nicole thought playing with the edge of her shirt.

"We want to know why you are a rogue," Alex said studying Nicole's reaction. She froze up at that statement, they just want to know before they kill me, oh shit what do I say, she thought.

"It's okay if you don't want to tell us now, at least can we know Your name kitten?"Asher said looking at her happily.

"Ni-Ni-Nicole," She said stuttering at the beginning, her head still hung low as she played with the edge of her shirt.

"Nicole," they both said testing out the name like it was the most valuable information they have ever received, maybe it was to them, I mean it's their mate's name after all.

"Let us show you Your room, "Alex said, standing up from his sit .he stood in front of Nicole making her Stand abruptly which made Alex and Asher chuckle lowly.

Once they got to their room they led Nicole in leaving her confused, why does this room have their scent, and it looks already occupied, would I be sharing this with someone? They already don't like me in this pack and I'm sure they know it. Those thoughts were running through her head as she moved from frying pan to fire.

Quickly Asher Said as if he knew what was going through his mind"This is mine and my brother's but since you're our mate it's your's as well", "You can have your own room until you're comfortable to sleep with us"Alex added scratching the back of his neck awkwardly, he knew it was going to be hard for the three of them but he could sense she was still uncomfortable.

They picked a room closest to theirs so they could be sure she was alright.

She's always in her room, thinking of an escape plan but coming up with nothing, She's always wondering why she has another mate not one but two freaking mates that look like Greek gods.

The boys don't want her to feel lonely so the little they could do is always try to bring her to their office as she hasn't become part of the pack just yet.

Later that week Ashley returned to the bloodshot pack from her uncle's, She went into the pack house she smelt another wolf, and she went upstairs to meet her brothers as per usual but the smell was getting strong as she got closer.

Finally, she got to their office opened their door without knocking, and growled when she saw Nicole cause the smell was coming from her. Ashley has always been taught rogues were merciless killers so her first thought wasn't Nicole's beauty but that she could be a threat.

Once Ashley learned Nicole was her brother's mate she was excited and happy, she went straight to Nicole and started talking like they were best buddies while Nicole just nods at everything she says surprised by how her mood could change so fast.

Nicole had studied Ashley since she returned and has been trying to understand their relationship, she wanted a friend but she couldn't trust Ashely just yet, she couldn't even trust her mates yet.

Nicole had learned that she was older than Ashely by a year and Ashely talks a lot to the people close to her, Ashely loves TV series of any kind, she loves food the most, and Alex and Asher are very protective of her which reminds Nicole of both her brothers.

During that week and the next Asher and Alex have been trying to get her to eat more even though her appetite had increased when she left the back but she was still used to eating very little, she looked at each food they brought to her with wary eyes like there could be poison in it which makes her mate wonder.

Ashely has been trying to get close to Nicole which is near impossible but Nicole might not be able to resist Ashley's sweet nature as it reminds her of her past self.
